Hiring Caitlyn was the best decision my daughter made for her wedding !! She was organized, calm and made sure the day ran as planned . We were all able to be in the moment and enjoy the entire day knowing that she had everything covered . We did have a minor crisis that thankfully resolved itself , but before that Caitlyn was right on top of it and I was certainly glad she was there . At the end of the night she packed all the gifts , cards and all the decor and delivered it to our hotel !!

There is so much to say about Caitlyn. She is simply the best! When we decided to get married this September, it was already 8 months out. I found Caitlyn and booked a meeting with her as soon as I could. I had some ideas and dreams that were all a little wild, but Caitlyn listened and ran with it. She made all of my wildest boho chic dreams come true! Aside from being incredibly talented, she makes you feel like the only bride in the world for the entirety of planning your wedding. She took the time to get to know my parents and made them feel comfortable throughout the process as well. Every text, phone call and email were answered promptly. She also recommended majority of our other vendors by what our taste was and what we wanted and she completely got it right. Our day ran smoothly and was perfect and everything we dreamed of and we owe it all to Caitlyn. She is incredible!

One of the best decisions I made was hiring Caitlyn to coordinate my wedding day. I worked with her throughout my engagement was she was always quick to respond to emails and offer advice. Caitlyn was absolutely amazing and there are not enough words to describe how thankful my husband and I are for all of the amazing things she did for us on our wedding day. Where do I begin?....I searched on the Knot and found Caitlyn. I could tell by our first conversation that she was the perfect person to help us plan our rustic elegant wedding. I was a bit afraid since I have a tendency to micromanage everything, but I had the upmost confidence in Caitlyn. She definitely came through. First, she found us a venue that was more perfect than we could have imagined, Granite Ridge Estate and Barn in Maine. From there she researched all the vendors and gave us great recommendations. Her vision was a perfect reflection of us both. Caitlyn made sure we didn’t have to deal with any issues with any vendors. Matt and I are happy to call Caitlyn and her fiancé our friends now. Caitlyn made our day more amazing than we could have dreamed and she went above and beyond on every detail. If she is willing, we would love to have Caitlyn plan all of our important events in the future.

I could not wait to write a review for Caitlyn. She was absolutely amazing and the best part of wedding planning. When we first booked her, it was later in our wedding planning and I was so overwhelmed and stressed. Our first meeting, she made sure she was aware of all my concerns, fixed them and made my wedding planning experience much more stress free and enjoyable. She is very quick to respond (even on those more stressful days)and when I reached out and she was on it to fix it very timely manner. Her professionalism working with vendors is amazing and the work she does shows that she is doing what she loves. Day of, she worked endlessly on making sure my dream wedding I envisioned came true. I don't even know where to start with Caitlyn. She is a live saver! I only booked her for the month leading up to my wedding and the second she started all my stress went away. I don't know what I would have done without her on our wedding day. I can honestly say not one thing went wrong and it is all thanks to her! Caitlyn was absolutely amazing! She was always available to help us via email and/or phone during the planning process. We lived about 2 hours away from our wedding site so Caitlyn went above and beyond helping us in the area when needed. Caitlyn was with us for 2 days during our Sangeet and Wedding day and took care of any issues big or small that are bound to happen during a large wedding. I don’t even know where to start! Caitlyn was INCREDIBLE and made my wedding. Seriously. She went above and beyond and made it so I could enjoy every second of my day with my family, husband and friends. No problem was too big or obstacle too large for her to tackle and believe me we had some. Had it not been for her I don’t know if some parts would have come together and everything was seriously MAGIC. In the beginning we were debating which of Caitlyn’s packages we needed, and ultimately went with the 3 month package. This was undoubtedly the best decision we made all wedding. We had the greatest pleasure of working with Caitlyn for our wedding in late May. We learned about CW Events + Design after booking our DJ Services with First Class Weddings. From the first day we met her, my husband and I happily agreed on hiring Caitlyn. As someone who was initially on the fence about whether or not I necessarily "needed" a wedding planner due to my non-extensive nor elaborate budget, I'm glad I trusted my gut and am SO thankful I found Caitlyn. If you're getting married and reading this with the same internal thought as you're planning your wedding, hire Caitlyn and you will be so glad you did. She is extremely kind and accommodating and will do anything she can to help you. She's very organized, dependable, quick to reply, and you can trust that she will nail down any detail that you could possibly forget due to the very real phenomenon that is 'wedding brain'. Caitlyn is one of the most down to earth people we have ever met. She's a go-getter, yet is not entitled in any shape or form. In addition to the vast planning she does, she also will get her hands dirty on the day of your wedding, fanny-pack and all, in order to make sure that you have the most perfect day of your life with NO stress. She literally SAVED our wedding (i.e.ceremony venue drama) and if it weren't for her keeping things under control from the rehearsal when the problem started and on-ward to the day of the wedding, I would have been so stressed throughout the days leading up to the moment my dad and I walked down the aisle. However, knowing that Caitlyn was inside taking care of everything put my mind at ease. Everyone in our wedding party/ family loved her as well, and were attentive to her direction as well as trusted everything she said and did. She just has a great presence and personality, I can't even explain it fully- but all I know is she is most definitely rare to come by in the wedding industry and I couldn't imagine working with anyone else. FCW and CW Events + Design are a true power team and they are so lucky to have her- but I'm sure they already know that. Caitlyn, I feel so blessed to have met you. Caitlyn is phenomenal. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have her with us throughout our entire wedding planning process, and on the day of the wedding. She is thorough, punctual, and efficient, but very relaxed and SO easy to work with. We continue getting compliments about how much fun and well-organized our wedding was, and how low the overall stress level was on our big day - I credit most of that to Caitlyn.
