We wouldn't have had the seamless day we had without the help of Caiti! Our wedding was on a tight strict timeline and Caiti was able to set up our decor and manage our vendors wonderfully!
Caiti and her assistant planner were truly incredible! From the moment we started working together, she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Leading up to the big day, she helped alleviate so much of our stress, especially when a few vendors fell through at the last minute. Her calm and confident approach gave us complete peace of mind. We live out of state from where our wedding was held and she made sure to let us know that she would help wherever she could as she was more local to the venue.
On the wedding day itself, she and her team handled everything seamlessly. There were issues I didn’t even know about until after the wedding because she took care of them so efficiently! She was personable, highly organized, and had the perfect level of assertiveness to keep things on track—especially with our 14-person bridal party.
We couldn’t have asked for a better partner in planning our wedding. Thanks to her, we were able to fully enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for someone who will go the extra mile and make your day stress-free, she’s the one!

Her experience has been shaped by years spent working across many sides of the event industry, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to bring a celebration together seamlessly. From the behind-the-scenes logistics to the guest experience, she knows how much care, communication, and preparation go into creating a wedding day that feels effortless.
Her planning style is both personal and practical — guiding couples through decisions, anticipating needs before they arise, and making sure the wedding day flows smoothly from start to finish. Whether she is building a timeline, communicating with vendors, managing family dynamics, or quietly solving problems behind the scenes, Caiti Mae’s goal is always the same: to help couples feel supported, confident, and fully present.
With experience in both wedding planning and private events, she understands how much care goes into creating a celebration that feels effortless. She is also a RAMP-certified bartender, bringing an additional layer of hospitality knowledge and event-day awareness to the celebrations she manages. Her favorite part of the work is giving couples and their families the freedom to relax, enjoy the day, and savor the moments that matter most.
