My husband worked with Cynthia to design my engagement ring, and I worked with her to find the best possible wedding band to match. Cynthia was so helpful throughout the entire pro...
cess, always providing a variety of options, but never trying to "sell" us on anything. Her work is reasonably priced, and incredibly stunning. We look forward to working with her again in the future on other pieces.
It has been a dream come true to work with Cynthia! She is so talented! I discovered Cynthia after researching many jewelers, hoping that my fiancé and I could incorporate heirloom...
diamonds from our grandmothers into my future engagement ring. While other companies were unwilling to do anything but sell rings with new diamonds to us, Cynthia agreed. She actually likes to design jewelry with heirloom jewels!
Cynthia is a true artist! She designed my engagement ring by talking with my fiancé and I over FaceTime, looking at my hands and discussing our design ideas. The sketch of my hand and ring alone were impressive!
My fiancé and I didn't have the hugest budget for my engagement ring but we always felt like a priority to Cynthia. I truly believe our happiness means a lot to her!
I highly recommend Cynthia and look forward to designing custom jewelry with her in the near future!
Cynthia Britt Custom Jewelry is one of my most cherished places that my now husband (YEAH!) fell upon. We started our journey to engagement with Cynthia and will forever be working...
with her on any special piece of jewelry we would like to have made.
Cynthia is everything a couple would ever hope for in their journey to engagement. The amount of time and effort she puts into each piece is exquisite. My fiancé was lucky enough to find Cynthia and boy am I forever grateful. Cynthia is kind and pure. As is her lovely assistant Phuong. Cynthia cares deeply about each and every person that walks into her gorgeous design studio.
Cynthia guided us through the diamond process with so much knowledge and insight. My husband and I explained what we were interested in and Cynthia got right to work. She taught us the quality of each diamond, suggested diamonds that would work well with my hand, DREW my hand & sketched my engagement ring as if she had dreamt about it before. It was an experience that I constantly replay in my head. It was amazing to see Cynthia at work creating a piece that we had waited so long for.
Cynthia’s talent as a jewelry designer is like no other. Her timeless pieces have brought so much happiness (and sparkle!) into our lives. Each piece she has created for us has been beyond what we could have imagined. I am consistently getting asked for a peek of my rings. It is an amazing feeling knowing my husband worked along with the best to custom design my absolute DREAM ring. And now everyone I come across wants to gaze at my diamond’s beauty.
Besides engagement rings & wedding bands Cynthia creates gorgeous pieces with any diamond or gem your heart desires. She will work with your ideas and give her insight & creativity to design a unique and custom piece. My husband also surprised me with a custom necklace that used sapphires, diamonds and everything in between to represent my personality. Truly a piece only the best jewelry designer could create!
Cynthia is the Boston jewelry designer you, your fiancé, family & friends and everyone in between should work with. I promise it will be the best and easiest decision you will ever make!
Thank you Cynthia for creating pieces that we will cherish forever! We are forever grateful for you!

eweler—she's an artist, and she will make sure your ring expresses what you want but also complements your hand.
The appointment begins with an analysis and a sketch of your hand. Cynthia recommended metals and designs, and then talked with us about our interests. My husband and I met while waiting in a line in NYC because I remarked that I didn't think paleontologists existed anymore: he's a paleontologist. We wanted to incorporate the idea of fossils and evolution into our bands, without being overly literal and hokey. Cynthia came up with a stunning, elegant designs that were understated. My favorite comment on my ring to date is, "It's at once so much more than a band, and yet not too much."
We had a very limited budget, and Cynthia was honest, direct, and came in under budget. Best of all, she treated us like her most valued customers, though we know many people spend more than we did by orders of magnitude. She was responsive to our concerns and truly collaborative in her designs, and she answered emails within 24 hours maximum at all times.
It was very important to us to begin our marriage with a celebration that was intentional and representative of our values. We loved supporting an artist and having something custom-made that wasn't cut off a massive tube of rings, and we got a product more beautiful than I could imagine. Every time I look at my hand, I am overjoyed by the powerful reminder of my partnership and I remember the beautiful experience we had choosing these markers together.
I cannot possibly recommend Cynthia Britt highly enough!!
Don't waste your time going anywhere else! If the rings are a priority for you and your future spouse, Cynthia Britt is the only person to go to. She is so straight with you, no ru...
naround, and the experience was just so fun and personalized. We were looking for a wedding ring for my fiance, and he just couldn't find anything he liked. When we finally (finally!) found Cynthia, she listened to everything he had to say about what he wanted, gave us some great professional advice, and then designed the ring with our inspiration and her own artistry. Now we have a perfect ring that will be a great story and something beautiful and unique to pass on. You deserve a jeweler like Cynthia for your experience--why not choose the best???
Cynthia is the most amazing jeweler I've met. When my husband and I first sat down with her, we could immediately feel how warm, welcoming, and personable she was. She honestly wan...
ted to get to know us, and our story as a couple, to find the perfect rings.
Every step of the way, both with the engagement ring and the wedding bands, she included us in the process. Cynthia even sent us renderings of what they would look like (and sketched everything out, using our input, in her office).
The end results are more beautiful that I could ever have imagined. My engagement ring is the most unique ring ever, and I get so many compliments on it still to this day. My wedding band is such a beautiful match to the engagement ring, and is incredible on its own as well.
For all of the custom work that goes into it, Cynthia never charged an astronomical amount that you'd find at other jewelers. It was very affordable. Highly, highly recommended!
I came with my fiance looking for a unique handmade engagement ring. I had already received my engagement ring, it was a family heirloom passed on to me, the center stone was gorg...
eous, but the mounting was not my style. I looked at my hand and asked Cynthia a few questions, then a day later, she provided a few designs. I picked my favorite design, Cynthia first carved a wax model, that I got so I could try on for comfort, then she made the final engagement ring. I loved it and it was exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have done it anywhere else!
I shopped around and didn't like the usual selection, then, my online search pointed me to Cynthia Britt. I wanted a surprise engagement ring for my fiancé. Cynthia asked me about ...
her style and what she likes. I wanted a GIA certified diamond; Cynthia Britt provided a few sketches. I picked the design, where she provided options for me to choose from for the diamonds. I picked the diamond, Cynthia Britt hand made the engagement ring, and I surprised my fiancé, it was exactly what she wanted. With Cynthia Britt I got one-on-one service, great quality, great value -- a jewelry store couldn't match any of that. I strongly recommend her to anyone who wants a spot on engagement ring, plus a personalized experience from design to delivery.
The ring which i gave to my wife was the most unique & extraordinary jewelery which i ever seen. Even though I virtually have no knowledge of jewelry but i was determine to get...
a ring which is unique and not a "typical" wedding ring. When i came across Cynthia Britt I explained to her my need, she was the most understandable & friendly person to deal with for such a special inquire, she managed to sketch me exactly what i was looking for within couple of days. The ring was ready in a very short time. The craftsmanship & the quality of the ring is superb for the price. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for that special jewelry for any occasions.
Cynthia Britt is an amazing jewelry designer. I recently got engaged and had an idea for an engagement ring. My fiance and I visited several jewelers but I could not find exactly ...
what I was looking for. Cynthia Britt was recommended to me and I went to see her with no expectations. I was very impressed with her designs and commissioned her to make my ring. The whole experience was awesome. I got to pick my own beautiful diamond and was involved in the design process. I was given a prototype to make sure I was going to be happy with the end product. The ring is truly beautiful. I could not have got a more perfect engagement ring anywhere else and her prices are really very reasonable. We were so happy with the whole experience we will definitely be getting Cynthia to make our wedding rings. Highly recommended!
Cynthia designed my engagement ring and wedding band. She worked very closely with my fiancé and me to design the right ring for us. It took two months for her to work on the ring...
including spending time with us picking out diamonds and drawing settings from us to choose from. I saw her almost on a weekly basis during the two month process. She put extreme amount of time and thought into the process and was very eager to make us happy. We got
to see what it takes to make the rings. Cynthia is very
concerned about satisfying her customers and I would
recommend any bride or groom to meet with her to design
and engagement ring or any jewelry. She is an expert in
the jewerly business whether it be diamonds or higher end
designer jewelry.
Cynthia Britt is without question, the finest designer of original jewelry I have ever seen. I asked her to design an engagement ring based on a Harry Wiston design I had seen. S...
he produced a phenomenal three diamond design, with a central principal stone, and two flanking baguettes, that was spectacular and far exceeded the original. This ring literally draws gasps of admiration wherever it is displayed.
The second piece she recently did for me was prompted by the fact that I could not find a quality necklace in a "Star of David" design, even at Cartier's and Tiffany's. Cynthia Britt fashioned a stunning and completely original piece, featuring a cut-out star, lined entirely in diamonds. This is so creative and unique, eye-catching yet delicate, that it gets rave reviews.
I cannot recommend Cynthia too highly. She is an amazing new talent. You will not be disappointed.
I am so very pleased with the quality of work that went into the design of my necklace, earrings and rings. They were so original and beautiful. Everytime I wear them, I receive ...
