We're so glad we found Cynthia Brooks Catering. Firstly, and most importantly, the food at our wedding was fantastic. Food is one of the things that guests remember the most about ...
weddings, and Cynthia Brooks delivered a delicious and memorable dining experience.
They were also incredibly easy work with. Characteristically, our wedding had a large number of moving pieces and things changed constantly during the planning process. Our contact, Konstanten, was incredibly patient, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. He made us feel at ease that everything we needed would be taken of and that our wedding would be a success.
We also appreciated that they have a diverse range of rentals that we were able to use or have them get for us without our needing to go a different vendor. All-in-all, they provided the food, appetizers, mocktails, flatware, silverware, glassware, serving equipment, table linens, serving staff, and bar service. Their staff also did all the work to convert our ceremony area and set it up for dinner service after the ceremony. The only things we provided, because we wanted to, was all the alcohol, mixers and garnishes.
We are incredibly grateful to Konstanten and all the Cynthia Brooks staff for their efforts in making our wedding successful and memorable.
Cynthia was easy to work with and the food was delicious.

hia and her team provided. Soooo delicious!!!!
Overall, my husband and I were really happy with the catering from Cynthia Brooks. We had a lot of fun at our tasting and Cynthia was very personable and listened to our wants for ...
the meal. Day of, we experienced very good service and everything tasted great! We had many guests that commented that it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding, so that was brilliant! We also opted to have fresh baked cookies and shots of milk passed around after the bar closed, and those were a really big hit as well, so definitely check out that option! My only complaint is that sometimes it took the staff a fairly long time to respond to my emails with questions or changes to our menu. It's not a huge deal, but a couple of times we did wait a pretty long time for a response.
Cynthia Brooks' catering crew delivered a delicious meal with excellent service. Our guests, who were used to big catering hall style-weddings, were pleasantly surprised by how goo...
d the main course was. The ice cream bar was a huge hit.

I had to use these guys because my venue only worked with them. At first I wasn't too thrilled. I went out for the first tasting and didn't like the food, but they accomodated me f...
ree of charge for a second tasting and the food was wonderful. They are a little pricy, but the food and service on the day of was wonderful. I at first felt like the staff was a little uptight and/or rigid, (and they kind of were except for Cynthia), but at the actual wedding the staff/servers were wonderful, helpful, courteous and were there but you didn't notice them much if that makes any sense. I was happy with the food as well. There was plenty of food. We actually had too much. I would recommend them.
I love Cynthia Brooks! She catered my wedding on March 31, 2012. From start to finish, the process and working with Cynthia, Patti, Loni and staff was so easy and fun! The food was...
delicious - I heard rave reviews all night about the food and the bartender!, and the staff is professional and so nice - especially Erin who really catered to me and my bridal party the entire day! Most importantly, Cynthia and her staff, are so nice and easy to work with...and they listen to you and what you want and make it happen! Every e-mail was answered promptly and to the best of their ability! I really appreciated that! I highly recommend Cynthia Brook's Catering and would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Cynthia!
