On the day of our wedding, we expected some light rain but there was a torrential downpour right before our outdoor ceremony. She handled all vendor communication the week of, so we never had to worry about who showed up or where. Ashley stayed quietly and professionally in the bridal suite but jumped in exactly when needed—carrying snacks and water for me during pictures on a hot day, no less. Cindy beautifully decorated the venue’s entryway and ceremony space and worked seamlessly with the venue coordinator. It was such a relief to be completely hands-off and worry-free. They were attentive and comforting throughout—finding my sunglasses back at the hotel, sewing a tiny hole in my dress, and making sure every timing detail was perfect. Even during the reception, they immediately recognized a moment of stress on my face and stepped in to fix an issue with another vendor without me having to say a word. I can’t recommend Cindy and Ashley enough—they are beyond professional, kind, and truly exceptional at what they do. They made our day smooth, joyful, and absolutely perfect. All the praise!

The night before my wedding, a vendor reached out with a timing concern that would have led me to panic had it not been for Cindy, who solved the issue without my having to give it a second thought, leading to the ceremony entrance that my husband and I dreamed of. The day of my wedding, Cindy and Caroline immediately brought a sense of calm and joy when my bridesmaids and I were getting ready, and were on top of little wrinkles that arose in the plan, such as when a transportation vendor didn’t show up. I hadn’t realized that there would be so many wedding items to keep track of (vendor gratuities, favors, signs, toasting flutes, etc etc etc), but Cindy and Caroline ensured that all these things were set up correctly at the venue, and packed up at the end of the night. Overall, it is hard to imagine how the day would have gone without them. They were unquestionably an essential part of how we were able to enjoy some calm and lots of fun during our wedding day, and we are so grateful to them!

edding was quite literally the best day of my life and Cindy played a big role in that. We did a ton of DIY things to save money and I felt a little guilty having to have Cindy’s team set everything up, but they handled it with ease and I was never worried on the day of. Our reception space looked even better than I pictured! Even when some things didn’t go quite right (the weather caused some delays, our caterers messed up a few things with dinner/cocktail hour, etc) Cindy made sure that our guests were unaware and that things got back on track. We received so many compliments on how flawless and fun our day was, and we have Cindy to thank for that!

Cindy put together an amazing timeline, coordinated with all of our vendors leading up to the day-of, and set up all of our decor the day-of. Cindy was also a savior and unpacked/set up a veryyyy last minute arrival of decor that did not make it to the venue. I never even knew the box was missing — and while she managed all of the chaos, I was able to truly enjoy every minute of my day. She also packed up all of our decor so we were able to pick them up and go home the next morning without stress! Cindy also had Celinda there to assist — while Cindy was coordinating with vendors and ensuring decor was perfectly set up, Celinda was with me the entire morning. Most importantly, they were above and beyond at being supportive, hard working, and organized for us every step of the way, from steaming and re-steaming and cleaning the dresses, to fixing small things that got broken, to negotiating two last minute changes in the ceremony space locations.. We had planned our own wedding and loved planning it ourselves, and aside from the ceremony space locations everything went off without a hitch, but nothing can really prepare you for how busy and hectic the day of really is for the newlywed couple. Without Cynthia and Celinda there, I (the bride) definitely would’ve had a break down because there just wasn’t enough time and hands on deck for everything. They are amazing and we would highly recommend!!!

About a month before, she walked us through a preliminary timeline of how the day would go. She seemed unperturbed that we didn't have all of the vendors completely sorted and was always nothing but understanding when we had to send her updates to the timeline. All that being said, the entire day went seamlessly! Even though the wedding day was the first time she and Caroline had seen our venue, they had such a handle on everything we wanted. Not only did we hire her like the month before our wedding (which is like no time to just take over) but we gave her a mess of a wedding day timeline and just a list of vendors and our fears about our venue - basically a hot mess. She took all of that mess and made my day PERFECT!!! She was so communicative and friendly and immediately put me at ease. She reached out to all my vendors, made sure everyone was on the same page, took over all the things my wedding party were going to handle, and basically fixed my timeline and executed everything on the day of FLAWLESSLY. But more than that, she went above and beyond her role to bring me comfort and support when something major happened in my life a couple weeks before my wedding. We were having a routine call to go over some details, and when I told her what was going on, she stayed on the phone with me for two hours just chatting and she has no idea in the moment how much I needed that conversation and her words. I honestly don't know how I could've had my wedding without her - I would give a million stars if I could!

She was so patient with us, as my husband and I have very busy schedules. She wasn’t pushy and we appreciated this very much of her, as we had experienced a pushy wedding planner before her. Wow! She was the total opposite and never pushed anything on us. Her major concern was our happiness and that we enjoy our wedding, and that we did. Cynthia was our biggest supporter, who needs a hype man/ cheerleader when you have Cynthia by your side?! We trusted her with with the most important day of our lives and she nailed it. We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding thanks to Cynthia and her assistant, Celinda. We didn’t stress the small stuff as we knew Cynthia and Celinda had everything under control. When we think back at our wedding, not only do we remember having an amazing time, but we also remember Cynthia being there every step of the way. Cynthia made sure our bridal party was on time and were where they needed to be at. She kept constant communication with our vendors leading up to our wedding day. She made sure our pictures and video were captured seamlessly. She checked in on us to make sure we were okay and were living in the present moment.
