is WORTH it! Luckily- I was given the same advice just 3 weeks before my wedding and found Cynthia based on reviews from THE KNOT! She was amazing in everyway- knowledgeable, always had a "handled it" attitude, comforting, helpful, sisterly, and always thought about the things that I didn't! She molded herself to what she knew I needed her to be- laid back, but on top of it, cool and calm but made things happen, she told me when I should be involved and when I really needed to give up the task. She answered every question and gave me needed advice by phone, by email and by text at every ask. Cynthia didn't even bat an eye when I decided 48 hours prior to my even that I needed her to find me a bartender. She worked with me on my budget and made my dream weekend come true and I'm forever grateful. THE BEST OF THE BEST!

Hi, I'm Cynthia! I am an event coordinator/designer in the beautiful Central Coast, Ca. where I was born and raised. I have been doing events for the last 10 years and love every minute of it. I am married to my handsome husband, Jeremey and we have a beautiful boy named Joe. Also, a ton of fur babies and farm animals, we love animals!
I believe planning special events with close attention to details and logistics is the most important. I want your special day to unfold seamlessly and have the focus remain on the abundance of LOVE, Joy, Family and Dear Friends – some of my favorite things!
