This includes helping to choose a venue, design elements and finding vendors to suit your ideas, as well as managing your budget and much more. We hired Cynthia to plan our October wedding. She did an amazing job bringing our vision to life! The day went so smoothly and we were able to let loose and just enjoy ourselves knowing everything was taken care of. Could not have done it without her services

Cynthia and her team were rockstars! They did our month of planning and they were there to help set up our rehearsal dinner, welcome event the night before the wedding, and the day of the wedding. Cynthia was super communicative, made sure she understood my vision for the wedding, and was so supportive throughout the whole process. I wasn't as familiar with vendors in the area (I live in LA), and she was always available to share her recommendations and give options based on our limited budget. Cynthia and Meghan did such a beautiful job of setting up the venue the day of (and going over a potential rain plan with us) and handled all of the vendors so that the day went super smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Honestly, I enjoyed working with Cynthia so much, I'm sad that the wedding is over and we can't work together anymore! So, so happy I heard about Cynthia through my venue and if I ever do another big event, I'd 12/10 work with Cynthia and her team again!

Where to start with Cindy? Cindy was an amazing coordinator from start to finish. She was super hands on and helped me every step of the way. Cindy was so easy going and made my wedding process spectacular. Cindy truly left me speechless when she brought my dream wedding to life. I wish I could get married again to have her coordinate a wedding for me again. Not only is Cindy amazing but her team is great too!! Every bride/groom should feel honored to have Cindy and her team as your support throughout the wedding process and on your big day.

Cynthia did such an incredible job making our wedding day go so smoothly! We were grateful to have such a talented coordinator who truly made our wedding vision come to life. She executed the set up of all the decor so perfectly and even beyond my expectations. She is also a jack of all trades. The button of my wedding dress bustle broke during dinner and she was able to sow it back on and re-attach my bustle in a couple minutes. Life saver! Highly recommend Cynthia if you are looking for a wedding coordinator!

Cynthia was a pleasure to work with! First of all, if you are debating hiring a wedding coordinator for day of, do it! You will not regret it, and specifically Cynthia goes above and beyond. Cynthia was there to help us with the communications and logistics of rescheduling the wedding, super supportive in decision making and ensuring our day was just how we envisioned it. She helped make an incredible day of timeline that many vendors complimented and found extremely helpful. Cynthia is professional, committed, and invested. Thank you Cynthia!

Cynthia was absolutely amazing and so nice to work with! She made sure that everything went according to plan and the day felt perfect! She was so nice and easy to work with, especially because we planned our wedding from states away and mostly by phone and email. She understood our vision and we trusted her completely! We cannot recommend her enough! She was truly amazing!!!

Cynthia was there for us every step of the way. She was very accommodating as we are stationed halfway across the country. She worked with us through the distance, time difference, and even after the recent birth of her baby girl! She is dedicated, pleasant, and directive on the day of the wedding. Cynthia was assertive on our wedding day and sorted through the chaos of our cardboard boxes of decorations hauled across the country and arranged such a beautiful presentation that our friends and family are still talking about! Give Cynthia a call!

We could not be happier that we chose Cynthia as our planner! We hired her for day of coordinating, but in reality, she helped us with SO much more than that. We hired her about a year before we got married, and she was always an email, text, or phone call away when we had any questions. She gave the best referrals for every vendor we asked her for and came up with ideas we hadn't even thought of! Since day one, my husband and I felt completely confident with Cynthia being such a big part of our day. Having her as our planner was one of the best decisions we made in all of the wedding planning. Even day of, I didn't see what our layout & tables looked like beforehand, because we just COMPLETELY trusted her with our vision. She was also really great at calming me down for every bridal freakout I had, haha! We are so thankful for Cynthia and all that she did/helped us with!

I found Cynthia super last minute, as I was one of those brides who thought they didn't need a day of coordinator, thank goodness I decided to have one. My advice to all brides- no matter how casual or DIY your wedding is, a day of coordinator is WORTH it! Luckily- I was given the same advice just 3 weeks before my wedding and found Cynthia based on reviews from THE KNOT! She was amazing in everyway- knowledgeable, always had a "handled it" attitude, comforting, helpful, sisterly, and always thought about the things that I didn't! She molded herself to what she knew I needed her to be- laid back, but on top of it, cool and calm but made things happen, she told me when I should be involved and when I really needed to give up the task. She answered every question and gave me needed advice by phone, by email and by text at every ask. Cynthia didn't even bat an eye when I decided 48 hours prior to my even that I needed her to find me a bartender. She worked with me on my budget and made my dream weekend come true and I'm forever grateful. THE BEST OF THE BEST!
