Cypress Sea Cove

We fell in love with this place the first time we saw it. Although it is fairly pricey (not to mention nothing is included in the fee except the location), I think the scenery, amazing view, and beach access make it totally worth it! There are two separate yards, so we used one for the ceremony and one for the reception. We also had a cocktail hour and they let our guests wander down to the beach area (I don't advise this for older guests - you have to walk down and up a lot of very steep steps). You have no indoor access (except a small bridal room), but that's not really a problem in Malibu. Our wedding day (early July) was a little overcast, but the temperature was perfect. Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the most beautiful that they have ever been to!
