D Flats

D Flats is a customizable supergroup and wedding band based in Las Vegas, NV. This luxury event band offers a variety of options, with band sizes from 7-22 pieces. In every variation, it is designed to electrify dance floors for people from all walks of life. The sky is the limit with this ensemble, with repertoire ranging from old school dance and party music, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, all the way up to the most current hits. The singers and musicians are the best of the best in the Las Vegas music scene. Smaller “breakout” groups are also available, like a jazz trio or quartet for cocktail hour, an elevated dinner band with featured singers, or even a DJ to play on breaks or for the after-party. For a bit of extra, elevated magic, a string quartet can be added to the band, which can also be used for the Ceremony and/or cocktail hour. D Flats is a versatile, high-energy group with as many as five singers, six horns, and a 4-piece rhythm section (drums, keys, guitar, and bass/sousaphone), and the option of adding a string quartet. From enchanting ceremony music, lively cocktail entertainment, and full-scale party energy on the dance floor at the reception, this group offers a full spectrum of musical options for your wedding. Typically, the band will learn and perform your special dance songs live (if desired), and will also learn one or two of your favorite songs to include in the dance sets! Audio/Lights We include premium audio with our band packages, delivering great quality sound with a dedicated on-site audio engineer. High-quality audio helps to ensure a wonderful guest experience and will help to keep people on the dance floor all night. We also include basic stage wash lights when needed, and can offer upgraded lighting packages if desired. Dixie Flats: And, for more unique fun, we can include repertoire and elements from our sister band “Dixie Flats,” which is a New Orleans-style band, offering second-line parades, NOLA-style jazz, Dixieland, and more. Since the musicians are interchangeable between these bands, all of these elements are available with every package. We frequently use the Second Line Parade option to move guests from the cocktail hour to dinner when these are in different locations. This is a wonderfully fun addition to an event, and can be crafted as a surprise moment, which always lights up the party.
