Park Studios team showed up to the tea ceremony early with their earpiece microphones and walkie talkies and communicated with each other where everyone was at. It was super professional the entire time and I absolutely loved that because with some videographers/photographers, you'll see them run up to each other asking questions. Why do that when you have a earpiece and microphone/walkie talkie? That's absolutely genius! The D. Park Studios team captured our photos beautifully from the Vietnamese tea ceremony, getting ready photos, romantics, ceremony, reception, and everything in between. I was never nervous about the photos and videos with D. Park Studios and the wedding was super calming for me. It's really rare to have a bride & groom remember their entire wedding and that's how you know we had amazing wedding vendors that didn't stress us out during our big day. The team at D. Park Studios made us feel super comfortable and took care of all of the photo/film logistics which let me tell you, is what you want especially on your wedding day. If you're afraid to know how to pose for cameras, don't even worry because with the D. Park Studios team, you'll be taken care of the entire time. Turns out I had nothing to be worried about! he date for us, we kept it on Monday or Tuesday like we had it in 2020 so it was an apples to apples date. She made it work for us for scheduling but that's not even why she is great. Drex is amazing because she makes you feel comfortable infront of the camera. I was never worried about how I was going to look, I just focused on having a good time and being in the moment as a groom. She caught natural smiles and natural laughing with unbelievable lighting and framing. We went through all her photos that she shared with us and we couldn't figure out which one we wanted to frame the largest because there are SO many that are just works of art. She taught us to not focus on problem areas when looking at a picture of yourself but focus on the areas that you LOVE about yourself. It makes you appreciate so much more. However I must say, she did a great job at knowing the problem areas and got rid of them and made us look like super stars. We are so grateful for her and her passion in this business. Think about how many weddings they do in a month, then think about how many people they meet in those weddings, it’s fair to say that they may or may not remember you or your bridal party. drexelle took the time to memorize our wedding party and studied which photos were mandatory for us on our big day. that is what you’re paying for. you’re also paying for professionalism and customer service. my wife and I work hard for our money and we were 150% satisfied with our decision to choose d.park. if you’re reading this, choose d.park - worth every penny.

y camera shy but somehow they brought our inner model out of us. Prior to all of this, both my now husband(!) and I would say we didn't want the fanfare of romantic photos. I am admittedly extremely shy with PDA and the idea of having a public audience witness any of this made me want to shrivel back into my figurative shell. I was convinced to look into photography, because I was told it was one of the few things that you 100% would regret if you didn't do. Ultimately we chose D Park because of the quality of her photography and also that they were extremely familiar at our venue, the Skirball Cultural Center. Her team was extremely organized leading up with a well-planned timeline. They were fairly accessible with email and phone calls as necessary so that we could hash out any ideas and details. We decided to go with an engagement photoshoot because I got the crazy idea to incorporate my cats into it and I wanted an official family shot. Drexelle didn't bat an eye and offered up key suggestions to make the shoot as seamless as possible. On the day of, somehow she coaxed two inexperienced humans and two cats ('nuff said) into multiple great shots. After our photos came out, we knew we had made the right decision. Some important things to note: Drexelle has a way to bring out your inner model. She was able to coax both of us to be photogenic which was something we had previously didn't think was possible. The way she interacted with us made us feel comfortable throughout all of this despite the lovey-dovey nature of the shoot. And she works fast, which helps not only to maximize your time, but also when its you're wedding day and you're running on 4 hours of sleep and walking on stilts. I do wish I had changed into comfortable shoes when we were trekking around locations for photos so pro-tip for brides out there. Drexelle and her team are also just the nicest people out there, which helps when you're spending 95% of the day with your photographer crew. 10/10 would do it again with them. arts. We had a big indian wedding and they captured all different photos from our engagement shoot at Victoria Beach to my mendhi, our haldis, pujas, sangeet, wedding morning, and reception. All of our friends and family members LOVED the entire team's energy and humor. Our photographer Vinney is overall an amazing person and made the engagement session fun and easy. He clicked with my fiancé (they are both musicians) and gave great suggestions for poses. I also wanted certain shots and he took them exactly the way I wanted. He also stayed over the time I paid for to take a specific scene I really wanted. He even risked getting a parking ticket just for that scene! Lastly, the digitally edited photos are absolutely stunning. D-Park was able to remove the fat under my chin, erase sunspots, fix flyaway hair, and enhance the colors perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

At the time I thought, well for sure the these photos were their standouts and not all of their photos could possibly be this good. Boy was I wrong. When I saw all the photos from their website (and they have lots!) I was so amazed with how well they were able to capture not only those artistic shots everyone loves but also those amazing candid ones as well. Also, I thought, so do they only photograph beautiful people- everyone looked so dang good - and let’s just say the answer to that is no, they are just amazing editors :P. So after falling in love with their work, I knew I really wanted to work with them. Just one problem, my budget was not nearly what they deserved! However, after speaking with Drexelle over the phone and via email (they are amazing with their communication btw), I was so pleasantly surprised that she was able to work with me. She has an amazing heart and was so fun to talk to btw! Also, the whole team is super organized- shout out to michelle who works with them- you are awesome too! Thanks for being so quick and helpful with your email responses. So as you can tell, I had no trouble when it came to planning- they are one of the easiest vendors to work with. And when the big day of came along, it only got better- they had one more amazing surprise for me- despite that I only paid for 1 lead photographer (David) and 1 associate photographer, they emailed me a couple weeks before and told me, “guess what, we decided to send down both Drexelle and David (2 lead photographers) and the associate photographer also for no extra cost! What!?! freaking felt like I won the lottery! (Disclaimer: if you hire D Park - which you should- don’t just expect they will do this for you too- I mean come on, they gotta eat and I’m sure they just loved me that much :P). So anyway on the day of, they clearly did not disappoint, they kept on schedule and took some awesome photos and they were like photographer ninjas during the ceremony and party- I never noticed them but they were always there capturing every moment! (I have been to several weddings where the photographer is so intrusive and you feel like they ruin every moment- Drexelle and David were the opposite and yet they didn’t miss a beat!). Oh and did I mention that during my wedding I lost my little purse which had credit cards, id and phone in there and David went on a mission to find it for me. He was integral in it being located and I can’t thank him enough. (word of advice-don’t carry a little purse with you on your wedding day- you will not want it in pics and you will very likely leave it somewhere and forget about it). After the wedding, we were so thrilled with the photos and got them after just 4 weeks. Now they are editing our favorites and I can’t wait for them to get rid of my double chin and wrinkles. Can’t thank them enough and can’t wait to see these final shots! Hire them and you won’t go wrong!

We loved every picture! Drexelle was great working with kids as our ring bearer kept looking the other way, David was constantly looking for the best angle/lighting and it all pulled through in our pics! They not only captured those rare moments/reactions, but we also have a good number of those "glamor" shots as well where I can't believe that that person is me! What I found amazing is that their raw/unedited shots were so well done, I didn't even realize it was unedited! Videography: We decided to go with DPark's videography team, Loyd and his team. Wedding day, the videographers worked well with the photographers, no one getting in the other's way (important! as u don't want other photographers in ur pics!). We opted for the same day edit video and after they played it during the reception, SO MANY PEOPLE were coming up to me saying how great it was! It honestly made me laugh and even get teary eyed. Their team was able to not only capture the day, but was able to showcase our individual personalities through it as well. Customer Service: During my wedding planning I was living out of state while my fiancé (now husband) was in town, and we were all able to set up communication via google hangouts/emails. Our first meeting with Drexelle I knew we clicked right away, this group is easy going, hard working, and really does their best to accommodate your wishes! Communication has been really easy in spite of the distance as most of our conversations were through email/google hang outs, and when we finally met in person for our engagement shoot, David was great to work with and helped make my camera shy hubby relax! At the wedding, the team took the time to learn the names of all 8 of my bridesmaids, 8 groomsmen, the parents, and even mine and my husbands siblings! It made photos run smoothly as David would address my party by their names, so we all knew who they wanted to adjust their position, etc. We had a BIG bridal party and guest list (~300 guests) so we had many pics to take. They kept us on track/organized and were able to get all the pics we wanted. David and Drexelle's easy going nature made the flow of the day go so smoothly, and they were very professional at orchestrating such a large group! Overall, I am sooooooo happy I found DPark for our photographers! They are professional, easy going, thorough, easy to talk too, produce excellent work....just so much good! They have gone above and beyond for us in so many ways!

It turned out to be one of the coldest and windiest days--my hair was blowing everywhere, and I was shivering in my dresses. When we got done, I thought, "Well, there's no way the pictures turned out well under those weather conditions!" But they worked some serious magic because when we got our pictures, we were blown away (no pun intended!). The pictures were stunning (in the sharp, vivid, and artistic style that we love) - we got so many compliments from our family and friends! And then on the day of the wedding, Drexelle and David made everything so fun and comfortable for our bridal party and families. And best of all, the pictures (over 1000 of them!) were edited and delivered to us in less than a month! Based on what I've heard about wedding pictures, I think this is a record turnaround time! The pictures were INCREDIBLE. From the detail shots to the romantics, we could not have asked for anything better. My mom said, "When your siblings get married, let's make sure we hire them again!" I am so happy that we booked D. Park as our wedding photographers. They did an amazing job. We not only had an awesome experience working with them, but we now also have a lifelong of memories in the form of beautiful photographs! Thank you!!!

ey were so professional- early to our appointment, knowledgeable, very responsive to e-mails, and got our pictures back at least three weeks sooner than any other photographer we've ever hired. We've hired at least five different family photographers in the past. We do a lot of research before hiring a photographer and have had some great experiences with all of the photographers we've worked with, but D. Park photography is hands down the best!
