Reese and Wilson worked closely with Derek to put together an amazing playlist that felt completely personal to them and created exactly the atmosphere they wanted for their reception. Danny, Derek, and the entire D Street team did an incredible job with the timing and flow of the evening. Everything happened seamlessly, and they knew exactly how to keep the energy building throughout the night.
And then there was Emcee A.Y.C.E.—truly the icing on the cake of an already amazing music team! He absolutely ran the evening in the best possible way. His energy was contagious, he connected with our guests, and he kept the dance floor PACKED from start to finish. Our guests had an absolute blast, and we received so many compliments about how much fun the reception was.
If you want your wedding reception to be the kind of night your guests are still talking about long after it's over, I cannot recommend D Street Entertainment, Derek, Danny, and Emcee A.Y.C.E. enough. They didn't just provide the music—they helped create an unforgettable night for our family and everyone who celebrated with us!

DJ Derek B and emcee a.y.c.e did an amazing job engaging the crowd and keeping them on the dance floor during the reception. The photo booth they supplied was also a huge hit. We got so many compliments telling us how fun our wedding was and how great they were. I’m so thankful to D Street for making our wedding so fun and memorable!

sic through the decades, and my guests loved it, we got so many complements on song selection, but it was all Derek I only gave him direction.
The photo booth was an absolute hit, and it is so much fun to be able to go through those photos.
Finally, my granddad couldn’t travel to the wedding last minute and Derek helped us find a way to live stream and keep him included on our special day.
A true professional, and a master of his craft. He goes above and beyond!

music was from our guests and I mean they got EVERYONE on the dance floor. These guys really enhanced our entire day and I couldn’t be more thankful. Derek was so organized throughout the planning process and had plenty of suggestions making it easier on us. Ayce was a fantastic MC helping to keep the timeline and get the crowds attention throughout the night - as well adding great energy to the dance floor!! a party! I could not recommend him enough! Guests were on the dance floor all night, and raved about how impressed they were with him. He was professional, timely, and outgoing. My one request was to have a dance party, and I can confidently say DJ Newk went above and beyond. By the end of the wedding, it took guests quite a long time to leave the dance floor. That’s a sign of a good night! Thank you Newk!

oked them, and I absolutely loved the fun vibes they created. I wanted the same for my wedding, and they totally knocked it out of the park from the first day I reached out to get information on pricing to the final song at our reception. Derek was very responsive and had excellent customer service skills. He was friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the booking and planning process. He also offered some suggestions to help with the flow of our wedding timeline as well as music recommendations that kept the crowd engaged. Emcee Ayce had a positive, vibrant personality and led awesome group dances to get our guests up and moving. At other times, he was out in the middle of the dance floor working the crowd and taking the energy to the next level. It is obvious that Derek and Ayce are a dynamic duo who not only are experienced and talented but also truly have a passion for their work!

ure I didn't leave the dance floor until we had to get out of the venue.
DJ Derek was so kind and helped walk us through the process and helped with ideas on what songs to play to get people out there and dancing. We were so nervous and of course, us never having done this before, we had no idea what to do or expect. Derek was very patient with us during our conferences and help reassure us that he and A.Y.C.E were gonna make it happen. They were punctual and played everything right on cue.
Being a big anime fanatic, I wanted to have some anime theme songs shuffled in and I was afraid that they wouldn't be able to do it at first but DJ Derek put in a whole 10+ minute montage together and it was the BEST THING EVER. I honestly don't think I danced so hard before.
They brought out glow sticks which was such a lovely surprise and they interacted with the crowd, getting everyone pumped. They listened to our requests on when to start and finish songs. I could go on, just all in all fantastic!
Thank you, DJ Derek and MC A.Y.C.E. for everything! You guys were amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have a freakin blast at their next event!
