Accepted the challenge and executed to extreme fabulousness. From start to finish, Dara took care of things for us. She found great vendors to work with and to help pull off our ideas. Just give her your wedding vision board and stand back and wait for her to bring it to life. She's my event coordinator for anything we decide to have in the future.

My husband and I hired Dare 2 Be Different Events for my husbands retirement party from the military. Dara, Doug and the entire team of professionals truly delivered from start to finish. Dara listened to my vision and brought it to life and then some. She brought together a caliber of venders throughout the DC metro area that could meet our expectations and deliver a flawless event. The professionalism displayed was beyond reproach. Dara was transparent every step of the way constantly communicating with us on ideas while ensuring on vendors we’re meeting their deadlines for product deliver. She never missed a beat and all of our guests were amazed and satisfied the entire night—it truly was a night to be remembered and we still have family, co workers and friends asking me for D2BD’s contact info so they can book them for their next event. The decor was fabulous, the food was amazing and the music was constantly flowing along with the drinks. Might I also add that Dara stayed in tune with the requests of my guests keeping in mind their dietary needs as well as allergies. The decor and mood was so unique that the hotel requested it be used in their upcoming marketing campaign. All about branding, Dara was able to brand our event and we were even allowed to take home a brand logo created from the vendor that will be a pleasant reminder of one of the best nights of our life celebrating with friends and family. Thank you D2BD events for helping us culminate a distinguished career in service to our nation with such a fabulous event. You are top notch and will always be my first stop for event planning. Dara did an excellent job with my wedding! When I first started the planning of my wedding, I thought I could do it all by myself. I was wrong! I knew what I wanted, but I didn't realize how many small details there were when it came to planning a wedding. When I first talked to Dara about my ideas she really took the time out to listen. She was on it from the start and so excited about my wedding, just like I was. The very next day, after we talked, Dara was looking for ideas to help make my wedding dreams come to life. Dara made sure every detail was covered and was there every step of the way. Even when my fiancé and I changed our minds about some things, and we definitely did that a lot during this process. Dara remained very professional during the entire time and didn't get frustrated with us. She was very kind and understanding about the process and understood how frustrating it could be planning a wedding. Having her there to help made the process a little easier. She set up appointments for cake tastings, caterers, florists, etc. She made sure everything was covered. She stayed on us to make sure we didn't leave anything out. Dara made sure that our wedding was what we wanted and wanted us to be happy with everything at the end of the day. I have to say that we were very happy and our wedding was beautiful! During the planning, I imagined what my wedding would look like and how it would turn out. It turned out to be one of the best days of my life! Dara really did take my vision of what I wanted my wedding to be and she truly did bring it to life! She has a passion for what she does and it really shows! I HIGHLY recommend Dara for any event you are planning!
