She listened to what I valued most and least in an Alaskan adventure, and she planned accordingly, ensuring what I valued most was The. Most. Spectacular. Experience. EVER. I have never used a travel agent before, so I was unsure of what to expect. The whole experience was VERY easy, and it cost me nothing more than what I would have paid had I planned this all myself. Debbie gave me two possible itineraries from which to choose, both of which looked amazing. The itinerary was extremely detailed with directions such as "When you arrive at your hotel, walk across the street to [business name] to check in for the next morning's excursion and receive departure details." She even went out of her way to make sure a special need (storing/freezing breast milk to send home) would be accommodated at each hotel along the way--she personally called! Having Debbie as a travel agent saved me so much time, and my travel experience was worry-free and the trip of a lifetime. I highly highly highly highly recommend Debbie, and I will be using her again!!!

erfect resorts within our budget on the beautiful islands of Moorea and Bora Bora in the French Polynesia. All of our hotel transfers were taken care of and we did not have any worries. She even sent our itinerary in a very nice zippered folio which came quite in handy during our travels. We were able to schedule payments with her, which was quite convenient and gave us one less this to worry about during planning our wedding. Working with Debbie was an absolute joy and we will be sure to seek her services again for our 5-year anniversary trip!

tle worried about reaching out to a travel agent- but it was THE BEST THING we did. We were so scattered on where we wanted to go and how we wanted our honeymoon to be. Debbie was SO PATIENT with us as I had lots of questions :) She took time to figure out our likes and dislikes and what we enjoyed doing. From that, she was able to narrow down a list of places that were in our budget. Debbie was extremely prompt when answering emails. When it came time for the honeymoon, we were mailed a little package that had all the info we could need in it for our travel. We even got little luggage tags which we still use today! We ended up going to Jamaica at the Couples Resort and had a great time! They had all their water activities included, even scuba diving. Our favorite part was the catamaran cruise that took us on a day trip and it was a BLAST. We are so thankful we decided to use a travel agent & that we had one like Debbie. It made everything so much less stressful!!

This was our first cruise and Debbie informed us about what would happen on the cruise, reccomended hotels to stay at the night before (with parking for the duration included), offered to book our excursions, and even printed out our luggage tags for us. To top it all off, when the cruise finally began, we were surprised to find chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us (compliments of Dakota Travel). What more could we ask for!? Everything was taken care of for us, all we had to do was enjoy our honeymoon. We will be using Dakota Travels for all of our future needs.

If we didn't like something, she would move on and come up with a better option. After the fun part of searching for the perfect honeymoon destination, Debbie was very organized and efficient in making sure our information was accurate and that all the little details were set. Before traveling, we received our travel documents, along with clear instructions about itinerary, customs info, ground transportation, everything we needed. She even assured us that if we needed to reach her while traveling, she was available. After 14 months of wedding planning, it felt great to head out on our honeymoon and be confident that all the travel arrangements were in place and all we had to do, was sit back relax and enjoy a great trip to celebrate our new union!

. Honestly we planned our wedding in somewhat of a rush, (4months) and without much money, & Dacota travel played a huge role in making it happen and making it incredible. Debbie, our agent with Dacota travel, was extremely kind, helpful, professional, & prompt in her communication. After giving her our credit card info, she made the payments for us and handled everything. An extra touch that was so thoughtful was that she sent us a travel bag with all of our details in it. The bag had our travel itinerary book (which included a map of where we went and a travel page for family and friends so that they could know our flight details), luggage tags, and her information. We were so busy with planning the wedding and this made it so easy to keep track of everything! We just threw our passports in the bag and threw everything into our suitcase. We stayed at the couples tower isle resort in Jamaica. Debbie found us a great room, made sure the staff was aware that we should receive the honeymoon package, and even got us a $200 spa credit! She was also extremely responsive with any questions I had. All in all- an awesome person to work with! She made sure everything was perfect for our honeymoon!

Initially I had no idea where I would be going for this trip, but in October of 2014 I reached out to Debbie and begin looking for options. She was very thorough and right away began to provide me with options. After she sent the first few options, I was able to give her more information to narrow down the search. Within a few weeks she found me the perfect option, Ocean Lodge in GA on St Simon Island. She was very patient with me as I couldn't book until March. She kept checking in and when it was time to book she took care of everything! She booked the stay and ensured that my dinner was booked as well as the turn down service! At dinner, I proposed to my partner of 4 years and it was nothing less than magical! I couldn't be more pleased with how it all turned out and we are both so thankful that Debbie with Dacota Travel helped us find this lovely location!
