The worst experience I could imagine. They never answer their phone or email. Avoid to answer simple questions such as, "what time can I start setting up?" and "how many chairs d...
o you have?" They added an unbelievable amount of stress to my planning simply by being unprofessional. Dear busy bride, be warned:
STAY AWAY.

I had an absolutely atrocious time even attempting to get into contact with this venue. I, my fiancé, and my mother called and emailed numerous times and received silence. A friend...
of mine who is engaged managed to get through and scheduled a tour. He allowed me to come along. During the tour I inquired about the fact that I’d been blatantly ignored. I was told that the woman who has been in charge of reservations a week before was sick, but that a handful of employees handle the reservations cyclically, taking turns using the singular cell phone the Woman’s Club’s phone number is tied to. I was told texting was the best option.
After this, I texted twice, days apart. I attempted another call, and another email. I continued to be ignored.
Upon touring at a venue that is literally a few streets over from this, I was told the Woman’s Club has a reputation for this in the area, and that a large percentage of weddings at the venue were of couples who had found the Woman’s Club first and grew tired of being blown off or flat out ignored.
I will absolutely never recommend this place to anyone. If you won’t answer me when I’m contacting you to say I’d like to book and give you money, will you answer me the day of my wedding when you’re supposed to give me the keys? I doubt it.

We chose to have our wedding on a Thursday because the cost was about half the price on a weekday as it was on a weekend. I had a really hard time getting in touch with anyone anyt...
ime I had a question. In the end, it all worked out. The keys were left for us on Wednesday afternoon and we left them in the dropbox when we left on Thursday night at 11pm. My deposit was returned quickly. Tables and chairs are included, as well as use of the kitchen.

It had everything we needed, we brought in all our own vendors, and set up and clean up were simple. Loved it!
