Where to start?! The food…SO GOOD!!! Our guests were raving about the food from Dad’s country kitchen. They went above and beyond for us. Came to our venue multiple times before our big day to make sure their trailer would fit and scoped out a spot to park. Can’t recommend them enough. Spectacular food and even better customer service.

Dad’s Country Kitchen was built on the belief that barbecue should bring people together without leaving anyone out. We combine bold, authentic smokehouse flavor with thoughtful menu design and a fully sustainable mobile kitchen. Our pitmaster, Bryan Goold, is a three-time cancer survivor and Type 2 diabetic. That journey reshaped how we approach food. Today, we proudly offer options that are gluten free, no sugar added, low sodium, diabetic friendly, keto friendly, and more. Stephanie and Bryan married in 1988, they have been working and cooking together since. Both started at a Red Robin in 1987, Steph was a Prep Cook and Bryan was the Night Kitchen Manager. 36 years later, 4 kids, 12 Bonus kids, cooking together has been a lifelong venture.

I was lucky enough to attend an anniversary dinner catered by Dad’s Country Kitchen last year. There were about 100 in attendance. Plenty of food for everyone and it was delicious ...

especially the fried rice and pulled pork. So good. The set up was excellent and the service was perfect. Can’t recommend them enough. Amazing.

asoned just right that can be served with mashed potatoes and or rice, and they still taste great!!! I love Stephanie’s fried rice too! I could eat so many different ones, but their’s is just as good or better than the Asian fried rice or Panda Express ones😋my preference:) and I love it! I personally love their professionalism and flexibility to our Pacific Islander communities & visitors of over 1000+ to our annual event. They are very good people and trustworthy and you won’t disappoint.
