From Day 1 Laz was very respectful, very professional and down to earth! He truly wanted to make sure he did everything in his power to make our wedding the best day ever. He was very detailed oriented. Leading up to our wedding he would check in almost everyday to make sure he had everything correct to our liking, even the day before we met with him so he would be able to a visual of the up lighting and even previewed some of our songs that we wanted play like (First dance, parent dances etc.). Most importantly we had a memory table in which DJ Laz made sure to highlight so that everyone in attendance would take notice and that was extremely important to us ! If you're looking for someone who will be able to take wedding to the next level, then look no further than DJ Laz !! HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE TRUST ME!! Lazz was extremely professional in both planning and for the day of. We were impressed by his thoroughness in planning, flexibility, and skills at MC'ing. The music felt a little loud for the space at times, but not overbearingly so. There was also an issue with the refund, but at the we were pleasantly surprised at how quick it was resolved. We would absolutely recommend him again for couples looking for a DJ

Lazz was awesome! He was able to accommodate last minute changes, provide recommendations, and just make everything go smoothly. We had been to a wedding before where he was there and we loved him ever since and knew we wanted to see if he could DJ our wedding as well. He played lots of fun and classic things, got people dancing but also fit in some of the strange requests and kept the party lively. The venue even commented that we had a very active dancefloor! We also did the dancing on the clouds for the first dance and it was beautiful!

Lazz made our wedding flow smoothly. He was easy going and able to adapt with any changes that needed to come about. He stuck with our request. From our first meeting to our very last dance at our wedding reception, Lazz exceeded expectations in all categories. He was kind, professional, and thoroughly invested in making our day exactly what we wanted and more. As an emcee, Lazz coordinated the reception events seemlessly, keeping us in tune every step of the way. As a DJ, he kept the party going ALL night. DJ Lazz of Dahntah DJs was an excellent DJ at our wedding. He worked with us continuously over the course of our engagement to make sure we had everything figured out, and was wiling to meet with us multiple times to discuss our plans. Lazz drove out to coffee shops to chat with us and brought all the paperwork in a neat and orderly folder. Before and during the wedding he made sure he knew what we expected, what songs we liked and didnt like, and what our timelines were. When he came to the wedding itself, he was on point! All night we had people on the dance floor and Lazz did a great job reading the room to keep people going and playing off the excitement of the room, like when everyone kept singing along to one song far after it ended. Overall we had a great experience, and to top it off Dahntahn DJs offered a very competitive price!

Lazz was our DJ and he was so cool. He knew how to read a crowd and listened to our recommendations. He was great to work with and we had a great party because of it!

We cannot recommend DahnTahn DJs highly enough. Lazz was incredible and worked with us to make everything perfect. Not only was he the DJ but also the MC, and coordinator. We read that you should meet with DJs before hiring one but who has time for that? I had an initial call with Lazz, hired him, and would recommend him to anyone.

From the start Lazz was so knowledgeable helping us figure out all our songs, answered our questions and was generally helpful planning the night out. He was on board with our vision and was ready to help it become a reality. He kept the night (and us) running on time! Gave recommendations but ultimately deferred to our decisions. Music selections were great and played songs that we requested. Felt like he was on our team through the night and that we were in it together! Believe me, if you are looking for a great DJ you want Lazz!

I heard about and met Lazz from Dahntahn DJs through my venue as he was on their preferred vendor list. At first, I was hesitant to book a DJ that no one I knew had used in the past but as soon as I started working with Lazz all of those doubts subsided. Lazz was amazing, and went above and beyond what he needed to in order to make my day everything I could imagine. Lazz was personal, attentive, professional, friendly, fun, communicative, knowledgeable, and patient as I am sure I asked 1000000 questions too many. It was evident in getting to know him that he is truly passionate about his work and that he cares about discovering what it is that the bride and groom wanted each step of the way, and helping that dream become a reality. When I booked DahnTahn DJs we also used Lazz For our projected monogram, uplighting for the entire venue, and “dancing on the clouds” fog effect during our first dance. As Lazz went through his wedding season, he would often send me videos and pictures of things I booked him for so i could visualize what was possible with those “add on services”. It was such a personal and caring gesture and I so greatly appreciated how involved he was. Lazz met with us at our venue multiple times throughout our wedding planning process and was so patient and kind each time as I doubted myself, stressed, asked questions and wanted to play with uplighting colors! He found a way to create a shade of blue that didn’t even exist in his color queue for our uplighting, allowed us to make multiple changes to our monogram, and even met with my maid of honor and I 2 days before our wedding to go over bridal party entrance songs and practice the powerpoint of pics I had to play during our father/daughter dance. Not to mention the dancing on the clouds: WOW. It was gorgeous and perfect and absolutely took our first dance to a new level! He truly was such a large factor in everything good that happened during my wedding day. I cannot forget the thing I am most grateful for!! During my bridal party entrances, first dance, and throughout the reception he had a Coworker take some pictures and videos with a GoPro for me. I cannot express how much this meant to me when he texted them over the following day. I didn’t even know that was happening and he managed to catch things my photographer and videographer didn’t catch, or weren’t there for. I told him multiple times that i will cherish those Videos forever (they are hysterical). It was such a sweet gesture that allowed me to see all the fun my friends and family were having during the reception that i otherwise would have missed. If you are looking for a DJ who offers so much more than just day of DJ-ing, truly cares about your experience, and will honestly become a friend after your wedding, look no further than Lazz from Dahntahn DJs. DJ Lazz was professional, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire wedding process. He helped us create a timeline of events prior to the ceremony and accounted for all of our preferences during the planning stage. On the day of the ceremony he helped to keep us on track and provide both music and direction on our special day. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone searching for a competent, thoughtful DJ for their wedding ceremony.

Lazz was absolutely amazing to work with! He definitely knew how get all of our guest on the dance floor! I’ve never actually seen so many people dancing at a wedding (and I’m not just saying that because it was MY wedding) the dance floor was packed all night! We had a full 4 hours of dancing and the dance floor was full the whole time! Lazz was professional and made all necessary announcements and even went along with the special request we had for him. (We wanted to prank the best man with cut off music during his speech - he nailed this and it was so funny. And he also got everyone out of the venue for our sparkler send off/ last dance -even went above and beyond and got a video of this for me which I am so thankful for!) The uplighting, monogram and dancing on the clouds were extra details that Lazz provided that made our night even more special. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better DJ to work with and I will recommend him to everyone!

Lazz was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He took the time to get to know us and understand what vibe we wanted for our reception. Lazz is also very detail oriented as he reviewed our timeline and song list with us a few times in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I also appreciated how flexible Lazz was the day of the wedding as we ended up moving up our dollar dance up a few minutes and how we facilitated communicating with us overall. There are not enough good things I can say about Dahn Tahn DJs. First off, Josh is so professional and caring. He truly wants to knock it out of the park for your special day and it shows. He is very communicative and reaches out to you numerous times to go over every aspect of your wedding. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and I had ZERO stress about the DJ/MC aspect of my wedding- and brides, trust me, you will be so happy to have something crossed off your list when the big day comes. Josh did an amazing job MCing, the flow was perfect, the songs were exactly what we asked for, everyone had the best time! He even went so far as to bring an extra mic set just in case my violinist didn’t have one- he goes above and beyond to make sure your day goes perfect. He also made sure to come check in with me through out the night to make sure things were going well- just such a nice caring person on top of everything else. He did an amazing send off dance where everyone got on the dance floor- it was really special. I seriously can not recommend Josh enough! If you want to have an amazing experience the day of your wedding and have your guests dance the night away, look no father than Dahn Tahn DJs.

We had originally booked Lazz through the Chartiers Room but then COVID hit and we decided to move our wedding reception outdoors and change the date. Lazz was so awesome and understanding with all the changes. He even came out to the new venue a couple months before to see how uplighting looked and to check out the new place since it was a brand new wedding venue. The day of the wedding couldn’t have went more smooth with him as our DJ. He kept the whole reception on track and kept everyone on the dance floor. I even had guests tell me after that they have never seen a dance floor so packed. We were also one of the the first couples to use his fog machine and it couldn’t have turned out better. The pictures of our first dance with the fog turned out beautiful! I would give Lazz more stars if I could, he was awesome and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ!

Lazz was very professional and easy to work with. Prior to the wedding, we sat down to discuss the reception from start to finish. I could tell from the first conversation that Lazz knew what he was doing. He was very good with making sure we knew the day was about us and what we wanted. The night went exactly as we had planned, no hiccups. Every song we wanted was played including some jam band songs most people have never heard of. We even requested "The Reigns of Castamere" from Game of Thrones to played during dinner as a joke and Lazz was able to pull it off for us. Throughout the reception he would come find me or my wife to let us know how much time we had until the next thing on our schedule. The songs choices were great. Some slower/older songs earlier on while the older guests were still there and then things got cranked up as the night went on. I had multiple guests tell me they've never seen the dance floor stay packed from start to finish. Huge credit to Lazz for playing songs that kept our guests heading back out to the dance floor all night. We also rented a dry ice machine as well. He had limited experience with the machine prior to our wedding but Lazz went out of his way to send us multiple videos of him testing the machine and showing us how it worked. We used it for our first dance and it made our pictures look amazing. Highly recommend renting the machine! If you want your wedding day to go smoothly and the dance floor to be packed all night then Lazz is your guy!

Josh was an amazing DJ to work with from the very beginning. Josh stuck with us through three wedding date changes due to COVID. He listened to our wishes and delivered on everyone of them. He made our wedding reception one of the best parties that many of our guests have been to. He kept the energy going from the very beginning to the last dance. We are so fortunate that we were able to connect with Josh and we will be using him for future events. Great Job Josh!!!

Lazz was an amazing DJ from the consult to the wedding! He listened to every single thing we said especially what kind of music to play. We made a playlist of some stuff we wanted to hear and he did a FANTASTIC job at reading the crowd and playing what they needed to hear and playing stuff we wanted to hear. This was my 3rd wedding in 2 months and I hate the generic wedding reception songs that I have been hearing again and again. Even one of my bridesmaids commented how she loved how the DJ was playing exactly what we all wanted since hers did not really listen to her requests. He knows exactly when to play the traditional songs to get people dancing and when to throw in requests. I am beyond thrilled and would recommend Dahn Tahn Djs to anyone. -Married on 6/12/21-

Lazz from Dahn Tahn DJs was absolutely amazing to work with! Due to Covid, we had to change the location of our wedding 7 weeks before the date, but Lazz reassured us that he would be there no matter what. From picking out our uplighting colors, to music genres and even having a few challenging requests, Lazz made it all happen! Lazz arrived early and made sure to check with my husband and I (at separate times) when it came to our uplighting to guarantee we liked the placement due to the layout being a bit challenging. Lazz really pays attention to the crowd and what draws them to the dance floor! Three months later, our friends and family continue to tell us how great our DJ and music choices were. If you are looking for not only a great DJ, but someone who is passionate and committed to what he does, Lazz is your guy! I honestly can't recommend Lazz from Dahn Tahn DJs enough! We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful DJ, especially during such a stressful year for a wedding!

Despite all of the challenges and changes that came along with planning a wedding this year, DJ Lazz made our 10/10/20 wedding so wonderful. He was willing to come out to our venue beforehand and talk with the coordinator to ensure that we could have a safe outdoor wedding as well as talk with us several times beforehand to finalize our details. Lazz helped make our modified reception so smooth and really put our minds at ease as he took control of the entertainment! Lazz played awesome songs all night and took all requests, fitting them in seamlessly. Our guests keep sharing with us how fun the night was! I definitely recommend Dahn Tahn DJs!

Lazz listened to everything we wanted. Literally, he did every single thing we asked even as we changed some things up at the very last minute, he didn't say boo about any of it and just went with the flow. Amazing job Lazz.

We put Dahn Tahn DJ through the ringer and they did a great job! Because of Covid we postponed and changed dates 3 times and they were with us thru it all. Lazz called us to prepare a line up and then gave us a week to prepare everything and get it back to him. Everything is done on their site so It’s super easy and can change things if need be. Lazz showed up hours early to set up. It was a hybrid indoor/outdoor (mainly outdoor) and they did a great job making sure music was heard everywhere. He did a good job helping us keep our timeline and couldn’t ask for any better! Very professional! great job!!

I would recommend DJ Lazz to absolutely anyone for any event. We hired him for our wedding Sept 12 2020 and we had a blast the entire night. He chose music for all age groups so the dance floor was busy all night long. He went above and beyond DJ responsibilities by also making sure we had everything we wanted and planned for the wedding. He also offers uplighting which is a bonus! He really loves what he does and he aims to make your day perfect!

I was very pleased with the ease, professionalism, flexibility and patience we received. Lazz was super flexible in meeting us at the venue. He gave us plenty of time to determine the right color up lighting for our event and did not rush us to decide. We received our security deposit back quickly as well! The lighting really made a difference in our event.

Dahn-Tahn DJ'd our wedding at Cranberry Highlands on September 9 2017. Lazz was great to work with. He was willing to communicate via phone, text, email and in person. He met our every request and I cannot recommend Dahn-Tahn DJs highly enough. He made suggestions when we were struggling to find a mother-son dance. All around, he was fantastic. 10/10 from me!

I am the chairperson for a fairly large annual fundraiser. Things went so smoothly this year with the help of Josh & Dahntahn DJs. Great music, amazing personality, kept the day moving on schedule, made all of my important announcements & made awards and raffle winners memorable. I would work with them again and again and cant wait to have them back at my event next year!

DJ Lazz was the absolute best! He never skipped a beat even when we threw him a few last minute curveballs. He kept the night moving and always made sure we got to enjoy every moment. My wife and I were very glad that Josh and Dahn Tahn DJs were recommended to us for our wedding! Josh Hallmark was awesome! He worked with us on songs we liked prior to our reception, and had an awesome play list during our party. He was easy going and went with the flow of our reception. Josh assisted with and coordinated announcements for dinner, dancing, picture taking and other small details throughout the night. Josh always checked in with us on timing for each event during the night. Josh also coordinated with our caterers on calling up guests for dinner. Josh was patient, fun, and helpful with song requests and made sure all requests were played when dancing happened. We recommend Josh and this dj company to anyone throwing a party!

Lazz from Dahn Tahn DJs did an amazing job for our wedding, we can't say enough good things! He showed up even earlier than I did on our wedding day to ensure everything was set up and ready to go. He found all of our obscure choices in music to play as requested. He stuck diligently to our requests for what to play and what not to play. He did our uplighting beautifully. He was so pleasant and nice to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. I can't recommend him enough!

My now husband and I were shopping for a DJ that was reliable and reasonably priced. We found DJ Lazz through our Hall and we could not be happier with that contact. DJ Lazz was able to work with us on songs we wanted to walk into, dance too and helped couched us through the whole process. DJ Lazz did our small intimate ceremony and our reception. He was great, kept the music going, mc’d when he needed to and didn’t skip a beat. My guest on the other hand didn’t dance as much as I would have liked but that didn’t hinder Lazz from still keeping the party going for the few of the guest that were dancing. We highly recommend him, and are so pleased we found him!

Lazz was the DJ at our wedding on April 6 and he was AMAZING!! I had people come up to me throughout the night saying how much fun they enjoyed the music selections, from the music he played before we got there to the music he played to get everyone on the dance floor. He definitely kept the party going! Lazz was very helpful as well with music selections for certain dances that we never thought of. He was also accommodating when I texted him the night before about adding a special song for my husband and I to dance to at the end of the night. If you want an excellent DJ that will keep people on the dance floor, definitely call Lazz!!

Laz is AMAZING. I can’t recommend him enough. His price is fair, and he tailors everything to your wishes and needs. We were doing something really different, so he arranged to come the day before to set up a sound check. People were on the dance floor all night. Seriously, check him out!

He served as the DJ for our charity event with around 250 young professionals at the Pittsburgh Aquarium. Everyone enjoyed his music! I cannot saw enough about our experience with Lazz! He went above and beyond when it came to our day and made it very evident that he would do anything to make sure we were happy. He took the time to personalize an uplighting color that matched our wedding palette perfectly (which looked a pain, for sure). We were back and forth between colors but he was very professional and entertained my indecisiveness without making me feel like the pain I’m sure I was being. We got so many complements on how awesome the music was at our reception! We had a very wide age range of guests, too! During our final consultation, he made sure we had everything covered that we wanted and didn’t want and had a lot of great advice when we weren’t super sure. I also really appreciated that he checked in a few times during the reception with timeline updates and to make sure we were happy and if we wanted to change anything, etc. I would recommend Lazz a thousand times over!
