keeping everything organized. They were very communicative and they stuck with us through date AND venue changes due to COVID. They helped us develop and reorganize our timeline; they thought of many things we hadn't (because we've never planned a wedding!); they were there to follow-up with vendors who weren't necessarily the most responsive and they kept everything running smoothly day of. It was so nice to have two planners there as well, as they were able to divide and conquer on various tasks. My mom originally didn't want to hire anyone to help with planning and after working with Vanessa and Gabby she said she was so wrong (ha!) and that she was so glad they were who we hired. ed a bride and groom in a different time zone and the onset of the pandemic. Were it not for Vanessa and Gabby's professionalism and expertise, the resulting two postponements and extensive reconfiguration of the original celebration would have been overwhelming.
