I do not know where to begin with my praises for Dakota Entertainment and our, hands down, best DJ- Garner! We booked Garner 2 years before our wedding because we had heard he was the best and booked quickly. They were easy to work with and easy to get a hold of. Garner was our DJ and I would recommend him to anyone! Meeting with him one on one was helpful in making our dance truly our own! As guests were arriving and before the dance, he walked around and talked with the guests and got their song requests. He kept our dance going all night and there was never a dull moment that people got bored and left. We are still hearing praises from how wonderful he is! If you are looking for a DJ that would truly make it feel like your wedding and knows how to read an audience, Garner is the one! This was the one area that we were willing to pay more on, and he really made our evening special!

Garner Hansen at Dakota Entertainment was awesome, he is one fabulous DJ. He really gets your guests involved and makes sure everyone is having a great time (cuz that is what all of your planning is for)! He takes care of everything and really helps you put a time line in order. He comes highly recommended from me! Tell him Amber Muller sent you!

We had a great day with Gene. He was our DJ and Photographer so he got to know our wedding party throughout the day! We had a great dance! Thanks for everything Gene and Sam! We will pass your name on to our family and friends!

We hired Garner with Dakota Entertainment for our reception/dance! What a blast! He entertained the crowd, involved the kids & our dance floor was packed the entire time! He brought glow sticks for people to wear and even took over 200 dance party pictures!! Highly recommend them and wouldn't have changed a thing. He tried fitting in all the songs we asked him to play along with other requests...ran out of time. We need another 10 hours to keep the party going! We got a ton of amazing compliments from our guests that said he was AWESOME! We also paid to have a photo booth which is another service they offer and that was a hit! The pictures are hilarious and at the end of the night we got a copy of them all in a photo album!

We loved having Gene Elrod from Dakota Entertainment as our photographer! He made engagement pictures fun and he made our wedding pictures even more fun! Our wedding party loved him too! I have not seen our pictures yet but I know they will be great!

Dakota Entertainment (DE) did a great job entertaining my guests. My husband and I had some requests like special songs, entrances, and presentations at our reception. We had gone over these with our DE D.J. prior to our wedding. However, he forgot to do two main songs and forgot to announce my sister as a bridesmaid in our entrance. It seems like little things, but they were all written down on a sheet. The music was great and we had a great time.
