They opened up plenty of space for us and they catered the wedding. The food was great and came out quickly. Their bartenders were also on top of their game

We had our wedding reception at the DEC and couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. They were so easy to work with in planning our day. We live in OH and so we had lots of emails back and forth and Jamie and Jessica were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We had mini champagne bottles double as escort cards and Jamie was able to find them for us to purchase. They were able to schedule our food tasting for a time we would be in the area, even while they were already cooking for a large wedding that day. They worked with our decorator to arrange the room layout and it looked beautiful. We love that the DEC is attached to hotels and we could have our guests stay so close. We are so lucky the DEC was available for our wedding day and we wouldn't have to use an older hotel or tacky ballroom in the area. I think we would have changed wedding dates to make the DEC a part of our day. The food was terrific and the venue looks elegant. And really not that expensive at all! We were budgeting a lot more for our reception and ended up paying half of that. We would highly recommend the DEC and their wonderful staff to anyone. So glad to have them as an option for the Aberdeen area.
