I reached out to this vendor to inquire about chair rentals, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The pricing listed on their website was confusing — it appeared to ...say “$25 per day,” but when I increased the quantity, it still showed the same rate. I tried to clarify what the actual cost would be, and a call from a very rude representative on Monday, I still felt frustrated and disrespected.
I understand businesses can be busy, but professionalism and clear communication matter, especially when couples are planning their weddings. Based on the poor customer service I received, I would not recommend this vendor at this time.
