Absolutely loved the work they did for my wedding. I knew from our first meeting, that Noel was passionate about his work and it would not let me down. He was able to see my vision of my wedding and made sure to make it reality for me. The staff that came in to set everything up were so nice and ready to work. I highly recommend this company for any weddings or events. They are so worth every penny, especially when you see the transformation from beginning to end it is truly phenomenal. Thank you so much!

We were very excited about having them do our drapes and lighting for our wedding. During our meetings, they explained how much they cared about customer satisfaction and showed us beautiful pictures of their work and explained what our setting would look like... needless to say it was a HUGE disappointment. The owner not only did not come to do the work he said he would do himself, but he sent people who only did HALF the the job. Our draping looked completely unfinished and frayed. The people setting up the room did not appear to know how to make it look good. I felt that we were treated poorly and it was an incredibly stressful experience on our wedding day. I absolutely DO NOT recommend them to anyone.

I first saw DD&L's work at the Plano Bridal show. I thought it was beautiful and took a business card. My mom and I got in touch with the company to get a quote. They came out, looked at the site, drew up a sketch of how it would look and gave us a quote. I was extremely impressed and so excited as to how it would look. The day of the wedding they showed up and began setting up. I didn't see the reception site until my new husband and I walked up to be announced. I was beyond disappointed. The work that they did was very beautiful, but it was only half done. They did no draping around the building, which was listed in our contract. They only hung one chandelier when we contracted for three. The lack of draping caused my guests to have to shield their eyes from the setting sun. After sunset, the lighting was very pretty, I will admit. My biggest problem came after the wedding when it came time to pay the balance of the account. My mom spoke to the owner, explaining that since they only did half of the work, we would not be paying the full balance listed on the contract. Instead of having a reasonable conversation to resolve the matter, he proceeded to yell and say she was trying to screw him. He said that "I always go out of my way to help the Christians, and the Christians are always the ones that screw me." He then said that if we didn't pay the full balance his attorney would be in contract with us. My mom got in touch with the DD&L representative who did the quote and asked how much the work that was done was worth. After getting that number, my mom called the owner again and said that we would pay the amount it was worth and nothing more. We never heard anything back from him after that. Apparently, this guy has been doing this to a lot of brides over the last few months; promising things, not following through and then harassing the client into paying for services they ultimately did not receive. I would highly recommend finding another company to use for your day. His work is beautiful, but it most likely won't be what you're expecting.
