ht out samples and showed me things he had done until we made my exact vision come to life. The day of the wedding, the flowers exceeded all my expectations. The centerpieces were full and gorgeous, and my bouquet was exactly as we had discussed. They provided extra boutinierres in case any of the groomsmen needed one. They even made a silk bouquet for one of my bridesmaids who is allergic to roses (and it was identical to the rest)! I highly recommend Dalsimer, Spitz, and Peck!

when we go back to our album in 20 years, the pictures will look timeless. We looked into Dalsimer Spitz & Peck and noticed that they had offices on Long Island and in New Jersey, which was great since we lived in Jersey City, one of us worked about 10 minutes from their Livingston, NJ showroom and our wedding was on Long Island at the Mansion at Oyster Bay. We scheduled a meeting with John at Dalmiser’s office in Livingston and went in to meet him. Prior to going in, we had a look that we were going for (White Flowers, to keep with the classic, timeless theme) and we took pictures of each spot that we thought we needed to have flowers so we could discuss it and visually all know what we’re referring to. From the moment we met John, it was like meeting an old friend. We are Jewish and were going to have a chuppah, so we showed John pictures of what our dream chuppah looked like, adding that we wanted to have flowers cover the bars at the top and all around so no matter what angle you were looking at the chuppah, the flowers were lush. It made us feel great that John had worked with the Mansion at Oyster Bay previously and showed us pictures of past weddings he had done there. John definitely knew what he was talking about and even made suggestions (like not putting flowers on the back of chuppah because no one would see it and it would save us money) to discussing putting an abundance of candles on the tables and hanging from the centerpieces. Another thing we wanted, was to put lights up over the dance floor to add some drama and make the room feel as though we were dancing under the stars - John had no problem with this and worked with our coordinator Emily (at the Mansion) to make sure we were good to go.We signed the contract and about 4 months out John invited us to come back in and see what everything would look like. We were blown away with how our centerpieces looked - it was exactly what we had envisioned. On the day of our wedding we met with the team onsite and they had already been working on getting everything together, by the time we had finished getting ready, everything was in place. We asked for a few more candles to be placed out by pictures we brought in and they had no problem accommodating us. We had over 260 guests attend our wedding and not 1 guest left before telling us how amazing the flowers looked - timeless and elegant, which was exactly what we wanted to achieve. It was so easy and such a pleasure working with Dalsimer, Spitz & Peck - they literally made our wedding look even more beautiful than we had hoped and we strongly recommend anyone who is looking to make a statement with flowers utilize Dalsimer, Spitz & Peck on their wedding day!
