My sister chose this vendor for her wedding 2 weeks ago. The lady arrived 2 hours late and didn't reach out to us at all. The wedding coordinator had to reach out to her to try an...
d figure out what was going on. When he asked for an ETA she told him that she couldn't give him one but she was definitely on the way. My sister lost photo ops as well as 2 hours of music that she paid for due to this setback. She arrived poorly dressed with a tangled wig on her head. She was very nonchalant and even commented to the bridesmaid that she didn't know a wedding that started on time. She had a boyfriend that kept calling her phone and she went into the bathroom to talk to him all while she's already behind on doing our hair for the wedding. Then to top it all off she charges my sister $345 when she initially quoted my sister $270. After my sister mentioned to her that she was 2 hrs late, she then apologized and knocked the price down to $295, which I don't think she deserves. Myself and the other bridesmaid had halo braids that were not pinned correctly. She didn't properly feed in the hair while braiding so my hair had to be taken down 2 days after the wedding because the hair was unraveling. She had no care that her extreme tardiness threw my sister's entire wedding off. Please find someone that exhibits professionalism and takes pride in what they do. We would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
