a DJ/live music hybrid is so unique AND affordable! You have the freedom to customize your instruments, singers, etc, and more! (Highly suggest the 90s rocktail hour with an acoustic guitarist!) Chris was SO responsive throughout our entire planning process, something I very much appreciate, since COVID threw a wrench in our plans and we had to postpone a year. Chris was always flexible and caring, and kept us in the loop with monthly emails and more. On our wedding day, he and his team were professional, on time, friendly, and kept the party alive! Our guests were RAVING about the music and have been since! I am so impressed with how Chris and his team can cater to a variety of audiences. We had so many different generations at our wedding and I was so worried that not every age group would find interest in the music, but somehow he was able to cater to everyone’s needs. He worked with us and stayed with us as we postponed during the pandemic, offered his expertise and creative ideas, and helped us create an event that was all our own. Our guests were absolutely raving about the music from the dj alive show - not to mention we heard stories about guests' jaws dropping when they realized that Chris was actually singing live. h was great as we did not have a wedding planner. I really wanted a live band for our wedding but they are very expensive. I found D’Amico at a wedding show and was immediately blown away. They offer a great hybrid experience which I feel is better than a band! We added on the saxophone player which was the BEST decision ever. During the cocktail hour, it was a full hour of christian playing jazz piano & Joe playing saxophone and people were already really impressed with the live set. Then onto the reception... Christian, our MC, was incredible at reading the crowd. During dinner they did a live set. They were so great at playing live that people had to do double takes to make sure it was not the DJ playing music! He had our crowd on the dance floor almost the entire time before and after dinner. He knew when to play live music and when to have the DJ play songs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. WE WILL USE AGAIN!!

We saw D'Amico at a wedding show, after a friend told us about them and immediately knew there was something different about their show and their talents. We attended that friend's wedding, where D'Amico was performing, and had an absolute blast. As a guest, there was not a dull moment in the entire night, nor were there any butts in their seats during the reception. It was just plain and simple a great time. Fast forward to our wedding, which was supposed to be in 2020 moved to 2021--which D'Amico was SO easy to work with and made the date changes and transition painless and stress free which as a COVID Bride is few and far between. We had D'Amico do our cocktail hour, up lighting, reception and stay late for our after party...and help with our gender reveal! We cut our cake (filling had the gender) and as we did it the room was pink, then blue, then pink and then....blue! The whole room lit up blue and our guests went crazy. It was the most exciting cake cutting ceremony ever and D'Amico made it possible. The dance floor was packed the entire night, some of our guests didn't believe that they were actually singing certain songs because it sounded so much like Sinatra! Our guests are still coming up to us (two/three weeks later!) and asking how we found such a fun and talented group for our wedding music/entertainment. D'Amico absolutely made our cocktail hour, reception and after party incredibly memorable and absolutely perfect. Seriously, if you want to have a great wedding....BOOK THEM! You will not regret it and your guests will have an amazing, memorable and fun time!

we both hired them immediately. When COVID first wrecked our wedding plans, Chris was excellent during the postponing process. He called regularly to check on me which really helped my nerves leading up to our big day! We hired Chris with the full DJ Alive package getting the “rocktail hour” and all 6 people in his ensemble. His website was easy to navigate when choosing music and planning my event. Chris and his gang opened my wedding with Andrea Bocelli’s Por Ti Volare (AKA the f*in Catalina Wine Mixer) and that SET THE TONE. For us with two giant Italian families, it is ALL that my guests talk about. Their jaws were dropped (including mine and my husbands) for the whole performance. From there, he just crushed it with everything we had planned and requested. There was never a moment were people were not enjoying themselves. At the end of the night, they ended up not getting to a song that my husband wanted to hear/sing and Chris went back and took all his equipment back out to play it for my husband which literally meant SO MUCH to us. His professionalism during COVID and the day of our wedding was something that really impressed us. I cannot say enough great things about Chris and all of his band members. Highly recommend!!

We spoke multiple times before the big day to iron out the details and I feel in a way he was checking on me to make sure I was OK. I felt like he truly cared about us and like I was talking to a family member. We had FOUR different dates booked and luckily they were available for all of them because I could not imagine our wedding day without Chris and the team. People of all ages were dancing all night long and said how amazing our band/DJ was. They've never seen anything quite like it! To no fault of Chris, the wedding ended up being on the more chill side (like a reunion of people who hadn't seen each other in a while) but EVERYONE got up and danced at some point during the night, even my uncle and my grandmother who don't dance at all. Chris even got my FIL to start the party. Amico provided live music and a DJ. I had piano, sax, acoustic guitar, singer (WHO ALSO PLAYED HARMONICA FOR PIANO MAN), and DJ. They also did my cocktail hour all for a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. My stepfather and I danced to their live version of o’ sweet child of mine and he just won’t stop talking about it! Chris is extremely personable and genuinely wants to make sure you are happy. Not only was he an amazing entertainer but he knows weddings inside out and will give you advice in other aspects of your day. Cannot recommend enough.

Chris had a Singing range from Billy Joel to Journey and even turned it up a notch by singing...My own worst enemy by LIT! I had a feeling he be good but not this good. Im not one to post or comment about anything on the internet but i am taking the time to do this on my honeymoon across the world in Thailand because Chris did such an amazing job and he’s totally worth it.

that there was nobody we'd rather have entertaining our guests than Chris. I am a musician myself and met Chris years ago through our local music scene. Chris is an incredible vocalist, pianist, and all around entertainer. The fact that he is such an amazing musician is what makes him such an incredible DJ, and the entertainment that he brings is far beyond what you would expect from your average DJ. Chris sings and plays the piano throughout the night, giving an incredible live atmosphere to the performance. He also brings other live musicians with him to further enhance the performance. For our party, we had him bring a live saxophonist who performed at both our cocktail hour and our reception. Chris provided the music for our ceremony and cocktail hour in addition to the incredible performance at our reception. We also had him bring uplighting for the reception hall, giving the room an amazing look and atmosphere for us and our guests. When we had our final phone meeting with Chris, he gave us priceless advice to ensure that my wife and I enjoyed our wedding day to the fullest. He checked in with us several times throughout the night to make sure that we were having the time of our lives and believe me, we absolutely were! We didn't have many requests other than our dances, bridal party intros, ceremony music, etc. For the dance sets, we trusted Chris with the music selection and let him do his thing. This was the best thing we could have done because the party couldn't have been more fun! Chris played the perfect songs at the perfect times. The flow of the dance sets couldn't have been better. All of our guests, both young and old, were up on the dance floor, having an incredible time! Like I mentioned earlier, I am a professional musician and so were several of the guests at our wedding. I couldn't have anything less than incredible entertainment on our special day and that is exactly what Chris provided us with. All of our guests were commenting on how amazing the music was and what an incredible entertainer Chris is. On a personal note, Chris himself is an amazing person. As I mentioned earlier, my wife and I have known Chris for quite some time and he is one of the most generous and caring people we know. If you have a group with an eclectic taste in music get the additional acoustic guitar. They can play everything and anything to make the whole crowd get up and sing along. Our guests were singing and dancing during the cocktail hour and then they were dancing in between courses during the actual reception. Generally speaking, our guests are very lively people however, it really took Chris' expertise to get even the shyest person up and having a great time. We really can't thank Chris enough for the wonderfully professional and incredibly entertaining job he did for our wedding reception. He is the best!!!!

I still vividly remember that moment. The great thing about Chris is that he is a true professional: this guy just gets it. He directed the entire evening and knew exactly what was going on. They have this awesome DJ portal that you entire all your information into prior to your wedding, you have a kickoff call with him 1-2 weeks prior to your wedding, then he takes it from there. People we're literally raving about him and the dance floor was packed the second the first song came on. He tailors the music to how the crowd reacts, so you really get a tailored experience based on your family and friends. He's not going to blast house music all night - he gets everyone of all ages on their feet and involved, then will start to amp things up a bit. People seriously kept saying how great the music was. We are so happy and could not recommend Chris more!

Our dance floor was packed all night long. Chris knew how to play songs that literally got everyone out on the dance floor. Dan and I had been at a table saying our hellos and we turned around to see the floor so packed, people were dancing on the carpet. We couldn’t stop smiling to see everyone we love having so much fun. My little nieces were our flower girls and they had the time of their lives dancing all night long even while dinner was being served– it made my heart so full to see this! We can’t express how grateful we are for how our night was turned into the best party we could have imagined. Thank you Chris and D’Amico Entertainment!

ng at our own pace. We did the DJ Alive package with Chris singing and playing keyboard, and added on a saxophone. Chris is amazing. The whole team was rocking, and the dance floor (despite being very large) was constantly filled with guests. They knew the songs to play to get everyone up, and included everyone independent of their age or musical tastes. One of the highlights of the night was, during dinner, Chris broke into a live rendition of Thunder Road, my husband's favorite song. The best man had mentioned this during his toast, and Chris called an audible (we hadn't put it on the song list) and absolutely killed it. He followed that up by singing Born to Run later in the night, and that got everyone going wild as well. We had guests coming up to us throughout the night (and after the party ended) telling us how amazing the live performance was. A few guests didn't even realize the songs during dinner weren't just recordings - that's how amazing Chris's range is. The saxophonist was active, moving around the dance floor playing with the crowds, which was awesome. They also mic'ed up our ceremony, including our officiant and violinist friend with no issues. If you want a mix of live music, crowd engagement, and some DJ'ing, Chris and D'Amico Entertainment is not only the best option, but really the only option!

I am a Christian and I want to make sure we had music that wasn’t distasteful but music that we can all still dance too. And they made that happen. I loved them. I was a happy Bride.

I was skeptical of having live music and was unsure of how it would work out. Chris reassured me that we’d love him, and my husband felt that live music would be great for our parents’ generation. After thinking it over, we decided to go for it and I AM SO GLAD WE DID! Prior to the wedding we gave Chris our list of must plays and do not plays. When my uncle started a Conga line—which was a big no-no for me—Chris came over to us and told us he didn’t start it but that he would do his best to stop it. And he did! Chris checked in with us a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. At the end of the night he even had one of his roadies go out and get us a Crave Case from White Castle!! We had previously told Chris how my uncle had driven to get White Castle after my cousin’s wedding and then he overheard some of our guests talking about it at our wedding, so he recreated it for us!! After the last song he handed over a crave case and it made our night! Our guests came up to us all night to ask where we found this guy. From professionalism to talent, Chris was amazing to work with. We recommend him to everyone we meet and we can’t wait to go to another wedding that he is working! We just went to another wedding this weekend with a live band. During dinner while we were eating they played this “dead music”- my husband turned to me and said- “this was the dead music that Chris warned us about.” Chris sang to us all throughout dinner and it was great. It was the perfect mix of live music and DJing and we HIGHLY recommend Chris to anyone and everyone! If you are skeptical like I was… don’t be!!!!

D’Amico Entertainment is more than a DJ or a band, they are performers and Chris is a wedding planner too. When we met Chris we were very impressed with not only his talent, but also what stood out to us more was how involved in the wedding he is. From the minute we signed a contract with Chris, we were given online access to our account. This option was extremely helpful, as we had almost a year to complete it at our leisure. We were able to make lists of songs we absolutely wanted played, as well as songs we did not to be played. We were able to go through every aspect of music, from the ceremony, down to the cake cutting song. The week prior to the wedding, we had a phone conversation with Chris to go over every single detail. We felt so much more at ease and knew that nothing would go wrong. Chris just kept reminding us to leave everything to him. We were a little skeptical about a DJ/band combo because we were worried that a live performance would be the center of attraction at our wedding and that was not the case at all. Chris and his band mingled with the guests and put on a show we will never forget. Chris would walk through the crowd, or even sit at one of the guest tables while singing. Many times, you could not differentiate between his singing voice and an actual song being played! He is THAT good! We received so many compliments at the wedding and we are still receiving them almost 2 months later! Every time we spoke to Chris he always calmed our fears and told us to “leave everything up to him and just enjoy our day.” And that is exactly what we did! He played a piano cocktail hour, sang a few songs live (his voice is incredible!) while we ate, and DJed the rest of the night. He even checked in multiple times to ensure that me (the bride and groom) were enjoying the night. He then started off the night singing Acapella which was nothing short of amazing. Friends and family we never thought we would see dancing were on the dance floor.
