We didn't need to worry about anything that day thanks to Kim and it was exactly the reception we were hoping for! We cannot recommend Kim, Jeanne and D'Amore enough to anyone looking for wedding planners :)

beyond to make our day enjoyable for us and worry-free from start to finish. She was a great listener throughout the entire planning process and really took the time to get to know us as a couple. Kim had wonderful ideas (that I honestly never would’ve thought of) when it came to the set up and logistics of our day. She was more than willing to run around the morning of to pick up our florals and wedding cakes, and even offered to care for our dogs at home. If you are planning your wedding and in search of a day of coordinator, you need Kim!

exactly as planned, and with Kim there on my wedding day, I was truly stress-free and knew she had it handled! She was highly available for questions and meetings, had great local vendor connections, and seriously made the day go off without a hitch. We had multiple planning meetings leading up to the wedding, she coordinated the entire schedule for the day, communicated and finalized things with all my vendors, helped set everything up the day of, and it was everything I dreamed of and more. I didn’t really understand how necessary a wedding coordinator was until I worked with Kim, and wow, am I SO glad I did! D’Amore seriously crushed it for our wedding and I absolutely recommend them to any brides looking for a coordinator!

that I didn't finalize until the last 24-48 hours before our wedding day, and Kim didn't even bat an eye, she just rolled with it! At several planning calls with our other vendors, Kim would bring up and help coordinate logistics of how best to accomplish something we had mentioned we wanted done, such as hanging up a neon sign and playing a video on a projector at our venue. Thank you Kim!

e their decisions & signed the contracts, but it wasn't until we were in touch with Jeanne at D'Amore that I realized how much stress we could have saved ourselves if we had turned to them sooner! She joined us at the meeting with our florist. She used her talents to help decorate the wooden signage & card box. She suggested a local neon sign company. When we were unable to pick up or return it due to our commitments, she happily agreed to handle it for us, in spite of the inconvenience. She & Kim went to the destination wedding venue 20 days before to become acquainted with it. They made fantastic layout suggestions to us, such as where to have our cake table. It wouldn't surprise me if future brides don't copy it! They never complained when we kept fine tuning & changing how/where we wanted our decor placed, & Jeanne kept detailed notes to ensure they knew what to do. They kindly suggested decisions we needed to make at various intervals & stayed on top of us if we were coming up on a deadline. They contacted each vendor to confirm details & provided them, as well as the various members of the wedding party, with day-of timelines. They took care of guiding the rehearsal, which could not take place at the wedding site, due to another wedding! By far, the most help was on the wedding day itself! If you do not book them to help you prior to then, I strongly encourage you to do so for your BIG DAY! There is no way we could have gotten through the event without them. They started putting our decor out early that morning, carefully following our requests. Jeanne suggested & arranged to have the couple's first drinks & a plate of appetizers waiting for them in privacy to enjoy immediately after the recessional. Late in the evening Kim managed to catch a short video of the sparkler exit which had the bride & groom, the bride's son & brother, & both of the moms, which I will cherish forever. They handled the unexpected situations which arose with grace & expertise. They stayed in touch with me throughout the day only when needed so the bride was able to enjoy herself & not worry about anything. For instance, the baker was supposed to deliver AND set up the cake & desserts at a certain time. They arrived early & left without setting any of it up! Jeanne & Kim took care of it & it looked lovely. Our electrical hook up for the neon light didn't work as we had hoped, but they figured out a different way to do it, without bothering us! A rain shower came through after the chairs had been set up, & they made sure they were all dried off for the ceremony. I could not have handled any of those changes with my responsibilities that day. The timetable got off schedule & they made suggestions as to how we should handle it. Jeanne contacted me to alert me that it was time for the kids to be at the ceremony site, as I had no idea they were late! Lastly, they stayed until every piece of our decor & extra desserts were boxed back up, & in our vehicles. They worked all day long & into the early morning, with smiles on their faces, to ensure my daughter's & her fiancé's vision was carried out. lifted off my shoulders. I ended up choosing their partial planning package. Since then, I’ve been working closely with Kim, and she has been SO helpful, always there to guide me along, reach out to vendors, and answer any questions. I’m now about 7 months out from my wedding and I can’t wait to keep working with D’Amore as it gets closer and we finalize all the details!
