Damsel Fly Events did a phenomenal job as "Day of Coordinator" for our wedding. While planning the wedding, Sarah Jennings was very well organized and efficient, providing helpful and creative suggestions, while never pushing her opinions on us. She was very considerate with our time, and met with us both in person and virtually, which was very convenient. Her planning approach is very structured but flexible; in that it both detailed what we needed to accomplish, accommodated our unique elements, and kept us on track. On the day of the wedding, Sarah kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. She was everywhere all the time, but never "in the picture". If there were any hiccups, we couldn't see them because Sarah was proactively taking care of all the details. We were able to relax and enjoy our special day because Damsel Fly Events helped us put together a solid plan that they ensured was executed perfectly.
