Full time photographer, aspiring woodworker, usually highly caffeinated, and yes one of my dogs is named after a character from Brooklyn 99.
Studying photojournalism and portrait photography in college, helped me hone in on becoming a visual storyteller. My goal is to allow you to be fully present on your wedding day. Spend time with your family and friends, allow yourself to be bear hugged by your loved ones, happy cry at whirlwind of emotions of the day, dance your butt off, and most importantly to be able to take it all in with your now spouse.
I believe the most important thing about wedding photography is not trying to recreate moments, but to capture the candid, natural and authentic.
The wedding isn't about the photography, the photography is about your wedding.

arrived on our wedding day, they were absolutely incredible. They were both so personable, kind, professional, and genuinely such a pleasure to have with us throughout the entire day. It honestly felt like having two friends there with us rather than just our photographers.
Dan and Haley were literally everywhere! Running around, finding the perfect angles, catching the little moments we didn’t even realize were happening, and making sure no part of our day went undocumented. Looking through our photos, we couldn’t believe how many moments they captured. From the big, emotional moments to the smallest candid ones, they somehow got it all.
And the photos themselves are UNREAL. Every single one is absolutely beautiful. They captured the happiness, emotions, and energy of our wedding day so perfectly that looking through them genuinely feels like we get to relive the day all over again.
You only get one wedding day, and choosing someone to capture it is such a huge decision. We are beyond grateful that we chose Dan and had Haley there alongside him. These photos are something we will have for the rest of our lives, and we truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. We're not the type of couple that's naturally comfortable in front of a camera, but Dan made the whole experience effortless. He had us laughing the entire time (I won't spoil his tricks, but he has some creative techniques up his sleeve!), and captured us so naturally.
Before the wedding, he thought of everything. He asked questions we never would have considered - it was obvious how much care he puts into his work and how much experience he has. One of the things I appreciated most was how intentional he was about making sure I got every single photo that was important to me. I had my heart set on incorporating the iconic Gibbet Hill cows into our portraits, and Dan made it happen. Those photos ended up being some of our absolute favorites, and I’m so grateful he understood how meaningful they were to us.
When we received our gallery, we were blown away. Every photo tells a story and brings us right back to those moments! ut rain, yet Dan was a ray of sunshine from start to finish. He arrived with umbrellas, adapted the plan on the fly, and kept smiling through hours of standing in the downpour without a single complaint.
The photographs are incredible. They made us laugh, made us tear up, and struck the perfect balance between candid and posed. Dan is excellent at what he does. He immediately makes you feel comfortable and wants you to be present the day of your wedding. He absolutely achieves all of this and more! There are some shots that I didn't even know he was taking until I got the photos back (his turnaround time is amazing too!).

Fenway and Dan took the time to scout photo locations before our big day. We didn’t expect a nice day for March in Boston and only planned for indoor photos, but we got a gorgeous day and he didn’t hesitate to capitalize. Dan was great as he was super responsive. He was so much fun to work with during the day of the wedding and helped keep all of our energies up! Dan had lots of great tricks to get everyone laughing and smiling for photos. He also saved us as the groomsman all forgot their boutonnières in the hotel room and thankfully he had asked to confirm if they had them or not!
