My only regret is not hiring Dana sooner to be by my side through the whole process! I was so stressed out from the planning process of finding a venue, florist, DJ, etc. that I decided I needed a coordinator to help me for day of. She made everything so seamless with her planning and organizational skills. When she arrived for the rehearsal, she made all my worries about the weekend float away. She made sure that I was not stressed even when the shuttle company didn't have a reservation for our guest. She made sure to book the shuttle that Friday and made sure it was confirmed. Saturday, she made sure that everything was perfect. I couldn't think of anyone else id want to be our wedding coordinator. She not only was the wedding coordinator but became part of the family!

What can I say about Dana and her role with our wedding? Amazing! Going through a pandemic wedding was difficult but Dana’s support, vision and imagination guided us through the toughest of times. Dana was truly so instrumental to bringing my wedding together. As a bride who isn’t the most skilled at building an event space in my mind, I needed serious help in putting my colors together and creating a vision, and that’s exactly where Dana THRIVES. She guided me in matching linen colors to flowers to attire and created vision boards for me so I could better see it come to life. When I saw it all come together on the big day, I was blown away by how beautiful it all turned out. Dana was also so helpful in keeping me calm and organized, making sure I didn’t forget a single detail in the months, weeks, days, and even hours leading up to the ceremony. She created a detailed checklist and was so thorough with me so that I could be as relaxed as possible. Further than that, Dana has exceptional taste and recommended excellent vendors, including the venue! The DJ/Strings trio we hired were recommended vendors from Dana, and we received so many compliments on the music, which was so important to us. She also recommended my makeup artist and everyone looked so beautiful, and ALL of my bridesmaids were so happy with their makeup. Dana also reviewed contracts with me to make sure I was getting what I needed and always covered. All in all, I couldn’t have done it without her! I would 10/10 recommend Dana to ANYONE in need of an Event Planner. She has a true passion for event planning and her talent certainly matches that with her exception attention to detail. I still don’t know how she can see so many details in her head!

Navigating trying to have a wedding during a global pandemic was not something we ever anticipated. Downsizing, change of venue, multiple date changes - it was enough to drive anyone insane!! Working with Dana immediately took the stress out of everything and she took care of every detail! Come wedding day, it was better than I could have imagined if it had happened in a normal world! Dana brought me the peace I needed during this time and I couldn't imagine going through this without her!

Our coordinator Dana (if I could give her 6 stars, I would!) was beyond helpful with everything from layout of the room to maximize our dance floor, to putting together our timeline, to actual setup of decorations on the day-of. Our night was absolutely perfect and we would highly recommend Dana to anyone!

Dana was our coordinator and she was so sweet! She met with us several times and was so detail oriented, especially as things changed along the way. We picked out colors, linens, flowers, the whole nine-yards and it changed several times but Dana was so accommodating and encouraging at every step. She was happy to make adjustments to our seating and venue layout and was so attentive on the day of the event to make sure everything ran smoothy. Highly recommend her to ensure a wonderful wedding day!

Dana is so organized and really knows how to keep the wedding planning process on track. She was so great to bounce ideas of off and really listened and understood what we wanted to accomplish for our wedding day, and helped us achieve that. From valet service to uplighting, she had contacts and suggestions for everything! Our wedding was gorgeous and Dana was definitely the best choice for us to plan our perfect wedding!
