picture taken and was very worried when we went to do our engagement photos. Dana is so easy to work with and quickly took his fears away by giving great direction on posing and helping us laugh and feel comfortable! When our wedding day arrived, he was no longer worried about taking photos and was comfortable in front of the camera.
Dana is very professional, arrives on time, takes incredible photos, and really listens to our requests on moments/styles of photos we would like. Not only does Dana take great photos, but she also interacted great with our guests and we had multiple people at our wedding tell us how awesome she is.
Dana is passionate about photography and went above and beyond to make our day special! For my wedding day, I planned on having a sparkler send off at 10:50, but had only paid to have Dana stay until 9:30. Dana was staying in the area that evening and instead of calling it a night, Dana surprised us and came back to take photos of the send off!
While we haven’t gotten our wedding photos back since it was just a week ago, we did receive our engagement photos and were so happy! I highly recommend hiring Dana as a photographer for your engagement and wedding photos!

very flexible in speaking with us over the phone, setting up a short-notice meeting when we were in town and responding promptly to emails. She had knowledge of our wedding venue, a creative vision for the photography and was particularly skilled at capturing photos with excellent lighting. Most wedding are already set in a scenic place and you are already looking good in your hair and make-up, so what I think makes the difference is the ability to capture emotion during the day and using the lighting/environment to it's full advantage and beauty. This is something that seemed to come naturally to Dana! She also worked great with our wedding party, other guests and vendors. I definitely recommend her!

N of time with them on the day of your wedding... perhaps more than with your groom! It's important to find someone who you will enjoy spending time with, and who understands the "vibe" you want to have on your wedding day. Dana had a plan for getting all of our before-the-ceremony shots, and had scouted out some great places near the hotel where we were getting ready. She was extremely flexible as our schedule changed throughout the day, and was super organized throughout the event about getting all of the family "posed" shots. We loved working with Dana!

s perfect! Also I am not very comfortable in front of a camera but she made it really easy to be comfortable in front of her. I tend to make stange faces and blink A LOT for photos so I was really worried our pictures would not turn out because of my eyes always being closed, but Dana caught on to that and was watching me before she would take the picture. Our photos were absolutely amazing! Everyone who has seen them has raved at how wonderful they are. Also I did not have anybody the day of to keep events moving and Dana went above and beyond and helped kept things moving as I was constantly being distracted by someone or something and lost complete track of time. Dana has a great eye and I loved that engagement photos were incuded in the cost (which was a good price! I had literally went to EVERY photographers site that was in the recent issue of Seattle Bride so I was well researched!)

dding in under 6 months, so fitting them in was quite a task. She encouraged us to do them so that we would be comfortable with her (and the camera) for the big day. I'm sooo glad i did!! When we received our engagement photos there were so many excellent shots - beautiful lighting, wonderful expressions. We felt like she really captured the essence of us as a couple.
In addition, our wedding photography came out amazing. The lighting in the photos is gorgeous. She has an amazing eye for capturing wedding day photos that are unexpected and original. She captured everything about our special day beautifully.
