Working with Lilian and the members of Dance Fire Studio to choreograph our first dance was one our best wedding planning decisions. We came to Lilian with no dance experience and by the end of our sessions, we felt confident in our ability to cha-cha together. Practicing our dance leading up to our wedding was incredibly fun and it made our first dance memorable for both us and our guests. One of my uncles during the event even asked ‘How’d you get Will to dance like that?!’. Thank you, Lilian!

My now husband and I were back and forth on if we wanted to get dance lessons for our first dance and we are SO glad we did. I came across Dance Fire Studio at a Wedding Expo in Albany and had thought it was such a fun idea! We went for the free consultation to get more information and to understand how it worked. From that point on we knew this place was a hidden gem! Everyone that works there is so passionate about what they do, and are so talented and kind. Once we booked we got paired with Dance Master Tom and he was AMAZING and so fun to work with! My husband and I wish we had a video of our first lesson compared to our last, Tom transformed us! He started with the basics and then got into our custom dance routine. He included everything we wanted from dips to lifts and spins! Even during our practice sessions Tom always poked his head in to see how we were doing and giving us some pointers! He truly just loves dance, and was such a great teacher. Besides looking fabulous for first dance, getting lessons at Dance Fire was just so fun for us. We were always looking forward to our next lesson/ practice session, we always had fun, laughed, and left with a smile on our face. If you’re considering getting lessons for your first dance DO IT! And do it at Dance Fire, we couldn’t recommend it more! They worked around our work schedule, and were flexible with any changes. Thank you to the dance fire team for such a great experience!

We had such a good experience with Dance Fire and Caley! Neither of us had much dance experience, but Caley made us feel so comfortable learning a brand new dance, and we had SO much fun. Our guests were all blown away, which made it that much more fun! We highly recommend Dance Fire for any couples looking for a unique, fun dance experience for their wedding.

All of the staff at Dance Fire are friendly and helpful, our private lessons with Caley were personal and tailored to us. With no dance experience for either of us she helped us learn the perfect dance and was very patient with us as we learned the different steps and moves. The silver dance package was the perfect amount of lessons for us, and the addition of group classes was nice to learn a few new types of dance as well, plus the practice times allowed us to perfect the moves we struggled with. We learned a waltz and our wedding guests were so impressed!

After touring a couple of dance studios in the capital region, my husband and I confidently decided to take lessons with Caley from January-June of 2022 before our 7/16 wedding. She helped us to not only choreograph our first dance, but also feel more comfortable on the dance floor in general. She is creative, gives excellent feedback, and works with her dancers to meet their visions. One of our very favorite parts of wedding planning was going to Dance Fire Studio! Highly recommend!
