Dance Flow Control

If you want a DJ who doesn’t take ownership for his mistakes and is full of excuses then I would say go with Ben. The night was full of issues starting with him announcing us and the new Mr. and Mrs. and pronouncing our last name wrong. Let me follow this with our name isn’t a crazy ethnic name that is hard to say. I never got an apology. Ben’s response was “it’s my fault because I didn’t tell him how to say it” which I did tell him multiple times and when I talked to him he did say it correct. He simply messed up, and a big mistake to announce the newlyweds incorrect. Then the night followed with the photo booth working on and off and being down completely for at least 30 mins. Then the projector not working, which is my fault because he claimed it to be bad timing. The photo booth was first blamed on the kids at the wedding then on the hall. With all the photo booth issues Ben was spilt between being a DJ and fixing the photo booth. The photo booth attendant was his young daughter who didn’t know how to fix it. She would just called for Dad when it didn’t work. I (The bride) requested one song to be dedicated to my father and told Ben this was special. With his attention on all the photo booth issues he played it when the photographer and the videographer were nowhere in sight. According to Ben this was also my fault, videographer’s fault and the photographers fault. I firmly believe when you make a mistake to own it and take responsibility. Had he taken responsibility and not blamed everyone else this review would have been a lot different. I would have to say overall I was very disappointed in my services and would never recommend Dance flow Control.

Ben was amazing to work with! Our dance flow was packed all night and we received numerous comments on how great the DJ was! The music selection was what we had hoped for but also what kept people on the dance floor which was what we loved about Ben! We have been to so many weddings that DJs play whatever is on their playlist no matter if people like it and want to dance or not. Ben really reads the crowd and plays what the crowd is loving! He made the night! We also did our photo booth with Dance Flow Control and it was a huge hit! Ben is professional and easy to work with, we'd hire him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Ben!

My husband and I got married on May 6th in Sycamore. We knew right away after meeting with Ben that we had made the right choice in choosing Dance Flow Control. Ben had everyone out on the dance floor the whole night. You know that you threw a good party when at the end of the night no one wants to leave! The dance floor was never empty! Ben played great music, something for everyone. He was so helpful throughout the whole planning process and was available to answer all of our questions. Not only did he do an awesome job, he was reasonably priced. He has a great personality and is fun to be around. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a DJ who wants to have a good time and get the party started!

We used Ben as the deejay at our wedding, and he is wonderful!! He did a great job of reading the crowd and playing music that everybody wanted to dance to . I would definitely recommend him for your event!!

Ben was awesome at our wedding!! He kept the party going all night. He also did a great job with our ceremony music. It is clear he has done a lot weddings and knows how to keep the flow of the evening moving. I would recommend Ben to anyone! Very reasonable prices and easy to work with!
