We highly recommend DTTM! Spencer MCed our wedding and did an amazing job getting the crowd hyped up the whole night. He followed our play and do not play list as we asked and included. He was punctual and prepared and truly made our wedding day so memorable. We are so happy they were a part of our special day and will recommend them to all our friends as they start getting engaged and married!

DTTME is the way to go for your event entertainment. My husband and I were VERY picky when it came to hiring a DJ for our wedding, because a DJ can set the vibe for the night. We both were overjoyed by the quality of service we received. Both Jim and Spencer truly made our night wonderful. We have EVERY guest on the dance floor. They found fun ways to get everyone on the dance floor, even those who typically would stray away. We had many, many guests coming up to us, telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. A lot of the songs, you couldn't tell if it was Spencer, or the original singer performing. Spencer was talented, fun, and a great addition to our nights performance. Jim did an amazing job playing to the vibe of the songs we requested. We had a few meetings prior to our wedding, which was extremely helpful in discussing our expectations for the night. Jim and Spencer's quality of service truly made it a night to remember.

We attended a wedding prior to us booking our DJ where DJ Spencer from Dance to the Music Entertainment was the entertainment and we knew we had to book him! They were excellent to work with for our wedding and DJ Spencer kept people on the dance floor all night and even came out to sing to our family members to make everyone feel a part of the party! Highly recommend!!!

When we were looking for our wedding DJ a good friend of ours instantly recommended Jim and his team at Dance to the Music Entertainment. When we contacted Jim he even remembered the wedding that our friend referred him from (over 10 years ago). Jim, Spencer, and Joey made our wedding unforgettable! Spencer and Joey were both fantastic—prompt, friendly, and really enthusiastic. The photo booth and DJ package was a great value, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them!"

From the moment of first contact, I knew we made the right decision. We had Spencer as our emcee and he was outstanding. From ceremony to reception, everything was on point from the timing, the songs played, and when to switch up the vibe. He was so great at getting our guests involved & out on the dancefloor. He sang some songs that myself & many of my guests didn't even realize were being performed live because he was so great! Everyone had a wonderful time, and their ability to read the room & play songs that matched the energy was fantastic. I'd recommend them to anyone.

We got married in May 2024 and had Spencer as our DJ! It was an incredible experience start to finish! He was so professional but knew how to get the party started when it was time! He kept the awesome vibe going all night long until it was time to go! From the kids to the adults, the dance floor was on fire nearly the whole time! There is no wonder that Jim and DTME crew are so highly rated. Jim was absolutely amazing to work with and with just a few short phone calls he was able to capture the exact vibe of our wedding. He got our crowd up and dancing all night. Throughout the night Jim kept checking in on us and making sure everything was to our liking. He is the absolute best! 10/10 recommend!

If you're looking for a DJ/Wedding singer, DJ Spencer is your man! There aren't enough words to describe how amazing he was! Our dance floor was FULL all night long (we had a 5 hour reception!!). DJ Spencer was so easy to work with and made the night so special. We had spoken about a first dance with my Grandfather, then decided against it due to his mobility. At the reception, my grandfather decided he wanted to dance and asked me about our dance we were supposed to do. I asked DJ Spencer to sing the song we had picked out and he even asked all of the family to make a circle around us. Originally I thought it was in case my grandfather needed to sit quickly, there would be people around to help me hold him until we could get his wheelchair, but thinking about it now, it also ensured that my mom, sister and great-aunts had a clear view of the big guy on his feet and dancing! That moment meant more to me and my family than I can describe. Talking to guests after the wedding, everyone was raving about how talented and amazing he is! If you're looking to keep your guests on the dance floor and having fun all night long, DJ Spencer is the DJ for you! (He also sings!!!) Thank you so much DJ Spencer, you made our night amazing!

We had Spencer from DTTM Entertainment bookmarked before we even got engaged! We saw him DJ a wedding we went to and were completely blown away by his charisma and how fun he made the party! He isn't just a DJ, he is an entertainer and he will keep your party going! Spencer isn't afraid to grab the microphone and serenade guests or get right onto the dance floor and bust a move! Spencer was professional, worked well with our other vendors, and made our party so special. Our reception would not have been the same without him! We absolutely recommend DTTM Entertainment!!

It was a breeze working with Jim and DTTM. We chose the photobooth and ceiling lights options along with DJ Spencer, and it was all great. DJ Spencer was very kind leading up to our wedding and talked through my peculiarities with music and really tried to honor the vibe we wanted which I am so grateful for! He helped us have the classy, traditional wedding we wanted but also made sure the dance floor was busy all night!

Our DJ for the reception was Spencer and he did a phenomenal job! Leading up to our wedding we had a phone call to discuss the type of music we wanted and special requests we had, and he made it all happen! Do yourself a favor and book Dance to the Music! They were a true pleasure to work with for our wedding and I cannot say enough great things about them. They were extremely helpful and attentive from start to finish and you can tell they've been around the block and know how to throw a party and throw it well! We wanted people engaged and dancing all night long and that is exactly what they did and people are still talking about it. They were truly so on top of everything, ensured all went according to plan, and made sure I did nothing but enjoy the day and night, and enjoy it I did!! We had no idea he'd be able to sing along with the classics and make the grandmas swoon! I cannot say enough good things about this company and their DJ, Spencer who did our wedding. My fiancé and I were blown away. James is wonderful to deal with when it comes to planning and the contract. As for DJ Spencer, he was beyond amazing! He was on top of the dances, the introductions and the entire evening itself. Everything ran smoothly due to him and his organization of the night. I would highly recommend him for any wedding! You will be happy with the outcome!

I could not have been happier with Dance to the Music. If I could give them 10 stars I would! I unfortunately went through at least 4 wedding cancellations / reschedules due to Covid and Jim Nuzzo could not have been more accommodating or understanding through all of them. He was the easiest / best vendor to work with. On the day of our wedding we had Spencer as our DJ and oh my god he brought the PARTY!!! AMAZING!! He not only was an amazing DJ who played all our requests but he actually sang many of the songs and sang to many of our guests who loved it!! People kept commenting on how awesome he was and everyone is still talking about what a fun party it was and how much fun they had dancing. If you have the opportunity to hire Dance to the Music and Spencer all I can say is do it! You will not be disappointed and will have an amazing party!

Talk about entertainment!! We had the pleasure of working with both Jim and Spencer for our wedding. The planning process for music selection was so easy with their support. We were able to also have a Photo Booth that EVERYONE loved. Not only did Spencer assist with the flow of the evening, have a great music selection but he also sang. The guest and us loved every moment working with Spencer. We highly recommend Dance To The Music Entertainment for anyone looking for a great time of dancing!!

Making sure everyone was on the dance floor and music was perfect! everyone loved the photobooth, such a great add on! i asked for some Italian music and he played the perfect songs and just the right amount. I first learned about Dance to the Music when I attended one of my good friends wedding and was so impressed. First off, you HAVE to book Spencer. I still have people reaching out to me about how incredible he was. From 90's rap to todays hits, this guy can literally make any song his own, it added a whole new layer to our dance floor. As a 2x covid bride, my biggest concern was having our guests come out and enjoy the dance floor in which this team made it impossible to stay at your table. If you want people on your dance floor, THESE GUYS ARE IT. Not to mention, they also offer magic mirrors and photo booths options which we took advatage of. Our guests loved the photo booth. Jimmy was so easy to work with as we had plenty of last minute changes due to the omicron variant, but they handled it gracefully. 20/10, don't get a band, get these guys and you won't be disappointed!

When it came to our wedding, music and photos were our main focus. You always want people to have a great time and dance the night away. We are so glad we selected Jim and Dance to the Music for our wedding. Jim was great to work with, he was very responsive and when we had to postpone our wedding due to covid, it was seamless. During the wedding, Jim had everyone up and dancing, and had great music recommendations while taking note of our favorite songs and genres. When we met with Jim to go through the details of the wedding day and to choose songs, he was great in helping to suggest songs where we were undecided. I cannot recommend Daniel, James, and the entirety of Dance to the Music more!!! First, they were extremely collaborative and quick to respond. They were flexible with us as we had to move our wedding from 2020 to 2021, and they LISTENED (we had a lot of specific requests, that they took in stride and made an incredible wedding). They took what we requested and wanted, and then built on that 100%. Everyone at our wedding said the music was incredible, and people danced the whole night. We had a pretty big age range at our wedding, and Daniel did an amazing job of weaving together a ton of genres that worked seamlessly and got everyone on the floor. If you want amazing DJs that will get everyone on the floor, make your wedding fun, create the exact environment you want -- you should hire Dance to the Music. Our wedding was 100% our wedding, not just a generic playlist and we could not have done it without DTTM.

I can’t say enough good words about Jimmy and Dance to the Music Entertainment. My family had gone through a lot between our wedding being postponed due to COVID and my father sick in the hospital for 3 months. My dad wrote a letter to have Jimmy read to us. He put so much emotion into it and I had so many people tell us that the way he read it felt like my Dad was really there. He made sure we had the night we would never forget. Ray and Al were absolutely fantastic to work with. We wanted people on the dance floor all night and they made sure that happened! Ray called a few times prior to the wedding to make sure he got the pronunciations of all the names right (and he did!). We got so many compliments on the music and we owe that all to Ray. Our experience with Dance to the Music Entertainment was truly amazing. We knew Jimmy was very caring, professional, and, most importantly, he treated us like family from our initial consultation. We immediately knew we wanted to book Dance to the Music Entertainment for our special day. Jimmy was extremely responsive and patient with us along the way and made the planning process much easier while trying to plan a wedding during a pandemic – we knew Jimmy had everything under control. He gave us great advice in creating a timeline for our wedding and executed it seamlessly. Jimmy and his crew kept the dance floor busy all night and did a great job mixing in all the songs we requested (especially the traditional Italian songs). I couldn't give a better review, Spencer from Dance to the Music Entertainment was the star of the dance floor. He blew away all my guests with his singing, and all night long everyone was asking where I found this absolute gem! He was polite and courteous, and kept the hits coming. The dance floor was never empty the whole night, we had to actively tell people when it was time to leave. DTTME was also a joy to work with in general; I had to reschedule my wedding twice due to COVID-19 and they worked with me every step of the way, making sure all our bases were covered every time. If I had to do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing. What an amazing experience.

We chose Dance to the Music Entertainment based on a recommendation from a friend who specifically recommended Spencer. We watched some videos from his previous weddings and knew he was the person to get and keep our party going! He was fantastic and knew exactly what to play and when. Spencer also helped me pull off a surprise for my mom (mother of the bride) to get her own first dance! We danced the whole night away. In addition, Spencer has an amazing voice, he sang multiple songs throughout the night as he walked through the reception, people were shocked it was him singing! If you are looking for a wedding DJ to pack your dance floor and keep the party going this is your guy!

My (now) husband and I could not have asked for a better company to work with in these crazy times. Dance to the Music Entertainment's Jim Nuzzo was so supportive and willing to help us in all of our needs - from a venue change to many other changes to our original contract. In the end we had DJ/MC Spencer at our reception and I can't even begin to express how amazing he was. All night long Spencer had mine and my Groom's best interest in mind. He kept reminding us that our only job was to "enjoy our friends and family" and that he would take care of the rest. That he did! Spencer was so interactive and personable. Our guests not only kept coming up to us to say how incredible he was, they also wanted his information to book for future events! Dance to the music entertainment: Jim Nuzzo Wedding: Stamford Yacht Club 8.22.20 I’ll start off by saying that we found Dance to the music entertainment online and they had wonderful reviews. We were fortunate enough to meet Jim and book him right away. He is so organized and thorough. Communication was on point! The equipment/ sound system was impressive and very clear. As for the wedding, he absolutely killed it! He kept our guests dancing and the music was flowing perfectly. I have never seen so many people remain on a dance floor the whole evening..including myself (bride) and my groom! All of our guests gave us fantastic feedback about Jim and we are really happy that we had him for our special day. We 100% recommend dance to the music entertainment!

We used DJ Spencer as our MC/DJ for our wedding on November 10th, 2019. During the reception, everyone was coming up to us to tell us how much they loved Spencer! Throughout the night he sang a few songs and people could not get enough! He did extremely well all by himself. You could tell he was having fun just being there and loves to entertain. My husband and I booked Dance to the Music Entertainment and requested Jim based off of all the wonderful reviews we read and the energy he possessed in regards to DJ’ing. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. He gave us ideas and suggestions, but also respected our ideas. Our biggest request was to keep everyone on the dance floor and make our wedding a party and he certainly did not disappoint. The dance floor was packed the entire night. We just got married last month. Spencer was our DJ, he is the MAN! Not only did he MC and play the music, he SANG the music. Everyone at the wedding LOVED him! He got everyone up to dance. He kept us on track so we didn't have to worry about a thing! Could not have asked for a better DJ/MC/Singer to run the wedding! In the past, when we have had DJs, they didn't seem to care about what we wanted played, or how loud we wanted it. Spencer and DTTM cared about everything! People could hear the music, but could still talk while it was playing! If we ever need a DJ again, I know who we are calling!

Jim was AMAZING! He made us feel so comfortable from the first meeting. Every step of the way he asked what we wanted most of all- so you can tell his main priority is making the couple happy. During the wedding, he played everything on our list, and he was amazing at keeping people dancing and up and moving. Even during the reception, Jim would check in with us to make sure we knew what time things were happening- and if there was a set back or change, we were always aware. Also, Jim is so much fun! He laughs, he jokes, and makes you feel so at ease. I cannot recommend Jim and his group enough!

Jimmy is the absolute BEST! I don't think I've ever danced so much at a wedding - or seen so many people on the dance floor! He kept the party going all night long, played music that was fun for all ages (oldies, new songs, lizzo, and more). Plus he kept me and my hubby informed the whole night on what was to come and double checked we were ready to do things like our dance, cut the cake, bouquet toss, etc. He is an allstar!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Jim Nuzzo really knows how to get the party going! He was so interactive with our guests right from the start - they were on the dance floor all night. I especially loved how he incorporated dancing in between courses, to keep the energy up throughout the meal. Not only was he an amazing DJ, but we also used DTTME for our photo booth, bistro lighting, and uplighting- nothing short of perfect! I have had SO many compliments from our guests asking who our DJ was so that they can use him for their own weddings! Jim blew my expectations out of the water.

We couldn’t say enough about Jim From dance to the music. We had so many compliments all night about what an amazing dj he was. Everyone was on the dance floor all night and having the best time because of him. We are so appreciative and highly recommend Dance to the Music!
