Excellent communication, prompt professional service. Our wedding was at our parents new house and I was so relieved that we had an experienced photographer who made it look more than a beach wedding. Our images were stunning and thought provoking. Exceptional eye for details.

I have waited quite some time and was allowing myself enough time to have another photographer review and try to edit my photos before posting this review. My experience was not a good one and the most special day of my life was not captured because of Tori. It took her well over 8 weeks to produce a gallery filled with horribly edited photos first and foremost. She always had an excuse as to why it was taking her so long, etc. The photos were plain awful and only had about 5-6 photos that were print worthy in my opinion. I notified Tori of my dissatisfaction pointing out specific photos and my issues with them. She proceeded to blame me, the venue space and my coordinator. She took no ownership and only argued back and forth in emails with me about the quality of the photos. I then asked to get the raw images and she told me no. Finally after 6 months, she finally sent them to me. Thankfully! However, I sent these to another photo professional and she has been able to edit some of them to make them "better" but she also told me some were so bad that there was nothing she could do to help make them better. I told Tori that I thought given the circumstances, she should at least offer a refund or return my generous gratuity. She refused to do either. Everything communication was faced with more excuses. My wedding photos do not represent our beautful wedding. We will NEVER be able to get back that opportunity and I 100% blame Tori for the lack of professionalism, her quality of work, etc. She also left my wedding early because she was not feeling well. At the moment she told me that, I voiced my concern about the photos and told her I was afraid they were not going to be good and I felt something was off.....I was even empathic at that point and tried to remain optismistic. I had told her early on, I was picky and would have high expectations. She assured me that she would do the photos herself because of all of her experience and I would not be disappointed and rather i should be happy because she "doesn't touch a wedding for less than $3500". I can tell you I paid $1750 for 4 hours and the photos are worth about $500. I think I could have hired someone just starting and could have gotten better results. I truly wish me experience was better but after hearing today that another photographer was sorry to tell me that the photos are so bad some just could not be edited to make them good enough to even put in a gallery. Of course, I am having to pay for that work on top of paying Tori. I will say thank you to Tori for sending me the raw images after much back and forth and issues in her life, but I cannot sit quietly and allow this to happen to someone else. Be cautious if you plan to use Dandelion. I cannot speak for any other photographer staffed by the company that Tori owns, but I can speak (and have proof) of the experience that I had with Tori and her company.

Dandelion Weddings did not miss a DETAIL! Every moment was captured and beautiful. Staff was responsive and got every shot we asked for and didn't even think to ask. We have used these photographers for other events throughout the years and they always out done themselves. My house is filled with beautiful photographs. I can't thank Tori and her staff enough for the time and love that they put into making sure everything is perfect! Communication was quick and through. Photos were delivered quickly when promised. Make sure to book early because their dates fill up. You will not be disappointed!

Took our money and messed up the date despite asking for a new contract to avoid date confusion. Make sure you have EVERYTHING updated when changes were made we got married during Covid and they double booked and then tried to sell our contract to someone who looked like pictures with a phone rather than us agreeing on a new photographer or a refund.

I knew from the moment I saw Tori’s work that she’d be one of my favorite vendors and I was definitely right! She was so kind and understanding about any changes we made. She made it easy to communicate before and after our wedding as well. I would definitely recommend to anyone getting married in the Charleston area!

Our experience with Tori was nothing less than spectacular! From the consultation to us staying in touch up to the day of my son’s wedding, she was on top of it all. Even the day before when I found out it was going to rain, she calmed my nerves and came up with plan B and a plan C. On the day of my son’s wedding she beat us to the JP, had everything planned out and was just amazing! The sneak peek we’ve seen have blown us away, I can’t wait to see the whole gallery. Side note: we were extremely fortunate to have Tori capture this special day for our Sailor son and Sailor DIL. We only had a few weeks to plan and I never thought we would have a photographer. Our photography was 100% on point! We had our wedding at Southern Oaks, and Tori and Jason knocked it out of the park. They also did our engagement session. Both were incredible to work with, and a lot of fun, full of ideas, and we could not have been happier with the results.

Wow! All I can say is what a team! From the beginning to the end, my experience with Tori made my big day even more memorable for years to come. 5.0 Dream To Work With DWCO was an absolute dream team to have for our wedding photographers at our HHI Beach Vacation home. I don't know what we would have done without her and Jason’s expertise. The attention to detail, fantastic HHi vendor recommendations, and of course complete wedding photography planning. Tori’s calm and collected attitude relieved all my stress, and it was an absolute joy to work with them both. Our wedding day went off without a hitch! We would have been lost without their guidance! I highly recommend their services!

TL,DR: Quality of openness & communication coming from Dandelion Weddings has left me with a terrible experience on what should have been the most exciting part of my big day and MONTHS after. Would NOT recommend using this photography company. Extenuating circumstances, illness, made the situation more difficult than usual, but poor communication, inconsistency, and lying is what made it a terrible experience. 5 days before my wedding, after seeing a post on social media about the company taking the week off for personal matters, I reached out to express my sympathies & see if other plans needed to be made. I was assured that they would still be able to make it. 2 days later, 3 days before the wedding, I got an email saying that both photographers would not be able to make it to the wedding because 1 had been in the hospital for 4 days and they had to quarantine. This was very upsetting because I had reached out 2 days prior and was given false assurances when they should have already known they would not have been able to make it. They did not inform me of the situation ASAP even though we had already corresponded. Luckily they found 2 replacement photographers for the day of. Tori had passed on the information regarding my wedding to the photographers, some of which was incorrect. I was told that the back up photographers had up to 5 days to deliver images and then I'd get the sneak peaks. I email her day 8 looking for an update, was told it takes a long time to download & to expect them day 11 b/c she was sick. I had no issue waiting longer for the sneak peaks & had only wished that she explained how long the process would actually take/given me an update instead of me reaching out. Day 14, no update, so I reached out again asking for an expected timeline & was told that she had been in the hospital for 14 days now, when her previous emails implied that she had been back home, giving me mixed signals. I was told that he had no idea when to expect my photos and that my contract stated they had 14 business days to give me photos and that their business days are wed—fri, none of which was stated in the contract. He sent me a copy of a contract w/this info which did not match the contract I signed. The contract I signed (I looked back at my copy) stated that “Delivery of images from your photographer is expected to be one week” but “may take up to 14 days if there are 2 events the same weekend”. I let this slide knowing that they were going through hardships but nonetheless felt frustrated and offered to go elsewhere for editing so that they could focus on her health. This was not an option for them and I was told to be patient, even after 2 broken promises and a broken contract. So I waited. Day 23 I receive sneak peaks and was told I might get my photos by day 29, and finally received them on day 35. None of the individual pics of me and my bridesmaids were there so I reach out and she says “we do not guarantee all images turn out” and there might have been technical issues. I asked her to relook through her photos and reach out to the photographers that day bc they were very important to me. She said she would but no guarantees. She only reached out to the back up photographer and proceeded to tell me the pics were never taken. She didn't do her due diligence & reach out to both, bc I found out the main photographer had them. There are other things but I have limited space...I do not recommend them.

I am super picky when it comes to photographers and I will never go to anyone else! Tori and Jason went above and beyond. I cannot day enough amazing things about them and can not wait to continue to have them photograph all of our future milestones as well!! Definitely the best South Carolina Wedding photographers out there!!!!

I’ve heard that certain people come into your life for a reason. Tori can into my life as just my wedding photographer and has became my friend. Tori and Jason were so easy to work with, helpful and affordable. My wedding was hectic. My usually happy, bubbly and sweet 13 month old baby girl was NONE of those things on my wedding day. She was upset, and cried the entire ceremony. Yet, Tori and Jason were able to capture beautiful real life pictures! My husband and I have 6 children between us and Tori and Jason captured the beauty and sometimes chaotic world of a newly blended family! Our pictures and experience are something I will fondly remember and look at for the rest of my life. Tori and Jason rolled with everything and were so flexible and really worked with us. I even had a choreographed dance with my Dad and they captured the total pure love between father and daughter perfectly and sent me a video of it! They went above and beyond for my family. I recently used Dandelion Weddings for my wedding and was referred to them by my wedding coordinator. I did not have a pleasant experience and have lost sleep and shed tears because of it. I looked though the photos one time initially and have never looked at them again due to the disappointment. I was so excited to get some great photos and be happy to print them and send then to family and friends but what happened was the opposite. Over a month before the wedding, I sent the company a list of backgrounds I wanted for my photos. I specifically chose the wedding location for the background options. I didn't have any photo that turned out in the spots I requested. There was the most amazing sunset the day of my wedding and the only photos I got in my gallery were 5 out of hundreds of photos. There were more photos of the groom and best man getting ready. There aren't any pictures of my husband and I even facing the camera at sunset. I also gave them a list of family photos ahead of the wedding. The photos I wanted were taken yet there were some missing in my gallery of certain family members. I specifically wanted a photo in front of a landmark behind the reception area and those photos were taken but I was told they "didn't turn out" so I didn't get any of them since they weren't guaranteed in the contract. There were 2 photographers/2 cameras so I don't understand how none of the pictures could have turned out if these are award winning photographers. There are hardly any closeups of people - only one close up of the rings. It would have been nice to capture those up close moments. My first words to my husband at our first look was "I'm pis**ed" because I was so frustrated with the timing and coordination of the photos. It really crushed that special moment for me and put me in a bad mood. I specifically asked for a photo of everyone at the wedding and my husband and I walked back down to the altar after we walked down the aisle to be in the photo and those pictures didn't turn out either so I never got them. At the end of the night, the photographer asked if there were more pictures we'd like but by then I wanted to get back in the reception to be with friends and family and our feet were hurting and didn't feel like walking all over the resort. Unfortunately, I will have to go back to the venue now and get the photos I want and I live out of state which is not convenient. The company's mission is to ensure every couple has a pleasant experience but that did not happen for us. Even in their contract it states the parties will agree to "mutual cooperation" but I don't feel like they have tried to cooperate with us. She did give me more pictures than was promised but they focused on the quantity and not the quality of the photos. The specific photos I wanted didn't "turn out" and they won't send any photos that aren't edited. This was a very disappointing experience on the one day I've waited my whole life for. We tried to work with the company to come to an agreement but we ultimately got an email back with a "this matter is closed" and never heard any more from them. I'm so sad that I didn't get the photos I wanted for a day that I'll never be able to relive!

Absolutely affordable, professional. Arrived early, was very knowledgeable, worked extremely well with others and they were literally family when the departed our event. Our pictures were back within the week and were absolutely beautiful. We recommend them to any Bride that wants affordable beautiful pictures!
