We had such a good experience with Dani for our engagement photos, we knew we needed to have her for our wedding day, unfortunately after booking, Dani found out she was pregnant and going to be on maternity leave for the date of our wedding. The first thing that stood out to me about Dani was that she gave us 2 options- one was to go with her second shooter or we could get a full refund and find another photographer. I feel like a lot of business owners would not have given a non-refundable deposit back, regardless of the situation, so that really stood out to us about Dani. We loved our engagement photos so much and trusted Dani, so we decided to go with her second shooter who was working for her during her leave. Dani did such a great job of facilitating communication between us and the new photographer. I did not feel like she just handed us off to someone else at all, which was a concern I had when we found out she wouldn’t be taking our photos. We missed Dani on our special day, however she still was the one who edited our photos and we could not have been happier with the results. She was communicative and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She had us make a list of every photo we absolutely had to have and made sure that we got all of our pictures the day of (because any bride knows that we are not keeping track of that stuff on our wedding day). We got our photos back so fast, and it has now been 4 months since our wedding day and I still look through our pictures almost every day. Anytime I hear that someone needs a photographer, I recommend Dani. I will have Dani take our photos anytime we are in need of a photographer. Thank you so much for all you did to make our wedding day so special!
