Hi, I'm Dani Rubin, owner and head designer of Dani Rubin Designs. Originally from New York, I’m a proud mom to a wonderful daughter and a playful pup. My journey into the world of stationery design began when I was planning my own wedding. Seeking a creative outlet beyond my everyday design work, I started this business—and quickly discovered a true passion for the wedding industry. I now have the privilege of helping couples bring their dream weddings to life, combining my love for design with the joy of creating unforgettable moments. It’s been an incredible journey, and I’m so grateful to be part of such a special day in people’s lives.

Run, don't walk, to book your wedding paper suite with Dani Rubin! Her favorite phrase is "of course", meaning there is no vision she cannot problem solve, design or bring to life....

On top of that, she is always calm, polite, respectful, on time and full of ideas. Her expertise in products, paper, ribbon and just plain style is evident. Dani definitely lets the client be the guide and meets your needs with a great variety of options, which is to say she listens to the couple and really gets a sense of what they want their special day to reflect. She has particular skill in creating drawings of the venues for the various cards, which is such a personalized touch for the wedding weekend events. Dani also totally got that my daughter and son-in-law's French Bulldog Harry was to be featured as much as possible! She is not scared to change paths entirely if something is not working and she is not flummoxed in the least if you suddenly add a whole new menu/seating chart/place card/what have you at the 'last' minute! The compliments I received from my guests abounded with enthusiasm. We did a unique pocket on the wedding invite itself which held all the ancillary invitations (welcome party, rehearsal dinner, after party). The traveling guests (most at our wedding came from out of town) loved the ease of keeping everything in one place. Plus, my daughter loved color and Dani provided us a stunning floral paper (think Florentine) thematic for the fall (October 4 wedding) that carried all the way through to the couple's thank you notes. She is in New York City; I am in Oxford, Mississippi-- this posed zero problem. We zoomed, we texted, we e-mailed. I got all proofs on time and there were honestly barely any mistakes that didn't originate on my end. Dani has clients all over the country, but in that, she understood that ours was a big Southern wedding at a historic location (Rowan Oak- author William Faulkner's home) and responded to the traditions and specifics that entailed. I have two more daughters and I will definitely be using Dani again for both of them when the time comes. For me, the paper was an absolute highlight of the wedding process. Dani is a great partner in that!
