Not only is she a true magician - but she's also so easy to be around. She has a very calming way about her which is just what a bride needs on her big day. Make sure to book her early as she books up fast!

with me to find the right balance of eye and lip color so it didn't overwhelm me but still gave my pale features some color. DW's style has a very "natural" look, which is exactly what I wanted. I didn't want one of those companies that piles the makeup on so it lasts all night. DW was able to give a long-lasting look without caking on the makeup. It wasn't oily and the airbrush foundation went on very lightly. I'll admit - I was a little apprehensive (at first) about the false lashes, but even those looked relatively natural and went on seamlessly and stayed on all night. All of my bridesmaids and my mother/mother-in-law were all very happy with how their makeup turned out. Most importantly, I loved my wedding makeup and it photographed beautifully! Even though I was last to have my makeup done (so I looked the freshest for photos), Jenn didn't rush through my makeup and even stopped halfway through so I could get a bite to eat. She was very patient, professional and talented. I would highly recommend going with DW Beauty for your wedding - you won't regret it!

The color used for the airbrushing didn't match my skin tone and my blush/face makeup was not close to what I described as my preference or normal look. I was even less impressed with my experience once I had trials with other artists and saw how much more detail and care they took in listening to what I wanted and matching my own personal look.

Most importantly, she and Taylor were so easy to work with, and so nice. You end up spending so much of your wedding day with your hair and makeup team so it's so important that they're calm and easy to get along with. Amanda and Taylor were both, and such a blast to hang out with. They do amazing work -- and service Boston and beyond (we were in the North Shore). I would recommend them to every friend I have looking to book makeup for weddings or other events.
