Dani Weiss Photography

Dani recently shot our Seattle wedding, and we are so thrilled that we found her. Her knowledge of both photography and the ins-and-outs of the wedding business proved invaluable. She takes amazing care of her clients before, during and after wedding day, answering questions, creating shot lists and orchestrating the shoot with skill and creativity. And the pictures, the pictures! The shots Dani captures are absolutely wonderful, a perfect mix of posed portraits and candids. She managed to capture the moments of our wedding day even more beautifully than we can remember them. We can't recommend Dani highly enough.

Our future son in law chose Dani Weiss after perusing several photographers online then calling to talk with those he wished to interview. Dani photographed our daughters wedding at Farm Kitchen two days ago. We have not yet seen the photos (of course) but are certain we will be thrilled. Dani handled our very large extended family (including 13 children under the age of 10) and the grooms family with humor, grace and clear direction. Dani has been a joy to work with since the first time we met her, about six months ago. Her communication throughout these months was extraordinary. We knew Dani was not only listening but "hearing" our daughter and future son in laws vision for their wedding day with understanding. She was very quick to ask questions and clarify exactly what each family wanted captured throughout the day. Dani's sense of humor, especially with the children, made the photography really fun. She went above and beyond to confirm she had taken all the requested shots as the wedding day progressed. We look forward to seeing Dani's artistry in print!

After reading many reviews on Yelp, Wedding Wire and others I decided to call Dani Weiss, who was fortunately available. We had barely five weeks notice before my daughter's wedding. Research on my own had yielded dubious results for other vendors, so Dani's experience and input for the florist, the caterer and the DJ were critical for the resulting excellent ceremony and reception. Dani worked with my daughter and me on preparatory details of the photography. She requested a list of the shots we wanted and provided essential guidance on the timeline of events so the photography worked seamlessly with the ceremony, the catering, the DJ and the florist. Dani was patient and caring before, during and after the wedding. We are so impressed with the quality of her work, and with her sense of and eye for the right subject at the right time in the right place. She checked out the venue ahead of time to anticipate any potential problems and to develop ideas. She worked with the florist to come up with appropriate arrangements to frame shots, and her vision became beautiful reality. Dani really brought the whole wedding together!
