I worked with Daniel to help plan my surprise engagement to my girlfriend (now fiancee) and let me say - his reviews were SPOT ON. He is absolutely wonderful to work with. He was...
able to intake my wants for a more private location for my engagement and on near Carmel-by-the-Sea on the beach and he absolutely nailed it. I had a surprise engagement planned where I had a picnic set up (via the service Pillows and Picnics) - Daniel was able to coordinate well with this service to help pick a spot that felt private yet was easily accessible. Daniel was there every step of the way from the planning phase through execution. Daniel then was secretly there to capture the moment and produce absolutely wonderful photos. We then went on a small tour with him to his "secret" areas of Big Sur where we took wonderful photos without the big crowds. Truly working with Daniel made an already very big moment in our live absolutely wonderful with photos and memories to carry with us for a lifetime.
If you need a photographer that will pay attention to all the details, be there every step of the way, and produce absolutely top notch outcomes - Daniel is your guy!
Thanks Daniel for being part of our wonderful life event
With much gratitude - Greg and Mai

as perfect. He got more great shots in within those 45 minutes than our previous photographer we hired for 3 hours. He helps with poses and has very creative ideas for cinematic photos. Our photos came out romantic, moody and dreamy. He's very talented when it comes to lighting. We will 10000% hire him again.

nue for the best photos and even assisted with grabbing our placards for our dinner table and sand ceremony items which he didn’t have to do, he went above and beyond. He was very discreet with his method and during the dining event you couldn’t even notice he was there and he snapped wonderful photos during the whole event. I would highly recommend.

My now husband I planned a last minute elopement because our original plans got derailed by Covid. We chanced upon Daniel's photography services on a Google search, and we are SO g...
lad we found him! Daniel knew of a private and special location for our elopement that we would not have been able to find without him. If not for him, we may have given up on our dream to elope in Big Sur! The minute we booked him, so much pressure was lifted off our shoulders.
We love our photos so much!! They really capture every moment of our elopement and the beauty of Big Sur. The colors are phenomenal, and we are so happy looking at them. We couldn't have asked for a better day! Daniel was very professional and friendly. We also appreciated his energy and excitement in capturing our day- we could tell he was just as amped as we were and was great at cheering us on!
Thank you again, Daniel! Can't wait to share these with our family and friends.
Daniel could not have done a better job, down to the very last detail. We had to change our wedding venue at the last minute and Daniel was flexible at accommodating. He was very p...
rofessional during our day and made us feel very comfortable. When we saw the photos, we were beyond impressed! He also produced a wedding video clip, which captured our vows and gave a great overview of the ceremony. The price was very reasonable for the quality of work that he did. We highly recommend any of Daniel’s services.
Daniel was incredible in the planning and execution of my surprise engagement. I reached out to him a few weeks in advance mentioning that I had the area (Carmel) in mind but coul...
dn't settle on a specific spot. He offered two locations with full sample galleries and walked me through them over Zoom. Daniel handled a day-of time change for the engagement photos and was waiting as expected, capturing a very special moment in our lives. Daniel turned the images around to us (a full gallery) within one day and the quality was amazing! He was very professional and friendly throughout the entire planning process and during the photo-shoot.
We will be forever grateful for the incredible photos!

Daniel did a lifestyle shoot for us at home and it was such a dream! He was so kind and relaxed and easy to be around I can only imagine how fabulous he would be at a wedding ! He ...
would be more like a guest/friend than a hired photographer and I know he would help put those wedding jitterbug nerves at ease ( this often isn't thought about, but to get the really good gritty real shots, you need to feel comfortable and yourself, or it comes off as phony and posed) He also has a very trained eye and is creative without EVER making things feel forced or unnatural, he's going to get you that wedding shot!
