ay and even on a random Tuesday. Even when she's pushing you out of your comfort zone to get the perfect shot, everything is so authentic and natural. My husband and I are not huge fans of being on camera, but we looked back at our photos and were shocked at how comfortable we looked and felt. We also added on her videography package, which I cannot recommend enough. Her husband, Peter, and his team caught every little detail - even ones that I didn't even know happened! I truly appreciate how organized and professional she is. Having our own portal with all of our invoices, questionnaires, and contracts in one place was absolute heaven for me. She was never out of touch - always a text, phone call, or email away, and had basically already responded before I had even finished my message. Her talent, eye for detail, and willingness to go with the flow and just have fun is what drew me to her. We travel often but had never visited the chapel – so we may have been a bit crazy to book our elopement here with our first time seeing the venue being just ten minutes before we were legally married! As you can imagine, finding the perfect photographer/videographer when out of state can be a bit harder to navigate, especially when relying strictly on their portfolio and reviews. I found Danielle from a quick “Greenville, SC Wedding Photographer” Google search, which brought me straight to her website. After scrolling through her website and Instagram, I instantly knew her vibe was exactly what I was looking for! The inquiry process was easy and getting a response was quick. Danielle doesn’t know this, but she was the first and only photography I reached out to when looking for one. Based on vibes alone and how we connected, I didn’t pursue any other options for our wedding… and it was the best choice ever!! Communication with Danielle was never lacking – always very quick to answer and they knew exactly how we wanted our day to be captured. It was a great feeling to show up to our ceremony with absolutely no worries. During our 2-hour elopement, we felt 100% comfortable being our authentic selves, which was something I was stressing about since it was such an intimate day. We received sneak peeks – both pictures and a short video, just a day or two afterwards which was awesome! Our official album and video were received within 4 weeks, and we couldn’t believe just how many photos we received. The options to pick from for canvas in our home feels infinite! When I was still in the process of selecting a photographer, Danielle took the time to have a 1 hour long FaceTime conversation detailing out what it would be like to work with her. What really impressed me during that time was that during our conversation she googled our venue and was already starting to think about and suggest ideas of good photo spots. To me that showed real dedication but also passion for what she does. Communication prior to our wedding day was amazing. We filled out a detailed questionnaire of things that were important to us and photos we wanted to take. On the day of our wedding, Danielle arrived early and immediately started exploring our venue and get those creative juices flowing! The actual photography with her was even more amazing. Danielle has an amazing eye for beautiful shots. We felt like we could completely be ourselves with her. She kept us on track in terms of getting through all the formal photos and making sure we had time for our bride/groom photos. That being said, we never felt rushed. The entire experience was relaxed and we just had so much fun. When we received our photo gallery, we were so thrilled with the results! Even though we had a small intimate wedding, the day really does fly by and looking at the photos just brings so much joy and wonderful memories of that day. I could go on about how amazing it was to work with Danielle, but you should just find out for yourself. You will not regret it!!!

diting and vision were perfect for my fall wedding! I filled out an information request form and loved the amount of detail and effort that was put into the questions. It made me feel like Danielle sincerely cared about getting to know me and my husband. I scheduled a time to talk with her on the phone to make sure that we were a good match and everything went amazingly! Danielle was easy to talk to and made me feel cared about and heard in the conversation. I booked her immediately! Danielle worked with me through postponing our wedding due to COVID and helped me create a timeline for the day of the wedding since I was planning it myself. She was super helpful and had great tips for the wedding day. Danielle was great the day of the wedding and was able to capture a lot of wonderful memories. I received a sneak peek on Instagram two days after the wedding and received a blog preview and the full gallery six weeks after our wedding day!

s, without a doubt, the BEST decision that we made throughout the process. Easy payment processes, access to a customer portal to keep track of remaining balances and scheduled shoot dates, quick email response … all of these just scratch of the surface of what you can expect. My husband and I are both pretty introverted and aren’t the most comfortable in front of a camera - so we were a little nervous going into the engagement session that we scheduled with Danielle. From the very first shot, we felt relaxed and were actually able to enjoy the photoshoot without worrying so much about each pose or looking awkward. Danielle took control and directed us throughout the shoot, but she directed in a way that felt comfortable. It was easy to trust the process with her. My bridal portrait session was absolutely magical. Danielle helped scout the most beautiful location for the shoot, and the pictures far exceeded my expectations. These are without a doubt, my favorite pictures I’ve ever had taken. As the actual wedding day drew near, our plates were full of various tasks and last-minute lists. Danielle had a call with me to discuss day-of details, and this was truly one of the most helpful aspects. Once we got off the phone, my vision and timeline for the day came together. She was incredibly flexible in working with our (very quick) day-of time window to try and deliver us every shot we wanted. She provided a detailed day-of list to help us prepare ahead of time as well. On the wedding day, I never once worried whether Danielle and her team were going to “get the shot” … by this time, I trusted her fully to capture the day for us. Again, she directed the day and each pose to make it perfect — all the while, keeping our timeline on track to make sure each aspect of the day went as planned. Honestly, hiring Danielle is almost like having a photographer and a day-of coordinator all in one. It was truly such a blessing. Now that we’ve received our wedding gallery, we’ve been so full of emotion. So many details that we personally missed on the day-of were captured in our gallery, and we’re just overwhelmed with the results. In case you can’t tell - I genuinely cannot recommend highly Danielle enough. If you’re still searching for that one last sign to make your decision - this is it.

Her manner was easy and comfortable and I knew immediately my daughter would love her. On the day of the wedding she just blended in comfortably but was so adept at gathering the guests for the pictures needed without a lot of craziness. She took an amazing amount of pictures and of moments that we could not have ever thought about! Reliving our daughter's special day was incredible as we laughed and cried at the pictures. There were so many creative shots and "catching that special moment" ones. I used to be a wedding director and the photographer's manner is so important at putting the bride and everyone at ease. Danielle is a natural and so talented. She would make anyone's special day what a bride has always dreamed of!

rt to understand my vision for our wedding day. Throughout the whole process she was very clear in communicating big picture information as well as small details I did not even think about. One specific thing I really appreciated about Danielle was her willingness to be flexible to what I desired on the wedding day. She really heard me and listened. There were certain photos I really cared about and other photos I did not. She was willing to adapt what my husband and I wanted that day. She also was so personable working with my family and the bridal party! There were a total of 19 people in the wedding party and she did a fantastic job keeping them all focused for photos. Lastly, the photos turned out perfectly. Going through them with my husband, family, and friends was so exciting. There were so many things that happened on our day that we did not realize, but having those photos captured meant the world to us. Danielle really went above and beyond in delivering the photos in a timely manner, as well as the box/usb she gives to you. Hire this photographer!! She is willing to do fun new things while also making you feel incredibly comfortable and excited.

I was drawn to her website immediately after going through some of the photographs she took of other couple’s weddings. I was looking for that down to earth, best friend feeling and I could definitely feel it from her writing and the photos she shot. From the get go we connected, I guess you could say love at first website. The name You and Me also caught my attention because it was something I was thinking of incorporating in our wedding. Everything seemed to connect effortlessly. After talking to her on FaceTime, I knew there was no doubt that she would be our photographer. She had a warm and inviting personality I just truly loved and I knew that she would put the care into capturing our day. Her disposition is infectious! We even explored doing a smoke bomb for our engagement photo. That was a lot of fun! Then ventured to Brooklyn to hunt down some cool murals as our background. I also loved that she was open to new ideas because some of ours were a bit dark trying to make it more gothic chic. I appreciated her sage advice bouncing off my thoughts. If you’re looking for someone to make it one of a kind she’s your gal. You won’t be sorry.

nd emails. We got married last May in one of the coldest and rainiest days of the spring. Furthermore our wedding was on a dock with a reception to follow on a boat. There was a ton of last minute shuffling around to keep everyone dry and warm. Our beautiful backdrop was now fog and mist. That being said Danielle scouted the area, and with her vision was able to give us better pictures than we could have even hoped for. We were so impressed and couldn't believe how well they came out. We would absolutely recommend “You and Me Studios” to anyone that needs a great photographer!
