le in front of the camera. During our engagement photo shoot, we had a BLAST despite 40 degree weather and wild Lake Michigan wind! During the stress/chaos the morning of the wedding, Danielle was calm and organized. Throughout the year we spent planning, Danielle was professional, timely, and thorough in her communication. We recently received our pictures and are blown away by how wonderful they are. Danielle is truly an artist - the pictures have a natural/candid beauty to them which really reflects how we felt throughout the entire day! er on Instagram and immediately became obsessed with her wedding photography. Since it was so close to my wedding, I already had all of my vendors booked. Although we opted to do a destination wedding, we wanted to get legally married at home before leaving (legalities!). Last minute I decided to ask Danielle if she could come and take a few family shots the day we went to the courthouse. Luckily she was free that day and she exceeded all expectations! It was a beautiful end of Winter/ beginning of Spring day and Danielle suggested taking pictures in the forest. In less than an hour, Danielle managed to take all the family portraits we wanted and was able to take plenty of creative shots of my husband and me! The photos from the legal wedding are mixed among the photos from our beach destination wedding hanging on our gallery wall! Don't think twice about hiring Danielle for any of your pre & wedding day photography!

She has such a talent and the photos she took for us are one of a kind and I will cherish them forever. They are hanging all over our house already and the able she put to together for us is just perfect. Leading up to the day of and on the day, she made sure to always be in contact and updating me on everything, including giving me a heads up on what I will need to bring day of for her to take photos of (our invitations, my jewelry, both of our rings, shoes, etc.) On the day of, she set up and got right to business and did what she needed to do and got the shots she wanted efficiently, was NEVER in the way, and did not stress me out at all! When we first met she referred to herself as a "fly on the wall" but still gets all of the shots, and its true! Girl knows what shes doing, and how to handle every situation! She gave me advice on how the day usually goes, what she recommends and doesn't recommend. We had a very particular and detail oriented wedding and she gladly accommodated all very specific requests we had. As a photographer myself, and obviously heavily concerned about the photos of my wedding day, I felt completely comfortable handing over ALL reigns to her. She was so great, we invited her to stay and enjoy the wedding once she was done; everything just went so smoothly! Not even 2 weeks after the wedding, while we were on our honeymoon, she sent us a Sneak Peek at some of the wedding photos and we were in love with them instantly. I'm dying to see the rest and have already recommended Danielle to multiple friends getting married!

In the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, she was the one vendor that I didn’t need to keep track of or constantly communicate with which was so nice. She was the one that kept me up to date and often answered questions before I even know I had them. We’ve gotten so many compliments on our photos and I’m so thankful Danielle was our photographer!

the wedding. And on our wedding day, she was prompt and organized, and made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. She was able to capture our entire shot list, the little details around our venue, and a ton of action shots that express the magic of the evening (dances, speeches, guests tearing up the dance floor). And she worked with us to make sure the formal/posed pictures were minimally disruptive to our day (e.g., so that we could enjoy cocktail hour with our guests). The pictures are absolutely beautiful - she worked so well with the lighting at Salvage One. I love that we received both a digital gallery of all of our photos (without watermark) that we can share with friends for downloading/printing, as well as a usb drive with all of the picture files. We've received so many compliments on our pictures, and we just received our photobook in the mail yesterday and it's going to be such an amazing keepsake for years to come. For 6.5 hours of shooting and the number of photos we received (and the photobook), we also felt the pricing was very reasonable especially given the quality and professionalism. Thanks, Danielle!

or all. Her style is very romantic and beautiful and was exactly what I wanted. On my wedding day she was quick to get going on all the details I left out for her to photograph; by the time me and my girls were needing photos of prep she was ready. During my 1st look with my husband, it started to rain. Danielle didn't run inside, but instead stood under an umbrella while we stood under our own (note that this is with her expensive equipment) so we could get some beautiful candid shots in the rain. I was over the moon with joy to see how much effort she put in to make sure I got my once in a lifetime photographs I've always dreamed of. During the ceremony and reception she was in stealth mode- out getting all the photos we needed but was never in the way. When she needed a certain shot she would give great direction.
