Weddings are seriously the best. A time for reflection, gratitude, and busting out those seriously epic dance moves you have been hiding away. A time to gather around with the people you love most and celebrate a new journey you are about to embark on. The only time in your life when you can seriously act and feel like Jay Z and Beyonce. That's pretty freakin cool if you ask me!
Danielle Raney Photography is all about building genuine relationships and understanding my couples story, capturing moments that can allow you to re-live your epic day over and over again. I love looking at a photo and truly FEELING all the emotions - that's what photography is all about.
A little bit about myself... I am a portrait, elopement , and wedding photographer who has owned my own business for nearly 10 years now!
My sweet little family and I live in West Seattle and are currently in the middle of renovating our 1914 dream home! I am always up for a good adventure, and an even better love story. I will seriously travel anywhere, so if you are thinking of a destination wedding or even an intimate elopement in the middle of nowhere.... then I am so down to make my way to you!
I am passionate about what I do and the people I get the privilege of photographing. I just feel so incredibly lucky to have such a beautiful and creative career!

What I especially appreciated was her creativity. She was constantly suggestive of ideas and poses for shots that nothing ever felt awkward. Pictures turned out amazing and I can't stop staring at the sneak peaks she emailed us the next day.

she does. What I think stood out most from other photographers is that she really invests her time into getting to know exactly what ‘look’ her customers are striving for. She makes poses look natural and has a keen eye for lighting and making the most of the surroundings. I get uncomfortable easily in front of cameras but Danielle had us laughing the entire time that it made me want to do another shoot just for fun!
