gaged in Feb 2020 Danielle was the first vendor I booked for my October 2021 wedding because I knew I wouldn't be happy with any other photographer. My wedding day (10/24/21) was wet and rainy the entire day, however I was totally unfazed because I trust Danielle's vision entirely and knew she would capture the most amazing shots despite the weather. I also have to mention Danielle came prepared with an organized and detailed backup plan to shoot indoors at the beautiful CAA hotel, and she kept our entire day on time and running smoothly. Aside from the fact that she has the logistics nailed down to a tee and she is so easy to work with, her actual style of photography is unmatched. We had several specific requests initially, and a myriad of updates as we went through multiple reschedules, and she was so flexible and understanding. She worked tirelessly to make sure we felt comfortable and that we were getting exactly what we wanted. In terms of the quality of the finished product, we couldn't be more pleased. The photos are absolutely breathtaking and are shamelessly displayed all around our home, our parent's homes, and probably several guest's homes as well. Stylistically we wanted a "high fashion" look, and that is exactly what we got. While we did take some traditional wedding photos, and they turned out beautiful, our favorites are the candids. Danielle's eye for movement and capturing the love and emotion in the moments in between is unparalleled. Finally, and this is so much more important than you know on your wedding day, she was such a strong but calm force. She kept us on time, made sure we didn't feel stressed, and never made us feel like there was a camera intruding on personal moments. She guided our less experienced videographer seamlesssly, and worked in perfect stride with our wedding planner. By the end of the night all of our wedding guests knew her by name, and she graciously emailed back and forth with my mother in law to get a canvas made to her exact specifications and in under a week! Danielle was truly spectacular, and we just feel so lucky to have gotten to work with her. If she is available for your wedding day, you'd be trading down by going with anyone else.

akes the whole day feel very chill when it can otherwise feel very hectic. Her style is very romantic and natural, so I always felt like she was staying very true to our personalities. She doesn't try to force anything. My husband and I are not a couple that takes a lot of pictures, so I honestly could not believe how stunning the pictures turned out. During our engagement shoot, she helped us plan the timeline for our wedding day - this was help we very much needed and we were able to better visualize what our day would look like. Leading up to the wedding, we ended up making some changes to the timeline and she was SO flexible & just so easy to work with. On the day of the wedding, both Danielle and her assistant were all hands on deck-while I was getting my makeup done, I noticed that Danielle's assistant was doing some quick ironing of a groomsman's jacket! I mean come on, how amazing is that. When I say we needed all the help we could get, that's the kind of stuff I'm talking about, and they were 100% there for us. Planning a wedding during COVID is no fun & we were definitely stressed at times, but we never once had to stress about our photos and honestly, just the general presence of Danielle & co. had a major calming effect on the overall vibe of our day. Danielle is professional, chill, and extremely talented. 100% book her!

Fast forward to COVID-19 - we decided to postpone our wedding to 2021. Danielle was incredibly understanding and easy to work with when we were securing our new date. When we decided to move forward with a small ceremony this year, she made it a priority to fit us into her schedule. She was SO FUN on the day of our wedding and several of our guests commented that she was one of the most professional and together photographers they'd met. And let me tell you about THE PICTURES. You guys - this woman is an ARTIST!!!!! Every shot is amazingly beautiful. She has a knack for capturing the perfect moments and details, and when I look at the pictures I'm looking at all the things and feelings I really wanted to remember from our wedding. n. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Danielle. From the start, she really took the time to explore our relationship and what kind of wedding we wanted. She also took the time to recommend various vendors in the area that she has worked with and approves of. After deciding to pursue the videographer she recommended, she even put me in direct contact with him and facilitated booking him for our date (shoutout to Jason Puls.) As we prepared for our engagement shoot, my now husband and I were so nervous that we would be so lost, but Danielle told us exactly how to “pose” without making us looked posed. If you need someone to tell you when your hair is out of place or to respect your “good side,” she’s your girl. She took us to three awesome spots in Milwaukee for our engagement shoot and encouraged my three outfit changes without ever making us feel rushed. The wedding day was even more fabulous. Obviously our original wedding was going to be a longer day and she offered to make up the hours we didn’t use on our contract and have a little family shoot next year. We also had booked a second photographer and given the intimate nature of our wedding and limited space, she offered to create a custom album for us instead (talk about customer service.) Danielle communicated with me each week as it got closer to our wedding day regarding timeline, first look location and anything else that came up. She even got into town early to scope out the first look location and ended up choosing somewhere down the road a bit because of lighting. She knew how important the first look was to me (as it would be to any bride) and did everything to make it PERFECT. The rest of the day was pure bliss. She went with the flow and captured our boat wedding on Lake Geneva beautifully. She will do anything for the ideal shot, including hanging off the side of the boat while still in motion. Oh also, she is the ULTIMATE hype girl. If someone constantly telling you how beautiful you look and how awesome the shots look is your thing (duh) then book her NOW. For about a week after our wedding, Danielle would come up in casual conversation because of how impressed and thankful we were to have her there with us and of course, everyone that sees our pictures are in awe of how lovely they are. We had to postpone our big wedding this year and found out Danielle was booked for our new date. She ended up re-working her schedule so she could photograph us next year! Oh, also, she tide-penned my train back to perfection (seriously, was stark white) after a bridesmaid with muddy shoes stamped a footprint on it during photos prior to the ceremony. Danielle listens to what you want and brings incredible talent and ideas to the table. I told her I didn't like my nose from one angle and I kid you not out of the 1,000 photos btwn our engagement shoot and our wedding day there were maybe 5 photos of my nose I didn't like. HOW DID SHE DO THAT?! Danielle is incredibly reliable and truly knows what she's doing. She's amazing at giving direction on a hectic wedding day.
