Formerly of Dominic Michael Salon in Clayton, Danielle for the last 10 years has been the proud owner of Daniellestyle inc. Located in the SouthWest Gardens Neighborhood on the Hill. Daniellestyle is a boutique salon that houses a hand selected group of St. Louis’s most talented Make-up Artists and Hair Stylists. “ I wanted to create a space where stylists could do it all, it’s my firm belief that extending your hand into all facets of the beauty industry makes you a more precise, knowledgable, and creative artist.” says Danielle. “Creating this space, and being surrounded by such talented artists has been one of my greatest joys.”

Danielle did a fantastic job with my hair and makeup for my wedding. During the makeup trial, they listened and were quick to adjust anything that I wasn't a fan of. I was very pleased with everything on the big day. Danielle was also an absolute joy to work with! When I was in their chair they helped lower my stress so I could be present and enjoy the last few hours before my wedding.

Danielle and her team are so fast and professional at what they do. I truly appreciated how efficiently they did the hair and make up for myself, our moms, and our bridal party. They were a great time to start the day off with, and I was so glad we chose them to begin with. They were also so flexible when we had to reschedule due to covid and I called them the week before the wedding to add an additional bridesmaid's hair who had changed her mind. Thank you so much for everything Danielle!

For myself, hair and makeup was one of the vendors I really wanted to get right for the wedding. I don't wear a ton of makeup and on the rare occasion that I do, it is minimal. So, my priority was finding someone who could make me look like myself, but elevated. After scouring profiles and looking at other reviews, I discovered DanielleStyle and absolutely loved her portfolio. I booked a trial with Danielle and she immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. She was easy to talk to and understood the assignment right away. I didn't give her a ton to work with and just said "natural and loose waves" and she knocked it out of the park! I have a LOT of hair, sometimes it takes my hairdresser two blow dryers to dry it after a cut, and Danielle really worked with me to find something that would look good from afternoon to night. Also, I don't like feeling like I have a ton of makeup on when I do wear it and Danielle made the application feel so light. It was me, but just a bit more polished! On the day of the wedding, we had Danielle and Malorie and they were both amazing! Danielle and Malorie worked on five of us in total and did everything from up-do's, braids and extensions, along with makeup. All of the ladies were happy with how their hair and makeup turned out! Danielle and Malorie were extremely professional the entire time and had us finished right on time (maybe even a little bit before we needed to be done which gave us some time back for photos)! The day was a little hotter than we were expecting, so I unfortunately did end up putting my hair up in the evening but let me tell you... that makeup stayed on all night. I almost didn't want to wash my face later so I could have it done for the next morning. I would absolutely recommend DanielleStyle to anyone looking for hair and makeup! I couldn't thank them enough for making me and the women in my life feel beautiful

Danielle was so much fun to work with and made my wedding day so special. I had concerns about feeling too heavily made up and not looking like myself and Danielle made me feel at ease and worked with me to plan exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. I felt more beautiful than I ever have before!

Danielle did my hair and makeup recently for my wedding and reception. The hair and makeup was rushed, and for the amount of money she charges, she did an ok job. There are much better hair and make up artists in St. Louis, who are more professional and accommodating. Overall, I would not recommend her services.

I worked with Amanda and Leigh for my wedding recently, and I had such a great experience with Danielle Style! Amanda did my bridal hair and make-up, and Leigh and Amanda both worked on my bridesmaids’ hair and make-up. They both did such amazing work and made everyone look beautiful! I was so happy with how my hair and make-up looked, and it held up through the entire ceremony and reception. I would highly recommend Danielle Style!

We worked with Leigh and Malorie. They were both great to work with--professional, easy going, and worked well with all of the different requests/looks. Everyone looked beautiful, and the hair and makeup lasted all day! I would definitely recommend!

Danielle and Aubergine were the most amazing stylists I could have asked for throughout my whole wedding planning process. I did a trial before the wedding trial (because I am so picky about my hair) and Aubergine really made me feel right at home from the second I sat down in the chair. She took my vision and brought it to life. We tried a few styles to see what I liked and we got it just right. I got my makeup done there for my engagement shoot and makeup and hair for the rehearsal dinner, both amazing looks and Aubergine made sure they were just different enough from what we were planning for the wedding day. On the big day, I could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. The team was responsible for 13 people total and they did an incredible job. The schedule was managed so well and all the girls' looks were flawless. You NEED to book Danielle Style for your wedding!

Danielle did my bridal hair, Andrea did most of the makeup, and Amanda did a couple hair and makeup as well. EVERYONE was happy with how they looked, which was very important to me. We completed around 2:30PM and all of our looks lasted well into the evening, we wrapped around 12pm with little to no touch ups (maybe a touch up on the lips). I'm not the average bride, I did a bit of head banging at the reception and my hair literally never fell, which is a bit surprising because I chose a down style, the classic Hollywood wave, and my bangs were still bumped and all of my curls remained. 10/10 would recommend Daniellestyle!

Danielle and Amanda were AWESOME! My hair and makeup was so beautiful I literally felt like a princess.. AND it STAYED ON. ALL. DAY. LONG. And I mean ALL DAY. It rained, sleeted, and snowed... all of which I was in to get somewhere or to take pictures and literally it stayed on and my hair stayed put. Danielle did my hair and makeup at 10 AM and then Amanda did some touch-ups right before the ceremony at 5 PM. They did AMAZING. 100 % recommend. They really are the best.

I am so glad I chose Danielle Style for my wedding hair and makeup. I had heard of Danielle Style from many friends who referred me to them. I really felt like I got to know Danielle and Aubergine and Amanda in the months leading up to my wedding. They were so kind and answered all my questions. Aubergine was my master stylist who went above and beyond! We even did multiple bridal hair trials until we found the perfect look. Aubergine also did a hair and makeup trial with my mom to make sure everyone felt comfortable on the wedding day. We had a large wedding party who all wanted hair and makeup, and the team that Aubergine brought with her on my wedding day was top notch. They were on time, friendly, and professional. They were efficient and knew what they were doing, but never made us feel rushed or stressed. We had so much fun working with them! All my girls were so happy with how their hair and makeup turned out. You get what you pay for, and hair and makeup is a very important vendor on your wedding day. Danielle Style always delivers!

Danielle and her team are miracle workers! They not only made myself, bridesmaids, and mothers look absolutely stunning they were so much fun to be around that morning! It was not one cookie cutter look for everyone but they really took the time to help each one of us figure out what was the most flattering look and even took into account our outfits and colors. I received so many compliments through out the day and have still been getting them! I truly felt like a princess that day and wouldn't have without Danielle and her team's help! I was so happy with my choice to use Danielle Style for my wedding. Leigh did my on my wedding day and it was exactly what I had envisioned. During my trial I had a few ideas in mind and she was able to easily create a style that fit my personality perfectly! There were 30mph winds on my wedding day and of course we were taking photos outside, but my hair held up very well. Would highly recommend Leigh for any special occasion up-do's.

Danielle Style was everything I dreamed of and more. They were such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Leigh is AMAZING as both a make up artist, hair stylist and person! I originally booked them for make up only and when things didn't go as planned with the hair salon I originally went with, Danielle style was able to cover the hair for my wedding party as well. I had 10 people for both make up and hair, all done between 8am-11:15am by 4 stylists. I've been in multiple weddings and have never had hair and make up done on time, let alone early. All the stylists were truly professionals and made the morning of fun and stress free. I would highly recommend them for a wedding!

I used Danielle for my wedding. She showed up, requested we change the music selection, painted on my "airbrush" makeup, and then left as soon as she got her tip. Her other stylists stayed and finished the job, including fixing my patchy makeup (hence the 1-star).

Brady did an amazing job! She did my hair as well as all of the bridesmaids, mother of the bride and mother of the groom. She does a beautiful job and is also fun, personable and professional. We really enjoyed having her with us while we were getting ready. She can recreate any picture you show her or come up something she thinks is a good fit for your hair and personal style. I am so thankful we hired Danielle Style for our hair and makeup team for my wedding this past weekend. Our main stylist Brady and the entire team made everyone look absolutely flawless! I had Brady do my engagement hair/makeup, a wedding hair trial, and then my hair and makeup for the big day. By the time the wedding day was here, it felt like working with a friend. We laughed and cried together while Brady took the extra time to make sure I loved how my hair and makeup turned out. I also had 9 bridesmaids and the Danielle Style team kept everything moving really well throughout the morning. Each stylist was very kind, professional, and extremely talented. All of my bridesmaids felt really beautiful and we cannot wait to see all of the pictures. Booking and coordinating everything in advance also went so smoothly with Leigh. We highly recommend the Danielle Style team for hair and makeup styling on the most important day of your life!

Danielle did my makeup for our engagement photos, our rehearsal dinner, our wedding ceremony and a quick fix for our reception. Danielle is amazing!! She made me feel so beautiful for all of the most important moments in my life to date, and each of my bridesmaids felt the same way. Danielle is the best artist around!

Danielle did me and my Maid of Honor's hair and makeup for my June 3rd wedding. She did an amazing job!!! This was the first time me and my sister had our makeup professionally done and Danielle made us very comfortable and relaxed the morning of my wedding. She traveled to where we had spent the night to make the morning easier for us! She was extremely professional and knew exactly what would look best on our bone structures and skin tones. We felt gorgeous!! Knowing what I know now, in the future I will always choose Danielle for my style needs.

Annie with Danielle Style did my hair/make up for my wedding day. I had 11 bridesmaids who also had hair & make up done by other members of the Danielle Style team. Annie really worked with me leading up to my wedding day to find the perfect hair style for me. I have pretty thin hair and we were having trouble getting the low side bun I was envisioning. I had to go in three different times for a trial but Annie was patient and ultimately we found a style worked out beautifully. She suggested I use extensions to create more volume and it was a great solution. The only issue on the day of the wedding was not having the lipstick I needed. My make-up trial was done a year before the wedding day and apparently I was told at the trial what kind of lipstick I should purchase. I definitely could have used a reminder leading up to that day to go & purchase the lipstick. I ended up frantically calling up friends on my wedding day to go find the color and of course, it was sold out everywhere. I ended up without lipstick which was a huge bummer. This was the main snafu I experienced with Danielle Style. I share this so perhaps brides will be more aware of this expectation and also perhaps Danielle Style can include a reminder to bring the lip color in their reminder email about the wedding day appointments. Overall though, they did a beautiful job!

At first, I was turned off by Danielle Style because they're more pricey than other stylists in our area. But after doing some research, I realized no one had the "Danielle Style look" like Danielle does. I decided I would pay the extra money just so I could look good on my wedding day -- and let me tell you... Danielle is *worth* *every* *freaking* *penny*! Also, Danielle is SUPER chill and laid back. So on my wedding day, while other stylists were using high energy and bragging about their weddings to my bridesmaids, Danielle pulled me into a separate room and totally calmed me down. Her calm energy and dry sense of humor made my entire morning! Not to mention, she made me look *way* better than I do in real life. Ladies, if you splurge, do it on Danielle. You will fall in love with her and be forever grateful.

Jessica was absolutely unbelievable for my wedding - was calm, cool, collected, sweet, professional, accommodating and rocked a soft, unconventional bridal style and customized looks for a large bridal party. She works with you to determine what styles you like and effortlessly makes perfection happen. I've never felt more stunning! Danielle and her team were absolutely amazing! They were punctual, very professional, and overall fantastic. The bridesmaids and myself had pictures of what we wanted for hair and makeup, and each stylist listened to what we wanted and perfectly recreated each one. Even when we had just a vague idea of what we wanted, they were able to create exactly what we envisioned. Also, the makeup and hair stayed the whole day. No one had to reapply makeup or redo their hair, which was impressive because we started getting ready around 11 and the ceremony wasn't until 5 o'clock. Everything lasted through lunch, pictures outside, the ceremony, and the reception. Danielle was especially wonderful. She was incredibly sweet, and was very knowledge about what would work and look good with my entire outfit. For example, I wanted a low bun but she looked at my dress, accessories, and asked questions about the vibe I was going for, she recommended a completely different hairstyle, which I am so happy she did. It was a glamorous only Hollywood feel, and it was absolutely incredible. I never thought of that style, and it made the entire outfit. Plus, everything photographed so well! Everyone looked very natural and not like there was 5 pounds of makeup caked on their faces. Everything was beautiful and so well done. I could not recommend Danielle and her team more.

Jessica at Danielle Style did my hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner and my wedding day. Her staff did my bridemaids at my wedding. They did an incredible job. I never looked better! Everyone said how beautiful I looked!! They are amazing!!!!!

I booked Jessica through Danielle Style to do my bridal makeup and cannot say enough good things about her. I did not have the opportunity to do a trial makeup run so was a little nervous going into my wedding day without meeting my makeup artist or discussing the look I wanted. The day of, however, Jessica was very professional and really took the time to listen to my ideas and look through pictures I had pinned. She offered suggestions without being pushy and it all turned out great! Best of all, my makeup stayed stayed perfect through the whole day and night (it was a humid St. Louis day and I love to dance)! Highly recommend Danielle Style!

The Danielle Style team is absolutely incredible to work with and made me feel like an all-star for my wedding day. I can't imagine tasking anyone else with such an important job. Book early as she fills up quickly! The booking process was simple and straightforward, Leigh even helped me take care of the hair/makeup timeline for day-of. My hair and makeup trial was seamless and Danielle let me play around with a few different options, never making me feel rushed. I had Jessica do hair/makeup for my engagement session and was thrilled with my final look. Day-of my wedding, Danielle and Julie were punctual at our hotel and kept myself and the bridesmaids on schedule. One of my favorite things about Danielle is she is extremely thorough but also quick. The team was great listening to my bridemaids, as well as providing hair/makeup suggestions when asked. Danielle even trimmed a bridesmaids hair to help with her chosen style. Everyone looked like movie stars, and hair and makeup was going strong through the last dance. I liked the team so much, I have continued to go to Danielle for my cut and color. Definitely one of the top vendors from my wedding day, you cannot go wrong with team Danielle Style!

Brady and the rest of the team was amazing. There was some issue with arriving on time to the appointment, but it all worked out and we had enough time built into the schedule that it was no problem. The makeup and hair looked amazing, and they were professional and awesome. Such a fun team. Highly recommend them!!

I used Daniellestyle to do hair and makeup for myself, my mom and my wedding party for my wedding this past December and we all could not have been more pleased with the results. I have never felt so beautiful and the same was said from my mom and bridesmaids. Annie and her team did such an outstanding job of hair and makeup for each person, focusing in on every detail and not leaving until everyone was extremely satisfied and happy with their look. I cannot recommend Daniellestyle highly enough!

For me, my wedding anxiety centered around my hair and makeup, as I am extremely finicky. Daniellestyle came highly recommended, and I must agree. I have never felt more beautiful. At my trial, Danielle took the extra time to ask questions and look at pictures of my gown. She recommended certain styles and colors for my makeup and hair and even explained why. She also knew I was going to Chicago for my bachelorette party after my appointment, and she restyled my hair so I wouldn't have to reveal my bridal look. Amazing! On our wedding day, she went above and beyond what she had done at my trial. She had photos and knew exactly what we had discussed. Additionally, she even went out and bought my lipstick, and I just had to reimburse her. Talk about service! I felt absolutely beautiful, and I know my bridesmaids did, too. She wasn't rushed on our wedding day and took the time to make sure I was 100% happy, as did her colleagues who serviced my bridesmaids. I had so many guests comment as to how beautiful my hair and make-up was, too. Daniellestyle is more expensive than most, but in this instance, she was worth every single penny. My only suggestion is to book VERY early, as her availability fills up over a year in advance. I booked 14 months out, and there was already interest in my wedding date. I would absolutely recommend Daniellestyle!

I was told about Danielle Style and made contact over one year before wedding. Two months prior to wedding, Danielle Style had over booked on my daughter's wedding day. Danielle worked with us to have Annie do the girls makeup and I found another hair vendor. The makeup people showed up late due to bad communication. They quickly got to work and everyone got done with time to spare! Annie and her assistant were professional and pleased everyone they worked on! I recommend Annie for make up (air brush)!

I used Danielle for my hair and makeup as well as all of my bridesmaids. She had an assistant to help with hair and also had an extra makeup artist to help get us ready in a timely manner. She loves her job and is an expert when it come to making you look gorgeous. I loved the simple, airbrushed makeup. It looked timeless and natural. My hair was exactly what I wanted. By the end of the night it was kind of a mess and falling down, but I did hit the dance floor a lot. In the end she did a great job, but I'm not sure if it was worth the costly expense.
