Daniel's Catering

Daniels catered our corporate event with 20 people. I ordered the Meatloaf / Mashed Potatoes / Corn meal. EVERYONE said that it was the best Meatloaf they ever had!!! They were on time, and the delivery person did great setting it up. It was a stress-less event - which I appreciated!!! I am using them again next week.

Had a taste testing here. The extremely rusted catering vans turned us off a bit right away but we proceeded to enter and taste it out. Immediately upon entering the worker told us to take a seat (didn't introduce herself or even ask if we were the right people). The lobby room where her desk was was also where we sat, at a small lopsided table right next to the door. We tried a lot of different things and we left thinking this: most of it seemed like it came out of a can- the chicken breast in mushroom sauce had to have cream of mushroom dumped on it I swear, and she even told us the veggies were just from a can. The spare ribs sauce was an odd color red, and the cod had a thick yellow sauce on it that made it look very unappetizing. The appetizers were all very tiny-the quiche bites were crumbly and dry. The mashed potatoes and the beef tips did taste pretty good, but man oh man everything else just looked very unappealing to the eye and was just average tasting.

Absolutely wonderful! Daniel's staff was extremely helpful and accomodating, and they really went above and beyond with their service. They grilled chicken, steak, and veggie kebabs on site, and they had more than enough food for everyone! Everything was cooked perfectly, and displayed beautifully. I've had many people compliment me on how delicious the food was!
