Dannon K. Collard

Dannon is one of the most down to earth, fun, and caring people that I have ever met. She made everyone from my 89 year old grandma to every last bridesmaid look beautiful. She's an artist that adapts her work to best fit and highlight each individual she works on. I have never felt so beautiful. She rocks. You need to hire her.

I first came across Dannon's website while I was looking for photographers and saved the link for when I was moving on to search for make up artists. To be honest, the search was very, very short! I saw the overwhelming amount of 5 star reviews for Dannon, and some lackluster reviews for other local places in Charleston and the decision was made. The first time I met Dannon was in her home for a trail run, and despite not knowing her, she made my husband and I feel so comfortable that it was like hanging out at one of our friend's homes. She was so professional and listened to exactly what I wanted for my makeup. Later in the day was my engagement shoot and I loved how the make up photographed! On the morning of my wedding Dannon showed up right on time and was doing my makeup, my mom's, and my mother-in-law's as well. She is so personable and easy to get along with! All of our make up came out amazing and lasted through the night and it photographed so well! She also gave me the lip gloss that she had used on me so I could touch-up throughout the evening. One of my favorite things about my make up were the eyelashes! They looked so natural! I had also mentioned to Dannon that I liked using a little highlighter on the apples of my cheeks and she remembered and used it for my wedding day make up. If I had my wedding to do all over again, without hesitation one of the first things I would do is hire Dannon again!

Dannon is a Bride's DREAM. I have never felt more beautiful in my life than when she did my makeup. She is so professional, a makeup GENIUS, and such a sweet person. I would recommend her in a heartbeat to anyone. THANK YOU, DANNON!!!!!

My wedding was a destination wedding so I could only squeeze in so many trips to Charleston that I never got to meet Dannon until the day before my wedding. I only spoke on the phone and through email and automatically got a sense of who is she and instantly felt like I was in good hands. Not only is Dannon the sweetest person you will ever come into contact with but she is beyond talented. I had Dannon do my make-up for Rehearsal dinner and my wedding along with the my bridal party and she was so personal to each look and person that she made you feel so secure that she was going to make you look and feel beautiful. Not only do I look back on the photos and and I am so happy I am left with this long-lasting experience that I will never forget. I can not say enough nice things about Dannon and my experience and I hope you all can experience what I had as it was unforgettable.

What can I say about Dannon... she has got to be the most talented make up artist in the industry. Her passion, creativity and professionalism were beyond compare. I could not have found a greater person to make me look my best on my wedding day! She is so much fun and easy to get along with. Dannon was amazing! I do not wear a lot of make up and really wanted a natural look. She made me look flawless, yet still myself! I would highly recommend her to anyone with any style or make up preference. She listened and provided exactly what me and all of my bridesmaids wanted. Dannon was absolutely fabulous!! She did my makeup along with my mom's and maid of honor's and we were all so happy with the results. I have acne and a very oily face and for the first time my makeup lasted all day and night without any shine or need for touchups, and there wasn't a blemish in site! Even with all of the dancing I did, the makeup did not budge. She goes out of her way to make you feel so comfortable and calm. She was easy to get in contact with, quick to respond, and punctual. I have already recommended her to multiple brides-to-be and will continue to do so, her work speaks for itself!
