ch resulted in the two star rating despite loving their program and dance created. I am not one to write a bad or detailed review, but unfortunately felt it necessary to share all we experienced to help future brides. Here are the order of events and my experience: 1. After paying in full, we received no confirmation of payment and had to wait 17 days to get our dance. I basically had to beg her Instagram manager for help. 2. We received our dance video on December 13, we responded three days later with our notes, and waited 25 days for a response back about our notes, with no corrected video. 3. According to their program, if there's a part that the customer wants changed, the customer can ask for something different after getting the first video. I asked for a specific part to be changed and the response was "I think we'll leave that little four count up to you guys to find something that fits in your comfort zone!" After paying nearly 900 dollars to hire a dance expert, they were now telling me that I should create that part myself? I found this very unprofessional. However, I did insist that she create it instead, and she changed it to something we very much liked. However, there had to be an unnecessary conversation about it being changed by them, wasting our time and causing stress. 4. When we finally got our dance video, the dance was not completed with the full song. No one from their company had told us we had to pay extra in order for that, and when I asked for the contract, I didn't receive one back. Instead, they provided the full dance as an apology for the communication issues thus far. This solution was nice, and we were very grateful. 5. We received our updated choreography on January 18. We loved it! 6. We uploaded our video for her to watch and critique on March 7, with three weeks to our wedding, and did not receive our feedback until a week before our wedding. Again, I had to beg her Instagram manager for help in communication. Their critiques were professional, helpful, and very well done. As a company, communication and timeliness is key. This company severely lacked in that. They noted that they were having some trouble with personnel, but it seems like they have way too much on their plate to handle multiple online businesses. The choreography, lessons, and critiques were stellar, though. If they had their timely communication on point, they would have received 5 stars from me, but the stress overshadowed all of the good. If I could do it all again, I would not choose them and would choose in-person lessons where the schedule is clear.
