Danyel is amazing. She is so talented (we have the most beautiful wedding gallery) and has the ability of making you feel all the confidence in the world while taking photos. She captured more than we could ask for, and will cherish the memories from her photos forever. I feel so lucky that we found her!! I will also note that we got married on a very sunny summer day while having our reception in a darker barn, and the lighting in all the photos is incredible- she truly knows how to work the light, how to make you glow, and how to capture the best moments. She is the best.

Working with Danyel has been absolutely wonderful. I have gotten so many compliments on my engagement and wedding photos. Danyel is professional and incredibly easy to work with. I am not always comfortable with getting my picture taken but Danyel helped me feel relaxed and comfortable. The pictures all came out great and high quality. I highly recommend Danyel for your wedding/engagement photos!

Danyel is seriously the BEST. She was one of the first vendors we booked during our two year engagement and I couldn’t have been happier we did! Danyel was awesome at getting my camera- shy husband to open up in front of the camera (which resulted in AMAZING shots!). She is excellent not only at producing beautiful photographs, but also at helping to plan the perfect day/timeline. She is calm and helped me stay calm throughout the whole day. She seriously is more than just a photographer - when my bustle broke, she jumped into action to help fix it! We also got SO lucky to have Kelly as our second shooter and the two of them are the BEST team. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Danyel was AMAZING she made me and my husband feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She made sure to captures all the special moments of our day and even recorded a couple TikTok’s of me and my bridesmaids! She made the day so much fun! Danyel and her second Kelly were exactly what I wanted in wedding photographer! They fit right into the environment of us getting ready, and you couldn’t even tell they were taking pictures! I have only gotten back my favorites and I am already in love with how all of those photos came out, so I can only imagine how I’m going to feel about the whole album. Danyel was wonderful throughout the whole process, and was always will to communicate if I was just checking in (she was one of our first vendors booked in a two year engagement). I am THRILLED with Danyel!

Let’s start with how nice of a person she is!!!! Instinctive, energetic, professional these are just a few of the words I would use to describe her. Calm and amazing attention to detail. She saved the day in so many ways- from bustling my daughter’s wedding gown to keeping everyone laughing during the whole process. Kelly, her assistant was so helpful as well. She was so good with our nervous flower girl. Highly HIGHLY recommend this photographer!!!!!

I can't begin to explain how amazing Danyel was to work with. She made us feel so comfortable and at ease during both our engagement shoot and our wedding. The photos speak for themselves when it comes to what a great photographer she is. She's extremely quick at getting the photos back and very communicative when it comes to any questions we had. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture our day!

I do not have enough good things to say about Danyel! She is the absolute BEST at what she does and so down to earth. My husband and I never felt comfortable in front of the camera until we worked with Danyel. She made our engagement shoot and wedding day pictures so unbelievably easy while still remaining extremely professional. My wedding day would have not gone as smooth as it did without the help of Danyel. She’s not just a photographer but a wedding expert. I have not received my full wedding gallery yet but the shots alone on her website have me in tears. Danyel was the absolute best choice we made for our wedding and I cannot recommend her enough!

10/10 recommend going with Danyel to capture your special day! Danyel was very quick to respond to any questions we had and she was super helpful. She caught all of the moments we wanted and more for our wedding! We happened to have had a flurry of snow the night of our wedding and Danyel was right on getting us some amazing shots in the snow. Our wedding was 11/26/21 and Danyel got us our sneak peak collages about a week after our wedding, and our full gallery the week of Christmas. We were so impressed with how quick she provided us with our full gallery and how amazing the pictures turned out! Danyel is amazing to work with!

I have known Danyel for years, and when my husband and I got engaged, I knew I had to have her photograph our wedding. My husband, who hates pictures, wanted to make sure we hired a fun and laid-back photographer. After our engagement shoot with Danyel, my husband told me that he enjoyed himself, and our pictures turned out incredible. Danyel was extremely flexible when we postponed our wedding due to COVID and promptly answered all of our questions. We were relieved that she was available for our re-scheduled date of 9.26.21. Danyel made wedding re-planning less stressful and is an excellent resource for anything wedding-related (she recommended our amazing DJ to us!) Danyel’s co-shooter, Kelly, was just as wonderful to work with. Her shooting style is so similar to Danyel’s that I honestly could not tell two different photographers took our wedding photos. Our wedding day was absolutely beautiful, and Danyel and Kelly captured us perfectly. We will genuinely treasure our wedding pictures forever.

Danyel is the absolute BEST! My sister hired her for her wedding in 2018 and after an amazing experience and phenomenal photos Danyel was my first call when I got engaged. From our engagement photos to our wedding day, Danyel made us feel right at home while she captured all of our best memories. She’s professional, super responsive, and her creativity is top notch! Hiring Danyel for our wedding photographer was the best decision we made! Danyel did my engagement, boudior, and wedding! she made me feel so comfortable, was laid back, and completely stress free! ALSO the pictures came out absolutely beautiful and were delivered within two weeks after our wedding! . Danyel made rescheduling during COVID a breeze and always offered her full support! She always replied with a timely manner and was easy to get in touch with when needed.

Danyel was AMAZING to work with!! From day one she was a perfect fit for what my husband and I had in mind for our special day. We got married in June of 21’ (I know it took me forever to leave a review) and Danyel made our day look like something out of a hippie fairytale. She is a Star Wars and LOTR lover, like us, so she loved all of our extra little touches. Our Grateful Dead love and VW bus were fun props for us to use, and she made us look like we should have been on the cover of a magazine. We got along great too! If I lived closer, I feel like we would be best friends! I think that’s just how Danyel makes people feel though. She is patient and understanding. I changed my mind a million times before and during our wedding and she was right there for all of it. I have people ask me all the time who my photographer was because she fit in so well with the crowd, they thought she was family! I hope to catch her one year while she travels down for vacation at Disney! (She’s a HUGE Disney nerd!) If you are looking for a photographer for ANYTHING, I would recommend Danyel over and over again!!

Danyel photographed our recent wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! She was so fun and professional and made us feel completely comfortable. The photos were absolutely amazing and she got them back to us within weeks. We also had a bunch of guests who made it a point to tell us how great they thought she was!

I was lucky enough to hire Danyel for our wedding this past August. Danyel was absolutely a dream to work with. She was so responsive with every email we sent, with changing around our engagement session a few times, helping us decide on a location for those photos, and with a wedding day timeline! She made everything seem so seamless. My husband and I do not take many photos together, mostly because we feel so awkward in most posed photos- but Danyel made everything feel so natural and gave us the natural/laughing photos that completely were us. Not to mention, even with it being such a busy wedding season, she got our photos back to us pretty quickly! We love how all our photos turned out, Danyel is simply amazing!

We hired Danyel as our wedding photographer and she was amazing! I love Danyel's breezing, whimsical style, but more importantly, really loved how comfortable she made us in front of the camera. Our bridal party commented about how appreciative they were of her photo-capturing efficiency in the sweltering heat of our August wedding. We worked with Danyel for our engagement session, wedding day and as well as a boudoir session. She is so fun and lovely to work with. Danyel was our photographer for our engagement photos, small wedding this year, and will photograph our reception next year. She also has done my boudoir photos as well. To say that Danyel is warm, professional, and flexible is an understatement. We first met Danyel at the recommendation from an old friend, met her, and my husband instantly bonded with her love for all-things Star Wars. If her personality wasn't enough, her sample night and low-light photos speak for themselves. MANY photographers will say they are experts at night shots, but their portfolios tell different. Danyel's photos are the BEST I have seen, especially in low light. We walked out of the meeting knowing she was a must! Then, COVID happened and we had to rearrange all the things. While I had to fight with some vendors to try and problem solve with us, Danyel was beyond flexible. She gave advice when asked, offered solutions, and reassured me over and over that this was somewhat out of our hands as she too is a COVID wedding bride. At our wedding, Danyel fit in seemlessly taking pictures of our most intimate moments. We have gotten so many compliments on how our pictures belong in a magazine. They are GORGEOUS! As a bride, Danyel has made me feel beautiful and at ease. She responds promptly, is completely reliable, and a true artist. She is beyond one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding and we CANNOT wait for her to shoot our reception! (And, if you are thinking about some sexy pictures for your future hubby, look no further. I am pretty modest and was pretty nervous. Danyel made me laugh and made me feel beautiful. My pictures are out of this world... almost so much that I couldn't believe they were of me!)

Danyel was so amazing and supportive throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was receptive to all of our wild ideas and so gracious as we had to modify plans repeatedly. Her attention to detail and emphasis on special moments made our photos so incredibly wonderful and memorable. Danyel was amazing! We booked her two years prior to our wedding and she was always very responsive and quick to answer any and all questions even through the pandemic. She did both our engagement shoot and wedding and the pictures are gorgeous! She managed to capture so many candid and genuine moments that I’ll cherish looking back on for many years!

Danyel was absolutely amazing with providing my fiancé and I with photos that will last a lifetime. After a long (and what felt like never ending) search to find an awesome wedding photographer, we found Danyel! From my first phone call with her, to meeting her in person, we knew her style and easygoing personality would be a perfect fit for our wedding day. She was so patient with us as we planned our engagement shoot and made lists of all of the photos we wanted for our wedding day. She captured everything so beautifully, from all of the small details and “behind the scenes” moments, our perfect first look, our ceremony (which, despite weird lighting at our location, she captured photos that made it look like we were in the absolute perfect lighting!!), the bride and groom photos throughout the streets of Providence (even us attempting to ride an electric scooter in our wedding attire!), and our blast of a reception, crazy dance moments and all. She so easily blended in with the wedding party and our wedding guests and so many people have told us how much they LOVED our photographer! She was always so calm, which helped keep everyone’s nerves at bay! Anyone who is able to snag her as their photographer will not be disappointed. We feel so incredibly lucky to have worked with such a talented and awesome human!

From start to finish Danyel was absolutely outstanding. My entire family is still saying how much they adore her. She made me feel at ease through the whole process. At our wedding we were so comfortable with her as if we had been friends for years. And the photos....they are absolutely stunning!! Wedding photographs were important to my partner, and we both spent some time reviewing the various sample works of different photographers in our wedding venue area. Danyel stood out to us because one of her photographs featured a couple dueling with lightsabers. We knew at once that we loved the idea of someone who was able to do both traditional photos and those with creative and playful flair. Additionally, I particularly loved Danyel's style and coloring in her photos. I knew it worked with my own personal aesthetic preference. When we actually reached out to Danyel and got the chance to discuss things with her, we knew she would be a great fit with us. She was wonderful about breaking down the day for us, as we knew very little of what to expect, and helping us decide what would work best in our situation, like what a second photographer might offer, etc. She also was very interested in getting to know what our interests were and how to add a personal touch to our night shots. On the actual day, Danyel was invaluable. She really acted as a guide during the day, helping us along. She somehow took so many amazing photographs in what I can only describe as a tornado mess of a hotel room. During the reception, she took us out for our night shots and when I forgot something I had set down outside (too many things to keep track of), I found Danyel had already scooped it up and put it back on my seat. The photographs themselves were beautiful. So many details captured and immortalized beautifully. I absolutely love going through them, again and again. Most importantly, we had pictures of our loved ones enjoying the day. I absolutely adore our wedding album. It's beautiful, and Danyel was wonderfully patient with us throughout the process. I will be thankful for the rest of my life that I chose Danyel as our wedding photographer. Her photos are unbelievably gorgeous, and she herself was a dream to work with. From our “first look” to the very end of the night, she would know exactly how and when to get the best shot in the best light--creating the most magical scenes. My husband and I are both stiff in front of a camera, but she gave us simple, easy directions on how to pose naturally and with a lot of variety. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable, and it really shows on our faces. Danyel was very easy to get in contact with and I could freely communicate with her all my requests and concerns. On the day-of, she was careful to check off all the people on my “must-have” photo list—even those I had forgotten about! Danyel Stapleton was my wedding photographer and my ANGEL! She came recommended by another photographer, who had my wedding date already booked. That was the best happy accident ever! She is funny, passionate, unique, kind and professional. I know everyone has a specific idea of how they want their wedding photos to look. So she might not be your style, but you should make an exception. Working with her was a dream come true. We had a first meeting and it was like hanging out with an old friend. She kept me organized during the wedding planning process with email reminders and crafted notebooks and folders. The day of the wedding she was calm and so helpful. She was able to direct family and friends in a positive way and made us feel so comfortable posing and having fun. Our pictures turned out stunning! I know everyone thinks their pictures are best and it’s true. BUT they were flawless! I would recommend her to anyone!!! She was professional, organized, helpful, easy to get in contact with, cost effective, and the end results were better than I could have imagined! She does more than wedding photography; so I think I will ask her for more photos in the future! Please use her! One of the best decisions I made during my wedding planning!

Danyel was wonderful to work with! She helped me orchestrate a surprise photoshoot in Providence! I wasn’t super familiar with the area so I totally trusted her judgement and she delivered! We got our photos back so quickly, too. Danyel was kind, welcoming, and easy to work with. She directed our shots so well— everything felt natural and our shots turned out beautifully. Danyel was absolutely amazing; she made the absolute best ideas & angles for a Friday the 13th full moon wedding. She made picture taking an absolute blast & made everyone comfortable doing so! She was able to catch every important moment at perfect angles whether serious or candid.

I only wish I wrote this review sooner. I was torn when it came down to wedding photography between my overall wedding budget vs. capturing beautiful images of my once in a lifetime moment. After meeting with Danyel over margaritas I knew she was the one for me. She made me feel at ease, she was open to anything you wanted, she loved the idea of a T-Rex first look, she answered all my questions, she showed up the day of ready to roll, and so much more. We were still at our post-wedding camping trip when our photos were being blogged by Danyel just days after the wedding. I would highly recommend Danyel for all your fanciful, romantical, and familial photography needs.

Danyel was amazing! I loved her vibe. She was a joy to have at our wedding. Our engagement and wedding photos came out incredible, and she delivered them super fast. I would highly recommend her. I was honestly having a really hard time finding a photographer that I liked, and she was the first one I met with that I was impressed with all the photos I saw. Plus her prices were better than most other photographers I interviewed! (Although I would have picked her even if she wasn't one of the most cost-effective photographers I met with.)

Our first meeting with Danyel was a lot of fun and she had shown us examples of her work which were beautiful, so we hired her for our wedding. We could not be happier that we did. In fact, I remember seeing some of her other examples after we hired her, and I kept saying to myself, thank goodness we have her! The day of the wedding I will honestly say I don't remember seeing her that much - and I mean that in the highest compliment. She blended into the background and captured SO many beautiful photos, real reactions of people, and just the overall experience. When she sent us our sneak peek photos, the first words out of my mouth were "WOW!" We just received our full gallery and I can't stop saying WOW. Danyel is so talented and our photos look like they came out of a fairy tale. She is simply incredible.

I can't rave enough about working with Danyel! Danyel came recommended from another photographer I contacted who didn't have our date and she ended up being exactly what we were looking for! From my boudoir photos, engagement shoot, and our wedding day, Danyel made every step so easy and stress-free. We had a bit of a Harry Potter theme that she captured beautifully. Everyone in the group photos looked natural and happy, even when pretending to be a unicorn. Danyel caught so many great moments, I couldn't have asked for anyone better to capture our wedding and all the special moments leading up to that day.
