DANZA is a boutique DJ collective based in Los Angeles, specializing in unique weddings and private events. Over the past decade, our DJs have performed at hundreds of events all over the world, sharing stages with some of the biggest names in music, including: Travis Scott, Rick Ross, Rae Sremmurd, DRAM, Ryan Leslie, Mike Dean, A$AP Ferg, Jadakiss, and Cam'ron.
Our philosophy for weddings is quite simple: Follow the lead of the two-year-olds. If it is ever unclear how to have a good time at a wedding, there is usually a raucous crew of four or five toddlers who will happily guide you through the process of getting turnt. Step one, hit the bottles early (sometimes mid-ceremony). Step two, skip the hors d'oeuvres at the reception and beeline straight for the dance floor. And finally, dance until your heart is full, your legs are tired, and your clothes cannot be found.

same wedding. And the reason why that wedding was as great as it was, in addition to the people getting married and the guests in attendance, was the fact that Petey was DJing. Why we didn’t hire him in the first place was beyond us, but fortunately we were getting married in January and Petey happened to be available the weekend of our wedding and the rest is history.
4 months later, people still talk about our wedding and specifically our incredible DJ. We gave Petey little direction- funk and soul music for cocktail hour and some bands we loved for the dancing portion of the night, and he went above and beyond even our loftiest expectations. In addition to his incredible skills as a DJ, he is also a one of a kind good person, thoughtfully mailing us a vinyl of the album our first dance song is on. Genuinely easy to work with and accommodating, there is no one we would recommend more than Petey for whatever your event may be.
