We were very happy with our choice to use Daphne's catering for our wedding reception. Donna was so easy to work with, patient to answer all questions and very helpful in accommodating our requests for gluten and dairy free food options. We opted for the greek buffet and were not disappointed. The food was excellent as was the staff! Thank you Daphne's Catering!

We held our rehearsal dinner at the Daphne Room at Twisted Laurel and it was absolutely amazing. The venue was perfect for the casual elegant event we wanted. The food was amazing. And the staff went above and beyond to make our evening extra special.

Twisted Laurel came as a recommended caterer from our wedding planner as a well-known local restaurant and caterer in Weaverville. They were very responsive throughout the planning process as we were navigating food preferences, head count and final design requirements. We opted for a buffet for our guests and the team went about and beyond to fit the buffet style within our overall design and vibe of the wedding. Our guests were raving about the appetizers passed at Cocktail hour, the food at dinner, and no one went hungry. They also accommodated guests and vendors with Vegan food preferences Twisted Laurel staff provided excellent hospitality to our guests throughout the evening. We look forward to frequenting their restaurants in the future and would absolutely come back for another event.

This caterer provided food for our rehearsal party. The food was excellent and plentiful. Donna worked with me and was a delight! Everything arrived on time and left-overs were boxed to take back to our cabin. An excellent experience and I highly recommend her services!

We hosted a beautiful welcome reception for our son's destination wedding at Twisted Laurel’s event room in Downtown Asheville. It was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious and presented very nicely. Jordon was great to work with during the planning of the event and was very flexible with our requests. Sarah and her team were great the night of the event. The teres major (beef tenderloin) with mushrooms and the pork loin was excellent. We had cheesecake, tiramisu and brownies for dessert and the were wonderful. There was plenty of food and they made special arrangements for kids and our vegan guests with alternate menu options. The Twisted Laurel team did an amazing job. Staff were extremely pleasant, punctual, and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate our guests and make sure we had everything we needed.

Twisted Laurel catered my daughters wedding at Chestnut Ridge and also hosted the rehearsal dinner in the upstairs of their downtown location. The venue settings were beautiful! The food was delicious and we received many compliments from guests. The chicken with orange sauce was amazing and the pork loins were very tender. Everyone shared how delicious the southern “home cooked” meal tasted! Donna and her staff were phenomenal! They were accommodating and went above and beyond to meet our needs! They served the meals with all health precautions and bussed the tables so discretely that I never even noticed that dinnerware had been removed from the tables until well into the reception evening. Everything was excellent! Thank you Donna and Twisted Laurel for helping to make Chelsea and Ryan’s wedding weekend so special!

I cannot overstate the kindness and the professionalism of the Event Planner, Jordan Rowland, at this venue. She is so patient, answering any questions for our Rehearsal Dinner we had...helping us figure out sit down dinner or buffet, menu choices, logistics, music, cocktails, etc., and helped us stay on our budget. Very sadly , we had to cancel our event due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Jordan could not have been more sympathetic, and only wanted to know if there was anything she do to help . Thank you, Jordan

We used Twisted Laurel as our rehearsal dinner venue and were very happy with our choice! The space is beautiful and the food was AMAZING. The planning process went well and they helped with all of our needs. They even let us store some cupcakes in their refrigerator a couple of days before the event. And they made flower arrangements for the tables for a small price!

Choosing Twisted Laurel for my ceremony and reception was one of the best decisions I made! Ali was excellent and really knows what she's doing. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to help you achieve your ideal look for the event. The staff was great and everything went smoothly! We weren't just limited to their already wonderful menu, the chef accommodated my requests and replicated a recipe I love to make at home. If you're looking to have a smaller, more intimate event with top-notch drinks, food, and service, I highly recommend Twisted Laurel!

My in-laws hosted a beautiful welcome reception for our destination wedding at Twisted Laurel and it was absolutely perfect! We also hired them to host the cocktail hour at our ceremony venue located 35 minutes north of Asheville. The food was delicious and presented very nicely. Ali was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and went above and beyond to provide what we needed while staying within our budget. She was also very patient and understanding anytime I requested adjustments to the proposal. Her positive and easy going attitude made planning a breeze (even though we were in different states). The Twisted Laurel team did an amazing job with both events. Staff were extremely pleasant, punctual, and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate our guests and make sure we had everything we needed to carryout a great cocktail hour!
