Dappled Willow

le oasis out in the country, with the farmhouse, log cabin, two barns, ceremony space and beautiful woods and landscaping for photos. Everything is SO clean and all the details are beautifully decorated, down to the bedrooms in the farmhouse and log cabin. There is plenty of space to accommodate over 200 guests (we had 215). The food and bar can be set up in the small beverage barn, which frees up so much space in the main barn (and keeps it quieter)! They have plenty of supplies you can use, and were extremely helpful with the setting up and tearing down process. We would have been happy with just the venue, but we also had the best experience working with Callie. She went above and beyond to make our day perfect. She was SO responsive, helpful, calm and on top of all the little details. She answered so many questions for us throughout the entire planning process and made sure we felt comfortable. Her and husband were there the whole day of the wedding, ready to help and make sure everything went smoothly. They were so kind, helpful and encouraging throughout the entire process and day-of. The venue is extremely affordable, especially considering we had access to the property starting at 9am the day before the wedding and got to sleep our entire wedding party there as part of our package! They were also very up-front about all the costs, what was included in the package, etc. We knew exactly how much we needed to pay when we booked the venue, and that didn’t change once throughout the entire process. We even accidentally overpaid at one point and hadn’t caught the mistake, and Callie caught it and refunded us! In all, we could not be more thankful to work with such honest, kind and organized people. The Dappled Willow is an absolutely beautiful venue, and working with Callie made our entire process so much smoother and more enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend them enough!!

our needs and wants. Being able to use any catering was important to us and honestly rare to find. Dappled Willow enabled us to have Chipotle at our wedding. Such a hit with our guests! My bridal party and I stayed in the farmhouse the night before the wedding which was so sweet and special. Callie was great to work with and was extremely present on the day of the wedding. Overall, my husband and I are so happy with having had our wedding here. Our pictures turned out beautiful and we had so many different locations to take photos, both inside and out. We were nervous with a November wedding but the barn is heated. The grass was still green and the flowers were still beautiful regardless of the season. Highly recommend in all aspects!!

un so smoothly. If you're looking for a rustic, barn wedding, this venue is the place to go! I would highly recommend getting the farmhouse and cabin...they're adorable and it was so fun to be able to stay the night on the venue property before the wedding!!

afayette, the venue is convenient yet far enough away to feel secluded and private, especially during the outdoor ceremony. The gorgeous landscaping around the 1905 farmhouse and wedding barn makes for beautiful wedding photos. Access to the venue Friday for our rehearsal dinner was an added bonus. Definitely recommend staying overnight in the farmhouse with all your bridesmaids. We had a wonderful time and it made getting ready convenient and stress free for the bridal party. The farmhouse was wonderful for photos and made the day flow well. I highly recommend the Dappled Willow and couldn’t ask for a better wedding venue!

or venue, to the amazing barn space, this is the most STUNNING backdrop for your big day. We loved our experience and working with the Venue Coordinator. Guests loved being outside and having the second barn for food and beverages. Can't recommend enough.
