After a dozen or so jewelry stores, I thought that online was the only way to find her one of a kind engagement ring. Thankfully, my grandfather referred me to Darakjian Jewelers because of over 50 years of exceptional service that started with John Darakjian in 1960's Detroit. His legacy continues today with son Armen, who continues to provide personal, first class service to new and returning customers. I walked in with two pictures of an extremely unique, antique engagement ring; a few short weeks later I walked out with a beautiful engagement ring and a guarantee that Darakjian Jewelers will be my jeweler for many generations to come. Darakjian Jewelers is truly an exceptional company. Completely satisfied with my whole experience. When they say they take customer service seriously, they mean it, they go above and beyond what most other jewelers would even consider. After Armen Darakjian educated me in defining what to look for (clarity, color & cut) and what qualifies a true diamond he provided me with several choices in a short period of time. The replacement wedding ring I purchased for my wife looks truly amazing!!! Thank you so much for all of your help and outstanding customer service.
